Ten of us came to spend two weeks working on various projects at a mission school, and our local host booked rooms for us.| I felt that my room was regularly cleaned to my complete satisfaction. The restaurant, lobby and hallways also always appeared clean and tidy.| We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The two or three minor problems we faced were quickly addressed, and the staff were very understanding and apologetic.| The Angkor Riviera is very conveniently located in the heart of the city. It is within easy walking distance of Pub Street with its many restaurants, snack shops, night market shopping, massages, and entertainment. | The hotel comes with complimentary buffet breakfast. There was a wide variety to choose from, though there majority of the main options were not appropriate for vegetarians, which most of our group are. We did enjoy the fresh fruits on the menu each day. | One special touch I appreciated was that they put up some tasteful and lovely decorations for Chinese New Year before we left -- something that I'd been hoping for!| I definitely would recommend the Angkor Riviera, and would happily stay again.

Located in a quiet street corner infront of the main road which run along side of Siem Reap River. Walking distance to PUB Street, Old Market area, Angkor Night Market and other local shopping attractions. Our Deluxe room and bathroom seems a little tired, but was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too soft. Standard bathroom amenities are minimal. Complimentary WI-FI connection was available in the rooms and main lobby area. Buffet breakfast spread was just satisfactory. Hotel guests were seen smoking along the corridor, which make it stuffy. On the whole, a satisfactory 3 night stay.

We stayed at the second floor of this hotel which was next to a busy intersection and the noise insulation was not really good. Traffic noise was constant in the room so you have to make sure that your room is nowhere near roads. The beds were comfy and amenities were satisfactory if you're just looking for a place to spend the night without having to resort to guest houses. Though the beds only had one pillow each and lighting was a bit dim in our room. The staff on the other hand are incredibly friendly and helpful, which is one of the saving grace of the hotel. Can consider this place if you're not planning to spend long time in the hotel.

Great staff; attentive, friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms. Grounds and common areas are clean and well kept. Food at restaurant is excellent. Free breakfast and daily cocktails are a nice touch by management. Walking distance to pub street. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in an upscale resort spa in Siem Reap.

We had a beautiful little villa. It is a beautiful resort with a nice pool and many amenities. The staff tried super hard but there was just a few issues with the accommodations. The hot water went out a few times but was quickly restored when we notified them. Their placement of the fridge inside of a cabinet prevents good air flow and therefore doesn't let it exchange heat very well. Overall, we enjoyed the accommodations and the staff was very friendly and helpful in setting up tours and excursions.

I was looking for a couple of days rest and relaxation in comfortable surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. ||||The room they showed me had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, so they showed me another. When the ac was off, cigarette smoke wafted into the room through a vent.||||The hotel upstairs generally appears 'tired' and in need of fresh carpets and paint. The toilet seat was stained and the bedroom very small, but fine for one person.||Dining room floor was scattered with bits of food. There were a few coach parties there when I stayed ( noisy ++)||||Location is great for walking by the river and market. ||Staff in reception and house keeping lovely. ||||Hotel has great potential once refurbished.

Bread & fruit often a few days old. Stick to freshly made soup & eggs. Location perfect walking distance from centre & old town. Staff slow but pleasant. Pool good. Internet access limited in rooms, lobby better. Book tours at local book agents not the hotel cheaper.

I stayed at this hotel and I just love the food in the cafe. It’s amazing! It served very good lunch n dinner especially for Asian food. It’s amazingly good and NO MSG! The Asian food give me a feeling of home cook food. A few dishes that I have to recommend . Must try the (1) pork stew. The pork is very tender . (2)fried bittergourd with salted eggs. Not too saltish. (3) fried bee Hoon , this is my favorite. (4) Fried chicken with ginger . They also have khmer food. I tried the khmer soup. Taste better some restaurants outside.||||The food was well prepared, clean and service was good. If you miss Home cook Asian food, you MUST try the food here. NOT pricey . I ate here most of the time, ||||As for the rooms, it’s clean and equipped. No problem at all. Location is good. Walking dinner to PUB street and near supermarket to get your toiletries if you need.
