A fabulous hotel an easy tuk tuk trip from the centre of Siam Reap, with the most beautiful grounds and great pool areas. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Wave and the restaurant staff who always greeted us with huge smiles and cheery welcomes. The food from breakfast to dinner was exceptionally good - very fresh and tasty. The whole hotel was clean, well furnished and the grounds are beautifully kept….do take a walk all the way round them and see the carp ponds and exotic areas. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would LOVE to visit again some day. Thank you to all of the staff.

I can never be faulty when it comes to this hotel. The perfect place to have a good vacation. A hotel where you can access their huge pool and hear the birds sing. Lots of green everywhere. Ifyou love nature like me, I highly recommend this hotel. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Miss Sina and Mr. Chhun for making my stay extra special. Looking forward to coming back here.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever visited. Friendly and polite staff, everyone speaks English. The pools: incredible. The rooms: huge and sparkling clean. The food/restaurants: delicious. Anything you need they provide or help you get it. I didn't want to leave!

This hotel has to be one of the best ones we have stayed in Asia. Beautiful facilities, great staff. Value for what you pay is just extraordinary. The highlight was the guide they got us for the temples. Naka not only knows everything you need to know about Angkor complex, but you can feel her love for her city and country.

The Temple Tourse organized by the hotel with the private guide DOM (Mr. Tith Oudom) was definitely one of the highlights of the whole trip. His English is amazing. On top of all the interesting facts he was sharing, he also was able to answer all the questions we had.|Such an informative and memorable experience which was absolutely worthy entrusting to our wonderful guide. Instead of an official tour, we have received a great conversion with a very professional approach. Thank you so much one more time 🙏 We were very happy to have spent this day with you 😁|P.s. special thanks for so many nice pictures you made for us and the locations you showed 😉

1. Bed bugs in the extra bed. My daughter had a tick, and I had very bad rashes from the bed! |2. The breakfast was complete disaster. Spoiled yogurt, no cheese, just few sad looking jams, poor selection of sausages with greyish color. Coffee - really poor, milk was spoiled! Very poor selection of items, the person working at the egg station was looking so unfriendly and miserable and the omeletes and eggs looked like her. Frankly speaking we did not considered safe to eat them. There were basically no vegetables and only a small selection of fruits. The croissants were hard and smelled like plastic. Even though that it was a mango season when asked to get some mango we got especially unripe mango - it was hard and sour... we stayed 8 days and only bothered once to go to breakfast. Afterwards we preferred to go outside of the resort to get breakfast at the city.|We were travelling with our daughter (12 y.o). We were charged 40 USD per night for extra bed (including breakfast) which we did not have due to the very poor quality of the food and service!|3. The first morning when we get from bed my daughter said that she is itchy and I studied her I found a tick on her skin, which I had to remove. |4. On the second night I went to sleep on the extra bed. on the next morning I discovered that I am itchy and I have rashes on my body. I found out that the bed was full with bed bugs. I went to reception asking for the bed to be exchanged. They changed it. I had to take care of my rashes through my vacation. No compensation whatsoever was offered! |5. The staff at the resort was not particularly helpful. People had artificial plastic smiles and was not really supportive.|6. The second day no one bothered to clean the villa even though we were outside whole day and there was sign "clean my room". |7. On the third day I asked the drainage of the outside shower (there is only outside shower) to be unblocked (the water was not going through). They made it after some tinkering. |8. On the fourth day after returning to the villa we found out that the bathroom was flooded because of the broken toilet... total disaster.... ||I strongly advise against visiting this resort! It might be dangerous to your health! ||Frankly speaking i think that not only we should not have paid for our stay there but we should have been paid for staying in this joke of a resort.

Absolutely magnificent! An incredible building in a beautiful setting. Large room with plenty of space and storage. Two fantastic pools, serviceable gym, and good restaurant (not expensive). The location may not be perfect for everyone because it is out of the centre, but we chose this place for the setting. The hotel is surrounded by trees and nature and it does not feel like a city hotel. Only $1.50 in a Grab Tuk-Tuk into town (bit more for Tuk-Tuk from outside hotel).
