Anggun Boutique Hotel and Spa

Pretty little hotel in Bukit Bintang, centrally located and close to many attractions. Very friendly staff, excellent ginger tea and water available in the lobby at all times. Breakfast in the neighboring restaurant. Fine for a few days in KL, but for a longer stay we would prefer a larger hotel.

Genuine "boutique" hotel. Totally colonial. Really is a bit different. The only strange thing is that the reception is only open 1100h to 1400h. Although there are usually friendly staff around to give a hand at all hours. Will definitely stay again.

I like the rustic setup of the hotel. My room is spacious and quiet. Location wise can’t fault at all. Lots of massage parlours and eateries in the neighbourhood. Will definitely come back to stay

I am sure this was once a lovely hotel. The photos on the internet suggest that. But now everything is very tired and barely works, especially the airconditioners. Rooms on the street are extremely noisy. The rooms are tidy and somewhat clean. And the staff friendly. But it’s run more like a guest house than a hotel. There are better places to stay.

Discusting considering the not cheap price paid. The toilet seat had pee stains on it, towels and sheets stained. There was algea growing INSIDE the complimentary glass bottle of water. When it was pointed to the staff that the bedside table has probably years worth of sneeze stains on the glass top - the staff rubbed the bedside table with the same towel that was just used to clean the pee stains from the toilet seat, of course this didn't remove the stains. Completely mismanaged hotel, no quality control, advise to stay away.

Lovely place with its own flair, clean, rooms are nice. Sometimes felt a bit underventilated. The location is perfect with many relevant spots in walking distance! No safety concerns also.

The room we stayed in was not hygienic at all. The sheets had hair and stains on them, so we ended up sleeping on top of the covers. The four-poster bed was also broken on one end, making it feel unstable. Thankfully, we only needed the room for a few hours to get some sleep before our next flight, so we only booked for one night. It was a very disappointing experience, however the location is convenient.

Really love the place overall. Nothing to complaints. Just the location, if you are travelling in groups especially female, please be extra careful and always stay alert on your surrounding. Many homeless people around the area. The place is superb! Definitely going to come here again!
