An exceptional stay from beginning to end. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making the entire experience feel effortless. The facilities, pool, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything was perfectly organized, and the service exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury and relaxing stay.

Everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean, and the service was fantastic. Ratha The horse was fantastic. All in all a great stay . lyahour Puthy and Chaney at the front desk were always helpful.. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who’s heading out to Cambodia great location and accessible to all the historical areas to visit and also the nightlife.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help for instance, Phanit, chvorn and Huylang, which made the stay even better. The location is convenient, and easy to get around. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, we were welcomed by Huylang, Phanit and Chivorn, the staff were all friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and well designed, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The hotel atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The location is also a big plus, as it’s close to many attractions and temples. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Recently spent a week here with my family and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and amenities. Rooms and facilities all very clean and provide all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were all extremely accommodating and friendly and our children were treated with such kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Angor Miracle Resort and Spa. Great spot for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Angkor Miracle Hotel in Siem Reap. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. After I checked out, I accidentally forgot my jacket and my key. I contacted the hotel, and they responded very quickly and professionally. The team handled everything efficiently and kindly, and they made sure my belongings were safely sent back to me. Their honesty, responsibility, and care really impressed me.

Had a great stay at angkor miracle resort. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff huylang were genuinely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for getting around siem reap. Excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has great entrance, and marvelous in its looks. Itinitally the check in was as normal and good and quick. The rooms are great good size and airy. In the morning we went for breakfast, and all I can say it wasn't a great experience for a 5 star hotel. The staff couldn't be bothered, half the items wernt there. When asked they would run to the back and disappear. This was 8.45am. So I asked for coffee and they showed me this jug. I was bit taken back so I asked where's your machine and I was told you have to pay. I declined. I took the coffee on offer and was again surprised at the low standard. It was horrible and cold. I sought out the duty manager, who was sitting on a table, and explained that a 5 star hotel. Shouldn't be serving coffee of this grade. His response was really bad, he basically said that it like that and explained that is the policey. I left it. Later on I was asked how my stay was going and I told them my experience and the.manager said he'll look into it. That's my experience of the breakfast. The best part was the manager at the front desk I dont have his name but he was what you would expect from a 5 star Hotel.he was tentative to the degree that he saw it was birthday and arranged a cake for me. I was so surprised. So thank you. Any issues or questions he would jump on it and sort it. So thank you for making my stay a wonderful stay. The English is not good but alot of the staff make up for it in the service they give. Always polite, and willing to help. I would recommend it, if it wasn't for the coffee and the breakfast. It may seem a small issue but youre a 5 star Hotel and charging me the appropriate rate, so I expect 5 star coffee and a proper 5 star breakfast. Thank you to the front desk staff and particularly the manager there for going above and beyond to make up the short fall. This place has such a great potential but as usal something that seems small let the whole place down.
