Really love the place overall. Nothing to complaints. Just the location, if you are travelling in groups especially female, please be extra careful and always stay alert on your surrounding. Many homeless people around the area. The place is superb! Definitely going to come here again!

Here’s my honest review as a local customer . Yes the environment seems very healing, but we as customer really looking foward for experience therapist that is suitable for our request . I choose thai massage, but the massage therapist really seems dk how to thai massage . I think you need to arrange your therapist on which massage that they know better. Other than that, please take all the towel to wash & heat it to kill bacteria. Bcs my body feels very itchy after using it and go red rash. I hope that you can improve it, so that you can attract chinese customers better instead of asking them to promote it at xiaohongshu. Good review on social media but not same as the expectation review also no use. Thankyou

My absolute favourite place to stay in KL!!! So close to the food market for amazing meals and it’s so peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pure bliss!

Great location for street food 5mins away. Very helpful kind staff. Great style of boutique hotel. Our room faced into the inner courtyard which is pretty but it meant it was a bit noisy for people going to their rooms.

Excellent massage in a beautiful setting. The only suggestion would be to use a towel on the mattress. The cozy rooms are a bit snug for taller individuals. The ginger tea was a delightful touch. #TogetherWeGrow

I am sure this was once a lovely hotel. The photos on the internet suggest that. But now everything is very tired and barely works, especially the airconditioners. Rooms on the street are extremely noisy. The rooms are tidy and somewhat clean. And the staff friendly. But it’s run more like a guest house than a hotel. There are better places to stay.

Not a hotel at all, more of a dormitory or half way house for transit travelers. Reception unmanned in the evening . Bedsheets, pillows, mattress not really clean. They give you a key to get to the rooms (for security) but they keep it open during the day (the door leading to the lift). DONT GO FOR MASSAGE , beds are filthy! |Might be a good hotel before 2020, but definitely NOT a 4star hotel for 2024. |Read the reviews from 2023, all true. AVOID AVOID AVOID . |There are better, real hotels in the area.

Beautiful classic interior that brings you back to kampung. We were greeted with friendly staff and a welcome ginger tea (which was delicious). Then we got to the room and it was so homely and clean. There was a TV, kettle, complimentary water, and even a work desk if you have to work. The bed was comfy and the toilet served its purpose. I then experienced the herbal compress massage while my husband had the the traditional chinese massage. Both were fantastic in releasing all those knots and tension. Overall, a wonderful experience at a great price!
