Lovely hotel with huge rooms and bathrooms. Pool area is fabulous - very clean and well maintained. Massage was good, but could be improved by adding a few candles, and soft music to the rooms. |Staff are fabulous - very friendly and helpful. |Rooms could do with a bit of updating - power points were a bit loose so hard to plug into but overall lovely place to stay and handy to everything you need - Pub St is close as is a great coffee shop - Browns - and the markets. Mini markets are also close by.

The architecture has a rustic classic European feel but the decor is very Cambodian. I'm still here for an extended stay, staff is friendly, English speaking and always available. The rooms are spacious with lots of water pressure in the showers. Housekeeping services provided daily along with fresh towels and linens. There is a huge pool surrounded by lush landscaping, the common areas including gym are kept meticulously clean. The breakfast buffets serves a variety of cuisine catering to international guests. The bar staff is especially friendly and boasts a 4 hr happy hour with 50% off all drinks (except wine). ||The best part? I was downloading LLMs at 17 MB/sec for my AI project. Fastest internet I've seen in the country.

We recently hosted a conference at the Angkor Paradise Hotel in Siem Reap. We were impressed with the service received from the hotel from start to finish. During the planning stages the communication was excellent, and Rany Lim the Sales manager was very responsive to our requests and able to provide a wealth of information to enable us to make informed decisions although we were organising our event remotely. Rany was also able to connect us with other local suppliers, including a printer, photographer, tour guide and local cultural artists who performed at our welcome reception. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were very happy with the quality of the facilities, the meeting rooms, the guest accommodation and the reception, bar and pool area. During the conference, the support received was excellent. If we had any technical issues Mr Mardy Khol was on hand straight away to assist us and was able to ensure we could proceed without any delays, even when connecting hybrid participants via Zoom to join on the onsite proceedings. Our conference delegates rated the quality of the food and accommodation highly and I would be happy to recommend the hotel for business or leisure purposes. It is well situated for easy access to Siem Reap town and nearby temples at Angkor Wat. Thank you to Rany and the team for their excellent support and hospitality – I hope to visit again sometime.

The hotel is very well equipped with rooms of different sizes, and the staff members were extremely helpful and attentive to all the needs and requirements of our event. The poolside area and delicious local cuisine added to the relaxing atmosphere. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance, made my stay feel special and memorable.

The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was fresh and varied every day. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained.
