A Gem in the Heart of Parma
Angiol d’Oro deserves top marks on every level. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel immediately at home.
We started with a truly original appetizer: a black cabbage flan served with gorgonzola sauce. It was a fantastic creation – rich, flavorful, and unlike anything we’ve tried before. For the main course, I enjoyed tortelli filled generously with pumpkin, offering a wonderful sweet-salty contrast of pumpkin and Parmigiano, alongside tortelli with spinach and ricotta, equally delicious. My husband was very satisfied with his pasta with shrimp, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Wine and coffe. Cost 79€.
The location is central, the prices are very fair, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Everything we tried tasted heavenly. Without doubt, Angiol d’Oro is a place we would return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Parma.
