Lovely hotel, welcoming staff. We had the suite and were looking forward to using the terrace but were advised not to use it after mid-day due to mosquito activity. The rooms were dark even with all lights on - it was perhaps designed this way to keep the room cool. The suite was extremely spacious. We had a turndown service each evening. The reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The cocktails were good and reasonably priced at happy hour! Breakfast was plentiful and varied - the setting was gorgeous. Whilst we understand that they were aiming for high eco standards - it was irritating that there was no electricity to charge devices during the day whilst we were out nor have any means of cooling the rooms - the electricity was run by means of inserting a key fob in a slot - there was only one key per room.

An urban retreat in an ideal location of Siem Reap centre. Not quite in the heart of the backpacking hub around Pub Street but that suited us just fine. An easy walk to all the local markets and attractions of the town (including Pub Street). The hotel itself is a beautiful urban jungle, once you step through it's doors you're surrounded by plants and ponds and lovely traditional wood decor. The restaurant serves really tasty food and a great selection of local dishes on the menu. Breakfast also offers a mix of a la carte local and western options. The rooms are very spacious and I loved the decor details, including all the floor and bathroom tiling. It had everything you needed. 100% would recommend for a great city retreat!

Incredible, beautiful place! The service was gracious and impeccable! It felt like a garden oasis in the middle of a busy small city. We couldn't ask for more, having traveled to many fabulous places before.|The staff attended to everything, from booking private tours to the Temples, to immediately bringing us extra waters, remembering us at breakfasts, and being gracious and kind in every interaction. |The resort is lovely and quiet with lily ponds surrounding the rooms and plants and flowers everywhere. Highly recommend!!

A very beautiful hotel in an amazing location in Siem Reap. You can walk to places from here or jump in a tuk tuk. The rooms are well appointed and fruit awaiting on arrival. The restaurant can be a bit slow and we had one evening meal which was not very successful, however, you are surrounded by good restaurants so don't stay there. Swimming pool is nice and quiet and offers pool service if you need it. There is a spa service and hotel staff are generally helpful and friendly.
