Angkor Paradise Hotel

Very good location in central of Siem Reap city, just 15 minutes' walk from hotel to pub street area and 30 minutes' drive to Angkor Wat temple. Very good hotel for leisure and business, warm welcome, clean, very nice swimming pool, nice room with amenities and good pool view, useful breakfast with many choice, quiet room, staffs are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price, and I will stay again when visiting Angkor Wat, Siem Reap.

Hotel conveniently located 0.8 miles(apx 20 minute walk) from pub street and the night market. The breakfast was great, featuring an omelette and noodle station. There was a pool area and a spa that I didn’t utilize but got good reviews from others in my group. The air conditioning was amazing (essential in this tropical climate). It does take a minute or 10 to get hot water (due to solar powering) but honestly I didn’t mind the lukewarm water. The hotel is a bit dated…be warned. Upon arrival I noticed stains everywhere (toilet, sink, curtain, tub…etc. I pulled out my bleach wipes to clean and quickly noticed the countertops and toilet were simply dated and stained; not dirty. My only issue is that after a full day of exploring I rushed back to the hotel to order dinner via room service (before I left that morning confirmed that the last order needed to be placed by 2130). I arrived back to the hotel at 2113 and (again) asked what time did too service end and again was told 2130. I was instructed to go to the bar and place my order. Once arriving to the bar (apx 2115) I was told that it was too late. I returned to the front desk and asked for the manager (Panith) and he stated he would immediately speak to the staff and place my order. I declined (I have a rule if folks don’t want to service me I don't patronize them). Due to this and the dated nature of the property I would select another property upon my return.

Great hotel and location.  Staff were always polite and attentive.   It’s not a new hotel but they keep it well maintained.  The food was great.  Some constructive criticism: the bath towels are not up to hotel standards and need replacing.   They are thin and very  cheap.Please use proper tissues. The tissues you supply in the room are like toilet paper pieces ( but only one ply ).  As I had sinus infection it was very frustrating using these.  Other than that I was happy. 

One of good options for a stay in Siem Reap. The room is spacious and clean, with a small balcony. The hotel staff are friendly. It's about 2 km from Pub Street, around a 15 minutes walk. There are many food options around the hotel. Suitable for travelers looking for basic comfort in a fairly strategic location in Siem Reap.

Despite being one of the earlier generation hotel, it is sparkingly clean - and has large lobby, spacious rooms and a huge pool with ample seating. All of these give a sense of openess and grandeur. Everything was 10/10 Right from the Breakfast spread to the trivial details in the room. Am definitely returning here for my next trip.

This is a much older hotel, the rooms are spacious, and there is strong AC in the rooms, but the lobby and stairwell areas are hot. The showers had great water pressure- but you have to wait over 5 mins to get hot water- some folks had to wait longer, or never actually got hot water. This could be an overall issue in Siem Reap though. |The location was okay- it was a 15 min drive to Angkor Wat and a 7 min drive to Pub Street- but not much walking distance that is touristy.

Surrounded by restaurants and a clinic. Easy to get around on a tuk tuk. Great pool as well. Ofcourse it’s dated but you won’t find this much space in newer hotels. Beds are super comfortable.

Lovely hotel with huge rooms and bathrooms. Pool area is fabulous - very clean and well maintained. Massage was good, but could be improved by adding a few candles, and soft music to the rooms. |Staff are fabulous - very friendly and helpful. |Rooms could do with a bit of updating - power points were a bit loose so hard to plug into but overall lovely place to stay and handy to everything you need - Pub St is close as is a great coffee shop - Browns - and the markets. Mini markets are also close by.
