Angkor Vattanak Pheap Hotel

The rooms are big and clean and the staff are friendly. The small pool looked clean and surrounded by nice foliage but is at the front of the hotel. It should be noted however that The road has extensive roadworks just now and will do for at least the next year and there is an all night market across the road from the hotel so very noisy at the front. Crossing the road is not for the faint hearted and a tuk tuk will cost you $3 each way into town. Breakfast is included but basic.

Was there for 2 nights and really was let down on two points. The showers had no hot water at all, this was brought up with the front desk which said that they would get it fixed. But this didn't happen by the time we left. The second issue was with the mosquitoes, the room we were in faced the road with access to the balcony. Which was lovely except that the doors had a 1cm gap around the whole edge with no way to keep the mosquitoes out. Slept bathed in bug repellant. |The hotel was pretty, staff were nice and rooms reasonably clean. Breakfast tasted great but if you dont get there first thing it will all be cold.

The staff is very kind, including the tuk-tuk drivers they work with. The pool is small but refreshing. The rooms are nice but nothing fancy. Some crickets, geckos and other little critters visited and left evidence, but that's to be expected around here. One group of us stayed in a twin room and one in a king room. Big size difference. The smaller room cooled off a lot faster with the air-con. ;)

Value for money with the facilities provided. Kids friendly. Has a very beautiful swimming pool. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel are well kept and maintained. The only downside is probably missing a restaurant and a bar for a live band. But for the price you are paying, there is no complaints.

Stayed here a few days ago with a big group of friends and the staff were fantastic and friendly from the beginning.||||Our TV signal was fuzzy when we arrived at our room, but this was fixed within minutes of us alerting reception.||||Rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfortable and bathroom and shower were very nice. Swimming pool was well sized and perfect temperature to cool off in the Cambodian heat.||||The staff were so friendly that they even invited our entire group downstairs to join them for their staff Chinese New Year lunch, providing us with free food and drinks to help celebrate the lunar New Year. This was very impressive and their kindness and generosity blew us away.||||Pub street is a 5-10 minute tuk took drive away (about $2-3 USD) and is far enough away from the music to be able to sleep at night.||||I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap.

If you have traveled in Southeast Asia before this hotel will meet all your expectations. Down side was there didn't seem to be hot water in the shower and it didn't have a curtain so after the floor was all wet. The view of the highway was good from our room.

The staffs were friendly, the rooms was good, but you can not expect the breakfast. They just had fried rice and fried noodle. The bathroom didn't have enough light, and they don't have any telephone inside the room.

A wonderful little place. I stayed at this hotel with my friends for 4 nights. Good budget.the rooms are relatively new and have a beautiful design, it's quite clean and spacious! The location is also great, i would definitely recommend it 4/5
