Coffee and Matcha is great and the staff itself is friendly.
But there was a small issue. Me and my friend came to the cafe several times with no problem, but the third time we came, the staff told us we forgot to pay last time. I was very sure that I had paid for our order, so the owner checked the cameras. The cameras clearly showed that we paid and the staff just forgot to ring the order through the system.
No problem, but while the owner was checking the camera, he was glaring at us as if we did something wrong and when the issue was solved, he did not apologise. The staff did apologise, but I felt that the owner should have come up to us and apologised, since he was right there and also accusing us of not paying but only checking the cameras afterwards is not very nice towards us, especially as we came to this cafe before and we always paid and were friendly.
Following how we were treated by the owner, we didn't feel comfortable returning anymore, even though the coffee and Matcha latte was very good.
I would still recommend this cafe for the quality of the drinks, but my advice to the owner would be to talk to your customers personally if there is an issue and not let the staff handle everything. It makes him look like he doesn't take responsibility.
