We stayed at a powered campsite for four nights. The site was beautifully shaded with trees. The location is superb, next to the beach and river. Please be careful, the beach is not patrolled. The only downside is there was no pots, pans or utensils in the kitchen area. So come prepared. It was busy due to long weekend, but the park was well spread and enough facilities available for everyone to enjoy.

Stayed here in a dog friendly cabin for 4 days. Really great experience - the cabin had everything we needed and was a lot more modern than we were expecting. Very quiet, safe, family friendly place. Walking distance to the shops and beach. Can't fault it, would absolutely stay here again! Note: Wifi does not work here, and reception is limited.

Great b7sh setting in some areas.the amount of wildlife is amazing. Mobs of roos, variety of birds and other natives. Friendly staff and accesible bathroom avail for campers!. The pool is dolar heating so dont dip in during winter. Great walking paths along river very short walk to beach and clifftop walks nearby.

We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect for my family. The caravan park had great amenities for the whole family and the location made it a great place to spend some time.

Super friendly staff, lovely location beside the beach and the setting is super cozy. Camping under the trees, kept us somewhat sheltered during the rain. Toilets/showers/laundry facilities were perfect. Didn't use the pool/kitchen etc, but from what we saw, they looked pretty good too!

The anglsea Caravan park is a must visit if organised by any camping groups, as I am a student from rmit, there was a camping hosted by them. The experience was so good with the beach attached to the camping site and also has a community kitchen where everyone can access it. We can see kangaroos roaming around the site. And its very enlighting to watch them and there is bird sighting as well. If you are planning for great ocean road. This is the best place to rest over/ can also be planned for a one day trip just for chilling. I would recommend to go in summers as in winter the camping equipments are needed, like tents, sleeping bags, sleeping mattress, hot packs etc. as it gets really cold during nights where temperature might drop upto 2°C. And the cold is very different than the cold we experience in the city as there is sea nearby. The breeze is more. Overall a must try experience. Also the restaurants close by 8pm max. So carry ur food or buy food before 8pm. There is also a BWS just 1 km away from the site.

Their "Prime" spots are not worth the extra expense. No grass, just mud with overhanging branches that will damage your van if not careful. Very small sites with narrow roads. Also, the main path into the town has locked gates, so you have to go double the distance needed. Amenities widely spaced, dirty, lights not working and run down. We won't be back again.
