This has been a wonderful experience. The room was fantastic. So beautiful. And the staff was great both in the hotel and restaurant. We were taken care of wonderfully by Haow who works at the front desk. She helped us with so many things. We also got some delicate things washed perfectly. This definitely a 5 star hotel.

Amazing experience, can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It is truly enchanting. Luxury rooms in a botanical garden setting. Hard to capture the charm in photos. As soon as we walked in we were captivated by the gorgeous gardens, friendly staff and beautiful rooms. We stayed on the upper level and loved the water views and high ceilings. The rooms are luxurious with gorgeous architecture and character. The hotel arranged our airport transfers as well as our tuk tuk drivers and guide for Angkor Wat and that all worked out great. Overall it was an incredible experience staying here, I can't recommend it highly enough!!!

A beautiful, relaxing paradise in the heart of the city. Embedded in green plants, outfitters with a peaceful soul, a quite pool area and a restaurant surrounded by a pond with colorful fish. Five stars ⭐️! Pub Street and restaurants are easy to reach from here. We would especially like to highlight the warmth and hospitality of the staff — from the reception team and housekeeping to the service staff (Ms. Eang). I highly recommend booking a massage here. My foot massage was the best I’ve ever had.

We loved this hotel. Our room was not fancy, but at the same time it was just heavenly. It had the perfect vintage tropical vibe and had everything we needed. Coffee, tea, and snacks are replenished daily.|The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The common areas are quite inviting. Everything is green and lush—the landscaping within the resort is simply breathtaking. The breakfast area/restaurant was particularly lovely in the mornings—very serene and peaceful. The breakfast options were quite good also.|The staff is incredibly hardworking; we were thoroughly impressed with every staff member we encountered.|The hotel’s location worked well for us. In general, we found Siem Reap to be extremely safe and very walkable. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as a great choice of where to stay in Siem Reap.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. They forgot we booked two rooms when we arrived but 10 mins later the issue was resolved. Welcome drink and hospitality was nice especially after a full say of traveling. The food was really good the one night we had dinner there. The bed is a bit firm. I didn’t mind but my friend did. Beautiful views from the room. No tv in the rooms tho lol I personally like to fall asleep to a little tv but truly no big deal. The gym however, was the definition of basic. Very minimal equipment but it’s better than nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at Ankor Village Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful—special thanks to Hao, Linh, and Ossa—and even the nearby street cats, Oscar and Sheyla, added to the charm. The rooms were very comfortable, and there was clear attention to small details that made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. This was our honeymoon and the fourth hotel on our trip, and by far the one we fell in love with the most. The massage was amazing, and the tours we booked with Sapaul through Angkor Wat and other temples were both fun and deeply educational, covering ancient and modern history. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back. As part of the SLH and Hilton brand, the value here is, in my opinion, unbeatable.

This is probably my most favourite property we have stayed at. Really decorated nicely and appropriately for this culture. Rooms were large and beautiful bathrooms, plenty of room for 2. Service was 100% all the time. Smiles and gracious, so kind and thoughtful. Breakfast was à la carte and brought out so quickly, I was really impressed by this. Massages were fantastic! Deeply appreciated the foot massages after tours. So close to everything, easy walk to restaurants and pub street. Shopping is everywhere. Great location. Try the dinner and Aspara Cambodia dancing. Show. Was a lovey evening. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

If you are ever in Siem Reap, this is the place to be. Rooms; rustic and clean. Definitely feels like a home away from home. It does not feel like a hotel room. Complimentary beers/sodas/snacks with an awesome view of the garden. The place itself is a garden and worthy of being an attraction in it of itself. Service; top notch. As true to any Asiatic hotel experiences, the staff and crew makes you feel like you are part of the family. Our concierge (I do apologize, I forgot her name), made us feel at home and conversed with us as though we were friends from long past. David, the bellhop, was very accommodating and helped us buy our hammock. Thanks David. Location; excellent. Only a 10 minute walk to the Old Market, Pub Street, the River and street foods galore. Only a 3 minute walk to the river to see the most amazing view of the sunset and river. The location, in it of itself, is worthy of being called an attraction since it has gorgeous gardens and ponds with lilies and lotuses. Conclusion; the best hotel in Siem Reap.
