Definitely the coolest place in all of Ubly !!! Local craft beers that were pretty nice.... waitresses were on point... the foods a little pricey so be ready for that.... isn't really that big of a place so I'd call for a reservation if you have more than 6 people

Food was absolutely delicious, we got the spinach artichoke dip with fresh bread and fettuccine Alfredo chicken pizza. Clean restaurant and quieter in the Angelina side.

Small town eatery definitely worth the stop. Noted several comments about having to wait for food....be patient... Italian food made from scratch and served hot won't disappoint!!

We happened upon Angelina’s thanks to the Blue Water Org.’s wet your whistle challenge. Right in downtown Ubly, Suzanne and her son have created the cutest Italian restaurant inside a rustic cabin you could ever imagine. Her son brews beer as Hoco Brewery on the lodge side of the restaurant while Suzanne and staff prepare homemade Italian dishes in the kitchen. Our party all started with the homemade sausage and tortellini soup, which came with a fresh baked loaf of Parmesan sprinkled bread and a side of butter. The ribs and wing combo and Calzone also showed up at our table. Every bite was full of flavor, tender, and delicious. They even have ricotta for a true calzone! We enjoyed these so much that we jumped right into eating and forgot to take pictures. Drinks and the beer were also well crafted and delicious, all served by friendly, attentive staff and a check in by Suzanne herself!

We stopped by just before dinner time and, due to the scantly filled restaurant, chose to sit at the bar for better service. Pros: I enjoyed a beer flight where most of the choices were above average. Great potato and bacon soup. Their seafood fettuccine Alfredo was delicious. Competitively priced entrees. Cons: Over an hour wait for our entrees. Forgot the garlic bread. My brother’s spaghetti order was wrong. They should have cloth napkins if attempting to be an upscale affair. The taxidermy gives it a hunting cabin vibe. Overpriced appetizers. Bathroom stall the size of an outhouse. I would return for the beer flights and food if I were back in the area since I now know the turnaround time from the kitchen.

Everything from food to drinks has been great here! Today was my third visit and the food is so good. Pasta dinners/entree comes with a nice sized side salad and bread. The atmosphere is cozy!

Stopped in for a business lunch the other day - based on a recommendation from a client - and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Went with the pizza and salad, but I could’ve been swayed to order 5 different things based on the first glance at the menu, Cherry Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo?!?? Yes please! Our server was fantastic, friendly, and took the time to help a newbie navigate the menu… asking the advice of the staff has always served me well - especially when ordering for the first time. Can’t wait to come back for a night of drinks and live music… a great atmosphere in a perfect little community. Highly recommended and thoroughly enjoyed.

We got there at 4:20 pm, seated ourselves as there were only a few people in there. The garlic bread was cold. After waiting 50 minutes for our food to come out. The waitress came out and told us they misplaced our order. I was very annoyed. We drive 45 minutes to eat here and in the past it’s always been exceptionally good. Worst experience we’ve had there. Sue, the owner wasn’t there and it’s a bunch of young kids working there. I will not be going back, nor will my friends.

14-15 yr olds run the kitchen, lacking basic skills. Can't do math, tell you a total for pickup order, then increase it by $12 upon arrival. Then they try to make you tip 20% as a default, tipping for some of the crappiest pizza you'll ever receive!!! If your order is even correct in the box when you pick it up!!! Extremely dissatisfied, not worth your time and money!!!

We came solely to sample beer and wine but I will have to say the food we saw coming out did look yummy! We ordered two flights and enjoyed a small little table outside infront of the restaurant and brewery! View wasn't neccesarily pleasant as we were staring at the only street though the town, which I will say was not very busy! They had a very large list of beer so narrowing down my flight choices was a little hard! They also let you put wine samples if wanted which is a nice touch for non beer drinkers! Everything was tasty and waitress was nice! It did take a little bit for us to get our bill and I almost just left cash on the table!

Great meals prepared with care; robust in flavor and overwhelming in quantity. The beer selection is deep and crafty as it comes for Huron County. Staff is attentive and quick to respond to your wants or needs. Atmosphere is serene, warm and inviting and the fresh ingredient pizzas will blow you away!!

The beer, food and service were outstanding. Great beer place to stop on the way home.

Depending on who might be your host, when the boys are not around, can affect your experience here.

Great family that runs this place. The baked and stuffed shrimp are a great way to start your meal. They have a great Antipasto salad that fills you up but does not slow you down. Must finish the meal with an Old Fashion made by none other than George Selleke! That boy can make a drink. Cheers!

Let me tell you about this best kept secret! We came in from outta town, we were staying in port Austin and we love finding new breweries to try. So glad that we found this one! All of the staff was fabulous! All of the beer we drank and drank and drank was unforgettable. Do yourself a favor and check this gem out!

First time eating at Angelina's and am really excited my husband and I made the choice to have dinner there tonight. The food was fabulous. I had the mostaccioli (very generous portion) and my husband had the Parmesan encrusted white fish. Delicious! The New York style cheesecake is to die for. Luckily they had one piece left for us! Will look forward to our next visit.

Tasty lasagna & fresh garlic bread. The salad was nice & the pizza is delicious. Fantastic beer selection & their lite beer beats any lite beers I've ever had. I stop here every time I'm in the thumb and it never disappoints.

This place is a hidden gem in the Thumb of Michigan! The food was outstanding! The drinks and wait staff are 5 stars! We were there on a Saturday night and enjoyed John James beautiful music! If you are in the area, you must stop in for a great dinning experience!

Went with a group of friends for dinner & drinks on a Friday night. Fun atmosphere and live music that was awesome. The pizza was amazing. You can't go wrong with the whitefish, and the cherry chicken alfredo with spinach & mozzarella was excellent. The dinner salad with house dressing was a large portion of nice mixed greens & the veggies were so fresh. Warm bread was tasty. The ribs were ok, nothing special. Specialty mixed drinks were pretty & averaged priced.

The food deserves 4.5-5 stars, but I'm giving them a 3 due to the owner being completely drunk and creepy the last time I tried to go there. He wanted to have a group hug with my boyfriend and I and then asked if we were dating and then saying "this isn't going to work" before we just turned around and left. So odd.

Absolutely delicious Italian food. I had lasagna which came with a Cesar Salad and bread. Everything was extremely tasty. The homemade bread with garlic butter was to die for. My whole family enjoyed what they ordered. Highly recommend this place if you are ever in Ubly.

My wife and I come to the thumb area many times a year, we always love to try and find the best pizza in the surrounding area. We went in on Friday night of the 4th of July weekend and expected to be a little slow on service but we were surprised at how fast we were waited on and the pizza took about 20-25 minutes but well worth the wait, the crust is made in house and the pizza was delicious. This was possibly in my opinion the best pizza in the thumb area. We were pleasantly surprised, the wife and I travel alot around the country and I love pizza and this is one of my favorites by far. The bar area was nice for a couple of cold ones while we waited. The atmosphere was nice, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I have found our new favorite pizza in the thumb, I would definitely give it a try if your in The area.

This is a great little family restaurant and a hidden gem in the Thumb, with live music on weekends and warm, cozy atmosphere. Excellent selection of wine and drinks, including beer and seltzer brewed on-site. You can't go wrong here with the food choices; high quality and generous portions.

The food is always delicious here especially the pizza with the homemade dough, super yum. The staff is rly friendly and always make sure your food is good. Its also really worth the money the servings are pretty big, love this place

Enjoyed our Friday night date with a Zeus IPA and Blueberry Kolsch. Ordered the delicious spinach artichoke cheese bread. Our dinner of the salmon & sweet potato and combination seafood plate with the best tasting fettuccine was amazing. I'm giving our server Preston an A+. We will certainly be returning soon.

I had their gluten free chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was delicious!! They also have gluten free pasta dishes. It's a cute little eatery with a very friendly staff. I especially like the Huco Brew side, it has a awesome wood bar and some other neat wood furniture. I will definitely be returning to try one of the many other pizzas. Don't hesitate to check this place out!
