I’m so impressed with my new shirt from Anian! The quality is amazing, soft, durable, and you can tell it’s made to last. I love that Anian focuses on sustainability and creates clothing that’s both stylish and eco-friendly. It feels great knowing my purchase supports a company that truly cares about the planet. The customer service was also fantastic, super friendly and quick to help.

High-quality products and a customer service team of equal value. I've bought shirts, sweaters, coats, hats, and blankets for my adult children, my husband, and myself, over the last 3 years. Every item has been top-notch construction and holds up to even the hardest-wearing 21yr old young outdoorsman's beating in the frigid Prince George area. As for customer service; I sent in my husband's sweater for a small repair, but between them moving locations and a mega-sale, it was misplaced. The team went above and beyond to make it right. My husband is thrilled, and after he battled through chemo last year, that simple gesture made a world of difference to him. The world needs more companies like Anian. 5 stars, regularly recommend, and will purchase from again.

Some of the best service I've ever received! Meg was great and Jacob was absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgeable of not just the brand and clothing but also the city. Can't recommend this location enough!

Nice very stylish and well made clothing, but as a brand, a bit anal and tyrannical when it comes to returns, especially in unusual circumstances. As someone who spent half his life in customer service and hospitality, Anian can use an inservice.

While I am very happy with the items I purchased, their customer service is really lacking. On my first order, it was during a warehouse sale and I got two items. I get a shipping notification about a week later that my items are out for delivery. 4 weeks after I placed my order, I get an email that I was issued a partial refund. But I hadn't even received my order yet and it said both items were out for delivery. I contact customer service and they say that one of the items was sold out, but my original shipping notice didn't say that but whatever, I wasn't charged for it. They kindly offered me a 50% off code, as the item I didn't get was a coat that was 50% off. Great, I thought. The expiry was listed as September 30th. I had been consistently checking the website over the last couple months as I wanted to wait until the new seasons stock came in to place my order. I had made a reminder in my calendar that the code was set to expire. I went to use it first thing this morning on September 30th, and it doesnt work. I email customer service to check (as I had had trouble with the code previously and they had to issue a new one but I ended up not using it at that time because I bought something on sale). His entire response was, "Hi Taryn. The code expired first thing today." That's it. When something says it expires on a given day, its common practice/knowledge that it is good for that business day. Each step along the way things were just handled really sloppily and not professionally. I want to keep supporting brands like this as their quality is good and I like the company ethos, but customer service like this is really irritating, especially when you're paying $90 for a pair of sweat shorts.

Wonderful store on Johnson St that sells women's and men's Melton wool shirts, jackets, coats, and so much more. The staff is there wanting to help you find "the one", lol.
