We had such a lovely stay here! All the staff were super kind and always made me feel welcome. The room was spotless and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The whole place has a peaceful vibe, which makes it great if you just want to unwind. The beach is wide with clean, soft white sand such a nice spot to just walk or chill. And the highlight for me was every Sunday when they release baby sea turtles into the ocean they were sooo cute! Definitely a memorable experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were super friendly and made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfy, and the beach… just beautiful! There are so many activities to join, so I never felt bored.||Had a great meal at Lotus Restaurant—lots of choices and everything tasted really good. I even met Jonson there, he was really nice and easy to talk to.||Overall, Angsana Bintan is the perfect spot if you want a mix of chill vibes and fun experiences. Totally recommend

We had an amazing experience at Angsana. The property is very beautiful with an amazing beach and beach activities which was a priority for us. Their hospitality and service was commendable. Upon request, they also gave us an early check-in and late checkout as per our ferry timings. The breakfast and food was good. Though they could do better. They even customised some of the dishes for my vegetarian wife and sister. The spa was also very good. Overall very good staycation. We would love to come back soon.

We stayed at Cassia Bintan and some of the facilities at Angsana and Banyan Tree were shared with Cassia. Breakfast was served at Lotus Cafe at Angsana. We also had dinner at Treetops at Banyan Tree. I would like to commend 3 staff for their outstanding customer service. This was our fifth stay at Cassia and over the years we have come to know a few of the long serving staff for their hospitality. Benny, Wiwik and Lin are ever so courteous and helpful. All assets of the Banyan Group. Benny in particular I would think would be an even bigger asset for the hotel if he is placed in a customer facing role, rather than in recreational. His personality and demeanour fits a customer service role perfectly.

The environment here is fantastic! There's a private beach and an infinity pool, perfect for relaxing and taking stunning photos. The front desk staff can assist in English, which is very convenient. As for the rooms, the decor and lighting feel a bit outdated, and the sound insulation is just average. However, each room has a terrace with a direct sea view, making the overall value for money quite good.

Amazing private beach. Water is not crystal clear but nice and smooth sandy beach that extends out to the coast. Kid friendly beach with calm and warm waters and lots of hermit crabs to catch. Hotel was nice with nice staff. Nice big pool. The main draw back is the lack of local food options that that we are stuck with food with Singaporean resort prices. Included breakfast was good.

We had a comfortable stay as a family of four, including our two adult children. One highlight was the excellent service provided by the staff – truly commendable. While the property is pleasant, it could benefit from an overall ambience upgrade if it aims to compete with the top resorts in the market. From what we experienced, Bintan resorts generally offer a self-contained stay, with most activities and dining limited to the property itself, unlike other destinations in Southeast Asia where there’s more to explore outside. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would strongly recommend this property to others.

If your set on coming to bintan, I would recommend staying here. Hotel was nice, rooms were fine-not overly luxurious, pool was beautiful, beach was great and the water was warm. Overall our stay wasn’t over crowded so it was very relaxing. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, amazing food, such a large selection, and also amazing service. The reception and concierge was absolutely fantastic. They helped with anything and anything we needed, even re booked a ferry for us. Super super incredible people. Elvaretta went above and beyond with everything she did for us at the front desk, booked dinners and excursions and also re booked our ferry. She was always an amazing smiling face and such a pleasant, wonderful young lady! All the employees were super attentive and helpful over all. Didn’t love the food at treetops but it was very well priced so we were happy, service was good and everything was convenient. Overall the stay was great, and the people and service are really what made this trip for us. For the price, I would recommend staying here, I thought it was very much worth it. bintan can sometimes just be tricky to get to from Singapore. I don’t think we could have stayed here for more then 3 days since this island is pretty secluded and there’s not a lot to do especially near by, but if you can just sit by the pool and beach for a week straight, maybe this won’t relate to you!
