Really good experience with Angriya Mumbai to Goa. Booked online couple of days after the first journey and was bit skeptical on paying before any actual review comes up. Being an early adopter, decided to go ahead.
After booking, received e ticket on mail. No sms or any communication what so ever after that. Just follow the do n don't and be aware of the baggage rules and reach terminal by 2pm. Terminal is bit interior and make sure you put right location on the map to get there.
On reaching terminal, the only annoying part of the whole cruise starts, that is the waiting. Waiting queue for boarding pass, then to load prepaid card, then for baggage screening, then for the boat to go till where the cruise is docked. Limited seating facility at the terminal and not that orderly. Expecting them to improve.
On entering the cruise, you will be taken to a whole new level starting with high tea where they served snaks and tea. Then from reception staff will guide you to your suit and then you start exploring every nook and corner of the ship.
Though ship started moving only at around 6pm that day, but we reached on time in Goa port. The journey was comfortable, though mild shaking experienced while leaving Mumbai port, as it gained speed (around 40km/hr) it was steady and people with motion sickness need not worry at all as you won't feel as you feel in a boat. Ready to watch sunset and sunrise (wake up as per sunrise time in Goa). Dinner is served from 8pm and the food was excellent with good options. English pudding was the best!
After dinner either you can enjoy the music at rear Deck or enjoy the moonlit night and numerous stars from the front deck. It was the best part of the cruise. No mobiles were allowed at night at front deck as the flash lights can affect navigation.
On arrival in Goa, taxis are available. You get the card balance refund as cash and go ahead enjoy Goa. Overall great experience and good initiative by Sea Eagle. Hoping more domestic and international routes in future.
