This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at and is an incredibly special experience.||First the staff are all super lovely and helpful. We arrived later in the evening and were invited to sit as they checked us in. Welcome drinks with cold towels were provided and much appreciated. Then they guided us to the room, provided a tour, and brought up our luggage.||The room was spacious and lovely with wonderful amenities. Turn down service with sweet treats, plenty of water, and welcome fruits.||The restaurant is well priced and open air surrounded by a fantastic pond. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and never had a bad meal.||The entire hotel is stunning, with high walls surrounding the hotel, lush plants, hanging vines, you forget you are in the city.||The pool is as nice as the photos. It can get busy but never had issue finding a place to lay. You can order drinks and food from the pool.||They offered happy hour in the open air lobby bar with local spirits. Truly a wonderful place to sit and relax with a drink. They also had happy hour on their spa treatments. The massages were fantastic. Following they provided tea and fruit.||The hotel arranged a tour of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples. The guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We were driven around comfortably, provided a fruit snack, waters, and lunch at a comfortable restaurant.||Upon leaving the hotel they provided us a cute frame with Angkor Village Hotel for photos as a gift.||I would gladly come back to Siem Reap just for this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. This was my second stay there and it was even better the second time around. Stunning gardens and beautiful, tasteful design throughout the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant surrounded by water is a very special experience every morning. And the staff are delightful - such warm, friendly, beautiful people, and so sweet with our young kid. We look forward to coming back one day!!

Beautiful hotel, the most spectacular landscaping I’ve ever seen. Make sure you see the traditional dance performance at apsara theater. It’s across the street and the concierge will book it for you. Fantastic. Really great staff, very friendly. Great pool, great historic feel to it. Loved drinks at the bar. Short walk to tons of night markets, street food, and pub street, and of course very close to the temples. Spent 3 nights here, didn’t want to leave-

This hotel did not disappoint. The grounds are stunning, the room comfortable and all of the staff are so nice! For context, we are Hilton Honors Gold and booked with points from the Hilton site. This hotel is part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and you can book through that site as well. This is a new partnership for Hilton. We were upgraded from a Garden View to a Water View and we felt very fortunate as smaller hotels do not always have the ability to do upgrades due to being booked up. We were lucky! ||Breakfast was complimentary and included a large selection to order from a menu. There was enough variety than in 5 days, we did not get bored with breakfast. We also did a sunrise Angkor Wat private tour arranged through the hotel, and the hotel packed a picnic breakfast for us since we would be missing breakfast in the restaurant and had it ready to go with our driver at 5am. They seem to think of everything. ||Our room was comfortable, large, and quiet overlooking the pool. Sleep quality was excellent. The bathroom is large with a large walk in shower. We did have a minor problem twice where the water stream in the shower dropped to almost non-existent. We just turned in off and tried again in a few minutes and it was fine. Perhaps city water pressure drops? Who knows. Was not a big deal. My only suggestion for improving the room would be to add some USB charging ports at some of the outlets. So many things no longer come with the "brick" to connect to electric, and most hotel rooms now have USB charger ports, so we found ourselves juggling electronics trying to keep the phones, watches, ear buds, etc. all charged up. ||The hotel is in a great location and a short easy walk to everything that you will want to see (except Angkor Wat of course). Dinner at the hotel was great, but I also have to recommend Tell Steak House right around the corner from the hotel. ||I was not aware until the end of the stay that at check out they offer you to add tip to be shared by all of the staff. That is a great idea that makes tipping easy. ||We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another stay already to return this fall.

We loved our stay so much! We booked the big Suite room which is 100 square meters (very big and spacious). More importantly the service was incredible and friendly kind staff that went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of. Great central location with beautiful peaceful tranquil amenities. Breakfast was amazing as well with lovely pond views. We also engaged an English speaking guide for sunrise tour of Angkor Wat and the temples named Sophal who was so experienced and knowledgeable. With high proficiency of English. Highly recommend this hotel and guide!

This hotel is amazing! The architecture and landscaping is stunning. From the moment we arrived the guest experience was wonderful. Refreshment beverage and cold towel were a fitting welcome after a day of travel. ||The hotel arranged a private tour for us to several temples in the area. Our guide (Sonny) and our driver were very courteous and accommodating and made us feel welcome and at ease. Excellent English, very knowledgable. Amazing history was shared with us with exceptional detail. Sonny’s narrative kept us captivated all day long as we visited Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm and Bayan ruins. An amazing experience. Highly recommended!

If you would like to get some kudos from your partner then this is a place to stay. My wife was so surprised with the style of rooms , just not what you would expect in Siam Reap. The web photos being accurate.||It is also centrally situated so just a short walk to the river and main eateries and bars. ||Taxi from the airport straight forward- taxi’s here and Phnom Penh appeared properly regulated so no stress incurred at either airport. Best to take US $ ( small denominations snd fresh notes) for payment. I think it was 35$ each way. ||Great staff, everything just right

Amazing hotel with beautiful set up, nice spacious rooms, great service and pool. Breakfast was a la carte and good too. Big focus on delivering high quality service. We stayed two days and had an excellent time. The only let down was when checking out, we were requested to write down a tip to the hotel staff on the final invoice that was handed to us - did not appreciate this gesture as we would expect that the staff is properly paid in this type of luxury hotel.
