We enjoy our stay here. The hotel is not the closest to the city center, but that’s exactly what makes it special. The location takes you out of the noise and brings you into a peaceful landscape — calm, beautiful, almost like a small paradise on its own. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. It’s a great place if you want to relax, disconnect, and enjoy nature around you. Not the most central, but definitely worth it for the atmosphere. Thank you to the team for the hospitality.

I stayed here for four nights on a solo trip. The staff were excellent — consistently professional, courteous, and eager to assist. The property itself is expansive, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a large swimming pool. It’s located away from the busy Pub Street area, but only a short Tuk Tuk ride or around a 20-minute walk. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, desert through room service was tasty but small, I was disappointed there wasn’t a dedicated movie channel in the room.||||My room was comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet during my stay. Unfortunately, after a morning swim, I slipped on the pool steps and was taken to the emergency department with bruised ribs — still sore a week later. There was nobody around to help me. The hotel responded quickly, arranging transport and offering a complimentary lunch, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised there was no follow-up welfare check or offer of assistance afterwards. If I hadn’t ordered room service, no one would have known I was still in considerable pain.||||I also asked to complete an incident report but was informed by the front desk that none were available, which was unexpected for a property of this standard. A small goodwill gesture, such as a discount on my final bill, would have been appreciated but was not offered.||||The slip could have resulted in far more serious injuries, particularly for an elderly guest, so I hope the hotel reviews its safety procedures around the pool area. Overall, a pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings with excellent staff, but the handling of my accident fell short of the professionalism I would have expected.

Siem Reap is one of the best places for a family vacation. The culture, the people, the food and also the very history that reverberates is something one should experience at least once in their lifetime. Angkor Palace Resort & Spa resonates with this vibe and ensures that your stay at Siem Reap is fulfilling. The staff are extremely warm and friendly. The service levels are very high and they do it with such grace that it remains as a nice memory. The spa is one of the best . They have very good masseurs and the Special Khmer massage was truly effective. The restaurant is good and the breakfast served is great. However some may prefer a more elaborate spread. The rooms are very well appointed and very clean. In fact the entire property is well maintained. Both pools are well maintained and very clean. Overall an excellent property for a memorable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, with two connected rooms — perfect for our family of four. The kids had their own twin beds, while the adults enjoyed a large double bed, which was comfortable and pleasant. All the staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. During our four days at the hotel, whenever we encountered any issues, whether at the restaurant or the lobby, the staff assisted us quickly and smoothly. A special thank you to Sina, who was fantastic in both Chinese and English. On our last day, we had an unpleasant issue with a delivery, but thanks to Sina’s help, everything was resolved, and our trip ended without regrets. The whole experience is memorable.

Safety WARNING ‼️ As a women, l would not go alone here. I was in the hotel with my partner and we split up for 5min to head to breakfast. My partner left the room around 8:52am and l was finishing up getting ready in the bathroom. Very shortly after l hear the door open and since it was super quiet and without announcement l thought my partner came back to pick something he forgot. As l didn’t hear any voice talking to me l turn around from the mirror and see a man, in employee uniform looking at me and standing in the middle of the room. He did not move once he saw l spotted him. I fully turned and started screaming and shouted him to get out and only then he started retreating and fled the room. I was super shaken and went straight to the reception and the employee there told me to head to breakfast and they would check and call the manager. Noone came back to check on me. I was crying and super scared and didn’t leave my partner‘s side all day. It was veryy veryy bizarre behaviour. There was no reason for someone to enter the room at 8:55am, on the day of my checkout (12:00), without knocking, or announcing themselves. Though the hotel is quite nice and very clean, l would rather stay somewhere else then be put in danger. I could have been sleeping, or taking a shower, or just coming out of the shower. Anything could have happened, and the lack of care or follow up from the hotel was an even worse sign of lack of security.

the rooms are big but only queen size bed and not king size breakfast is good and staff welcoming Worst experience with the guards at the back entrance. was sleeping when we get out at 7;30 pm and then shut down the door in front of us when we came back from the restaurant while all khmer people could come in and out and refuse us to come back in with that short cut even if we proved to be hotel customer. Not customer oriented at all and even worse racist. No excuse from the management when we check out . not acceptable in a 5 star hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at this resort. We booked two rooms. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had an elegant, high-end feel, yet still represented great value for money. The hotel is located a bit away from the central tourist areas, providing a quieter and more relaxed environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The full buffet breakfast was extensive, plentiful, and varied, though the quality of the food was average. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, comfort, value for money, and attentive service in Siem Reap.

We enjoyed excelent guided tour with Kim Tours in Angkor Watt Temple area. Kim, our guide was very informative and kind, we visited all most important plates, we had also some time to relax, eat and chat about Cambodia. Loads of information, plenty of pictures (he is great photographer !), recommednation to all!|Thanks Kim
