The Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa is an exceptional hotel run by true hospitality professionals. ||Our arrival at the hotel was warm and friendly, and our room was a beautiful, comfortable and very clean Copa Cabana Deluxe room. Unfortunately, I became sick (unrelated to the hotel) shortly after arriving, something every traveler dreads. The staff were so quick to help us, organizing for an English-speaking doctor and medical team to come to my room within minutes. The staff did everything they could to check on me and care for me and my husband, and were very kind to him. When I had to go to hospital for a couple of nights, the staff provided my husband with a car and driver when he needed it, and the General Manager visited me twice, both in the room and in hospital, to offer assistance and care. This meant a lot to me.||This is the very highest of service; hospitality professionals provide wonderful experiences for guests, but also care for people who are a long way from home when they are in need. At all times, the management and staff did everything they could, making me and my husband feel safe and welcome during a difficult time. ||I am now home and well again, but I will always remember Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa as a place of wonderful service and care, with beautiful facilities. I hope to return in the future and enjoy a leisure stay to enjoy this wonderful resort. I will never forget their kindness and professionalism.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Angkor Miracle Hotel. It’s a fantastic place for both adults and children to enjoy quality time together. I often come here for swimming with my kids, and every visit has been nothing short of excellent. The swimming pool is very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it safe and enjoyable for children, while adults can also relax and have a peaceful time by the poolside. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, giving us the feeling of a small escape from the busy city life.

Maybe its just because of the off season, but this place was an eerie, liminal space with The Shining vibes. The place is massive - there are like 3 different restaurants and different giant lounges around with absolutely no one. Theres signage around that due to Covid-19 some facilities have been shut down... And still not open in 2025. The gym, the sauna, all but one resturant, and all the cafes and lounges. The rooms were clean and fine. The shower sucked - it leaked through the cracks of the glass door and there was almost zero hot water our entire 4 day stay. Just above lukewarm at best. Even when we were one of maybe 10 other groups of guests I saw. But there was a separate tub which was nice, I guess you could only use it for an ice bath! The little booklet they have in the rooms with the menu and call number and stuff said they "hoped to go fully green by 2014." Hasnt been updated in 11 years? Are they even environmentally efficient yet? So many questions. Its located far from the center of town (about an 8 minite tuk tuk ride) and all the signage is in english and chinese. They only have China Daily available. Overall feels like some failing hotel or some "foreign investment" scheme to keep it going. Other "5 star" hotels in the town are at least double if not triple the price here. Not fully sure how its 5 stars. A deal too good to be true. The saving grace is the wonder staff. All friendly, attentive, and they want to help you! Very nice people.

I stayed at Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa and absolutely loved it. The resort is stunning, with a big tropical pool, Khmer-inspired details, and a very welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with wooden accents and comfortable bedding.||Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with options like American, continental, and banana pancakes. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better.||Overall, it’s the perfect place to relax after exploring Angkor Wat and Siem Reap. Highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, good location, has all services ( pool, spa, etc) staff is very friendly and efficient. We stayed three nights and had a wonderful experience, as no noise, air conditioning worked wonders, delicious breakfast was included, they have specials at pool in afternoon. I would definitely stay again here.

The lunch and dinner were really good, although the breakfast was average. The hotel staff were exceptional, always smiling, patient and polte. The one who stood out most was Mr. Dara, the hotel manager who, at the last minute, helped my friend and I enagage a taxi at the last minute as the one we had booked the day before was a no show. Furthermore, their housekeeping/checkout team had also alerted us when personal items has been accidentally left behind and they helped to return them quickly before we left. Minor requests for water, information, etc. were quickly handled by the hotel staff with minimal issue. Thank you Mr. Dara & hotel teams - we really appreciate your care and excellent service. God bless!

Stayed in this resort for a week. It's an easy ride to city centre....night market, pub street, khemer food market. The hotel is clean. Staff is very friendly and smiling. The room is spacious but bit tired. Toiletries are of low quality and there is no conditioner or moisturiser. Swimming pool is exceptionally clean
