The hotel is close enough to the main tourist area and right off of route 6. That’s about the only good thing about it. It is incredibly dated and has a musty smell throughout. It feels abandoned, so much so that I had to ask if there were any other guests. Beds are not comfortable, and the air con is not cold in the rooms. I had to change rooms 3 times because of the lack of a cold air conditioner and finally said forget it, and I moved to another hotel in the middle of the night. The staff was nice, the condition of the hotel is not their fault. The pool area is nice too. There are much better hotels in the area for the same price.

Staff are lovely and I'm sure at some point the hotel was as well. Building has potential be be great but is not looked after and is very dirty. The room we had was large and had real potential to be great but again, was filthy, and the bathroom was even worse. At best 2 star, realistically if the staff hadn't tried to help on the first night, i'd give it 1 star. Sad, as it could be a 3 start if it all had a really through clean. Sadly, I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. I understand that the country has real economic issues but there's no excuse to such dirty rooms as was shown by the hotel we moved to the next day.

So we need to preface that we are Americans and were on a tour a group called Exoticca , which by the way is absolute trash ! ||Anyway, the hotel is equivalent to a three star in the US. And it literally reminds us of the holiday inn.| |The most glaring part about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning!! The only air conditioning is in the rooms and you have to have your key in there the whole time.||The staff speak minimal English and please don’t expect to get any change here as with other hotels.||The rooms are small, but the bathroom at least have some space for your amenities. We didn’t use any of their amenities and I recommend you bring your own. The towels felt like hard paper. But I guess that’s the norm in this part of the world for a lower class hotel. There is no iron or laundry services on this property. The internet is terrible .||The only positive thing honestly was that it is very close to town and it is a two dollar took took a ride anywhere. And about $15 round-trip to Angkor wat . ||The breakfast that is included is very minimal, so it is probably a better idea to go eat out and it’s hot as heck , no A/C

This is a very nice place... despite its an old - and big - place... but the wooden interior breathes a sort of old fashioned classy atmosphere that i like. Although the breakfast is a bit mediocre. Well you get eggs... soup etc. ... so its not bad, but its more mass than quality. The safeboxes in the 2 rooms we stayed had both errors and some of the small lamps didn't work. But a lot of hotels lack maintenance... its a difficult business lately. But still: Nice place to be!

Reasonable in many ways, but not set up for westerners with western comfort in mind. Grand lobby and reception area, rooms spacious but not completely clean. Signs for beer garden and sauna which did not seem to exist. Everything was done cheaply and anything that is not public viewing was not well-maintained. For example, the pool was lovely but the ‘gym’ was long-abandoned. Had to move rooms because of the overpowering smell of cigarettes in the first one, and had to return a pillow that actually smelled of urine. Towels folded daily but not replaced. There are some good breakfast options available if you are okay with Asian-style food and not expecting many western options. There are a few coffee places around and an excellent supermarket opposite. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel has good staff. They speak very politely. The room is clean and decorated in a very romantic way. I love staying here. There is also a swimming pool. The price is reasonable. It is around 30$ per night. However, I would like to recommend some points as following: please make it easy for us to recharge the phone or laptop. now there is only one place of plug.

This Hotel considered as the 5 star but the room is not comfortable and it's a bit old. The space in the bathroom a bit small the toilet next to the bathtub and you shower next to the toilet :D . Anyway there is a pool at the backside of the hotel you can enjoy the swim with you friend or family. During COVID19 pandemic the hotel have to cutdown the staffs so the hotel look so quiet. when you walk into the hotel you may see only 1 or 2 staffs welcoming you.

We stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the staff's babies were cute. The girl who was home for her winter holiday from school and was at the reception desk for most of the day, she was especially caring and made us feel very well looked after. ||||Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable. ||||It's a bit out of the downtown core, but close to the temples. We definitely felt like we got our $16 a night worth - which was less than the rates posted on their internet site for some reason.
