I wish I could give something lower than a 1 star for my experience. I’m never going back to any Angie’s Lobster and stay far away from the kids in charge at the Signal Butte location. First time going there, waited 15 minutes or more for the $15 over priced sandwich, just for them to leave the lobster out of it completely. Never in my life would I think to check for that considering it took them long enough to prepare it while sitting in the drive through. Not just one sandwich, but both sandwiches. $30 completely wasted.

If I could give this place 0 stars - I would. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru - which I normally wouldn’t mind bc I assume the food is being made fresh! However when we got our food - my cod was COLD (not warm, it was cold & looked dried out) - just like the “warm”lobster roll and fries which were also cold. Paid $45 for a few meals which was an absolute waste of money and time. Not to mention - there’s no phone # to call to ask for a refund. Never again. So disappointed!

This location is consistently unable to execute and is poorly managed. I encourage the district manager to clean this up. Food: Ordered online at 10:00 AM for 10:18 AM pick up. I received the food at 11:10 AM. This is unacceptable and not the first time I have had this experience. Another customer who was in front of me waiting on an order of one salad finally received his order 20 minutes past the given pick up time. One of the salads we received had a piece of plastic from a dressing packet mixed into the lettuce and the other salad had sliced apples that were aged and mushy. Service: Kitchen seems to struggle executing orders in a timely manner. When I spoke to manager, he was unaware of how the kitchen was operating and said he would check on it. I encourage the manager to be more in touch with operations. As the afternoon approaches, a manager could be coaching the team and working the line to help the team get through the peak business hours. Atmosphere: Filthy! The front of the store is very dirty. The pick up window is disgusting and the concrete is greasy. If this is how the outside looks, what does the kitchen look like? We are local residents and would order meals from Angie's Prime Grill more often because we like the product, but the execution is extremely poor and unacceptable. We stopped going about a year ago and thought we would give it another try. It seems things have not changed even after one year. Having some knowledge of the restaurant industry, I am surprised of the conditions and would think management/leadership would want to increase efficiency, productivity, and sales. Perhaps it does enough business that they are satisfied with the way things are.

Worm in the salad. We called to let them know and it was not worth the time. They gave us a 25, I think, dollar gift card to their restaurants, which we won't be redeeming. Happened June 28th, 2025.

I really liked this place but the prices have gone up SIGNIFICANTLY. It's now $15 for a small hotdog sized lobster roll. It's definitely not worth it. This place is supposed to be all about "how their keep their prices low". Sadly, today will be the last time I eat here....

I grabbed a late lunch today. Disappointed. I ordered a warm lobster roll meal with a sweet tea and made it a jumbo roll. Total was $22 and some change. Lobster roll was cold, was NOT jumbo, butter packet was cold and hard and the sweet tea was not sweet!! The only good thing I can say is the fries were hot. This is the second time in a row I’ve come and left disappointed. I use to love this place!

This establishment is offering a great quick meal for a decent price!! It's definitely better than the usual burger, or chicken option that's out here! So the menu is simple, you have a choice of 3 options and payment is extremely easy. The food was delicious, the lobster had a fresh taste and not overly processed like the norm fast food joints, fries weren't killed with salt and the drink was the right amount of sweet. Now the sauce was the star of the show, once it hit the taste buds.. 💣💥 flavor explosion!!! Well done Angie's.. at $7.99- $9.99, you can't go wrong! I truly enjoyed this eatery, as I was able to satisfy my seafood craving without breaking the wallet..I definitely recommended this establishment to everyone, if you're a lobster lover then this place is a must!!

If you have no menus on the outside of the building and you make me try to pull app your website on my phone you're wasting my time and energy period if you're that lazy of a owner to not put menus on the outside of the building so people can come app and look at it without going through the whole freaking process of trying to order your food. You just lost my family's business to come to you anymore.
