We stayed at the Angkor Miracle Spa Hotel for 6 nights. The staff were superb - friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was great and the AC very welcome! We used Tuk Tuks to visit places and go into the town centre. Our tuk tuk driver (Phany - driver number 2) was amazing. So helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were excellent too and overall, we really enjoyed our time in this wonderful country. Thank you to everyone we met on making our stay so special.

Needless to say, the only miracle we had was leaving this hotel. The room itself was clean, but very average. Rock solid beds, room service, etc. The staff here was nonexistent. We went down to the pool and bar and we had to set up our chairs ourselves and essentially go behind the bar to get our towels. No one was there to serve drinks or food - and even if we wanted it was overpriced American food. Pool was as hot as outside, probably over 80°F. We passed by the spa and immediately cancelled our reservation- it was dark, the men inside (unsure if they were staff) were sitting around and did not give a professional nor welcoming calm environment. $30 for an hour massage here is high but we found $30 for 120 min instead. ||Siem Reap itself is very touristy, but the part I found most upsetting is that Angkor Miracle profited off of the tourists. They have tuk tuk drivers outside charging over $8, whereas a Grab ride is under $2. They were extremely rude, pushy, and taking advantage of guests. If anything, these should be free to hotel guests. By the end of our trip, we had coined the term “residents of Scambodia” for the drivers. ||To the unassuming eye, this hotel would serve as a perfect getaway. Trust me, there are other beautiful hotels around the corner that are well worth your while.

It was a delight to stay in the hotel and to visit the souvenir shop. I found Imrans friendly welcoming way of inviting to look around helped me to make a purchase. The shop's environment is pleasing to the sesnses. Such beautiful display of eye-catching colours. Everything one needs is under the same roof. I wish everyone huge success and hope people will visit this wonderful miracle of a place.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever come across. The concierge arranged our private tour of Angkor Archaeology Park for us and it was perfect. The rooms are large and very clean. The facilities are superb with a large gym and swimming pool. All at a very affordable price.

Hotel a little old but with all the necessary amenities for a short stay.|Located outside the central region, about 10-15 minutes by Tuk Tuk from Pub street.|Large hotel, but not very busy during our stay. It felt like we had the hotel to ourselves.|Imposing lobby with beautiful decoration typical of Cambodia|Large room with good bathroom. Old decor. Need of some renovation..|Pleasant swimming pool, great for cooling off and having a drink after visiting the temples.|Weak buffet breakfast. Focused on Asian food. Few alternatives for European food.|We had lunch on the day of our arrival at the pool bar. It was nothing special.|Reception staff just pleasant. A little distant. Not very friendly|In short, a great hotel for a short stay. In need of some renovation. Excellent swimming pool

Very nice hotel with some interesting artwork. Staff were very helpful even though some had difficulty with speaking english. The hotels occupancy was very low, therefore it felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. Delicious breakfast. Only complaint was the mattress and pillow was too hard. Price was very reasonable. Location was little further then central location which we prefer as we like to stay away from the noise, however tutk tuk to pub street was very quick and cheap.

Hotel breakfast is good. But the room door lock was not working properly. There were technicians came two times to fix the lock but it was not working with the card. At the end we need to use the key manually.

I don’t know how such hotels get 5 star. In the deluxe pool view room where the hot water kettle was placed there was no plug; I took to closer to the plug it was European type of plug and no appropriate socket. When I call the house keeping there was no English speaking person who can understand what I wanted. I have strongly suggested my excellent and service oriented tour company Heart Holidays never to use this Hotel.
