We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at this resort. We booked two rooms. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had an elegant, high-end feel, yet still represented great value for money. The hotel is located a bit away from the central tourist areas, providing a quieter and more relaxed environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The full buffet breakfast was extensive, plentiful, and varied, though the quality of the food was average. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, comfort, value for money, and attentive service in Siem Reap.

We had booked for 2 nights at the facility for our family of 3 members and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We drove from Phenom Pheon after spending one day there. The drive was really enjoyable with good roads. On our way we stopped at one place for lunch and it was a bit long drive to reach Siem Reap. We reached the hotel around 4PM and were duly welcomed by the hotel staff and after welcome drinks and reception formalities, we were taken to our room. The room was facing the pool side and garden. The room was large one and well kept with all required facilities. We had also requested the hotel to book an Evening show of local dance for us which is most attractive part of our stay here and the buffet dinner is included in the show ticket. We enjoyed the pool which was maintained very well. The complimentary breakfast provided good options to the guests. We had a real great time here. The staff members were very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ankhor Palace Resort and Spa. The hotel has been incredibly well designed and thoughtfully laid out. Set in a peaceful location, away from the noise of traffic, yet just an easy 10 minute drive into the heart of the busier Siem Reap town centre. |The hotel provides a taxi and tuktuk service. We used the local Grab (Uber service) which was very cheap, at around £3. The hotel grounds and gardens are stunning. There is a sense of calm and tranquillity amongst beautiful, well maintained, generous gardens. Two enormous swimming pools, in a peaceful setting, with pool bar. We stayed in a villa type room in the garden area, as opposed to the main building. Very peaceful, exceptionally well maintained, with excellent service. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. There is a wonderful spa (great massage), gym, children’s play area and helipad! We had a very peaceful, relaxing holiday, fantastic buffet breakfast, extremely comfortable without being overly formal. I can’t praise this hotel enough and would definitely go back.

Sprawling landscaped grounds, rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. Breakfast venue and offering was decent. The receptionist on check in was good and helpful with advice and booking of driver to Angkor Wat. However the receptionist at check out had a poorer command of English and probably didn’t understand much of what we wanted to do or where to go. The location is good: seems to be a straight road all the way to the Angkor Wat temple early in the morning

I am not a big fan of such resorts, the choice was not mine, we sort of won the opportunity. The place is big. Too big for my taste. Endless walking in an empty, depressing corridor until you reach your room. The next morning we found out, that you can do this in the lush garden next to the pool. An entirely different experience. ||The rooms are OK, not great not terrible. The bed is comfy. The armchair and chairs are a torture to sit on. No stand for the luggage. Very inadequate space for clothes. The design is from 15-20 years ago. Cheap fridge, no iron. On the other hand the place is very clean and not worn át áll. ||The food in the restaurant is below mediocre, and overpriced. Breakfast is OK. ||The garden and the pool are great. Just as on official photos. ||The service is absolutely wonderful. Smiling, kind, helpful staff. ||Overall a good value for money and a good choice in this lively city. You dont spend much time in the room anyway

We loved our stay here! Where to start... The resort is lovely and well maintained. The pool area and gardens are beautiful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. And perfectly quiet. The gym is excellent for a hotel, featuring high-quality treadmills, a spinning bike and a good set of dumbbells. The breakfast has great choices and quality, and you can also eat outside in the garden. We celebrated New Year's here, the hotel organized a fantastic buffet dinner by the pool. Last but by no means least: the personnel is amazing, everybody is so kind and courteous. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

I’m on holiday from Amsterdam, originally from NYC and as a solo traveler through dozens of countries, I’ve honestly never had a better experience. The spa itself is beautifully situated on the property. When I arrived I was greeted kindly, with the usual relaxing towel and tea beautifully presented. This, leading up to my 90-minute aromatherapy massage with Rotha and I can honestly say I’ve never been so energetically transformed. My body feels more relaxed that before I’d arrived. I am so grateful and so pleased with the services - perfect pressure, attentive, and thorough, not to mention very reasonably priced. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. With a spa like this, I will definitely stay here when I return for holiday to Siem Reap. Thank you so much!!!!!
