I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant due to extremely poor management and lack of accountability. I called twice to make a reservation (two weeks in advance) for a party of 14--once to schedule it and once again to confirm. Both times I was told the reservation was set.
When our group arrived, we were told there was no reservation on file and that we would need to wait. As we waited, we repeatedly watched multiple groups of 6 and even 10 people walk in without reservations and be seated ahead of us, while we were completely ignored.
Our group waited nearly 50 minutes, growing more frustrated and hungry--especially my special needs brother, who was becoming increasingly upset due to the situation. After seeing no progress, we asked to speak with a manager. Even then, we were made to wait an additional 10 minutes.
When the manager finally came out, he was rude, dismissive, and acted as though we were in the wrong. He even tried to shush us while we were calmly asking for an explanation. He told us they were "opening the room in the back for you," which raised the obvious question: why wasn't that done when we arrived nearly an hour earlier?
No one took responsibility for the mistake. We were not offered a sincere apology, let alone any compensation for the inconvenience. The entire experience showed a complete lack of organization, communication, and basic customer care.
Once seated, our waitress was very kind and the food was ok but the cons outweighed the pros for us. Whoever is in charge of reservations needs to be replaced!
