Awesome little cafe! Cool space, great atmosphere. Coffee was delicious, they are obviously very passionate about it as well. The meals we had were incredible and we couldn't fault the service. A really great place for brunch.

Google
best breakfast experience we have in Germany! food tastes great as it looks! coffee was high quality with the cutest latte art on every drink. staffs were very accommodating to tourists as well. will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great brunch in Frankfurt. 👍

Google
Went here for a quick breakfast and it was delicious. Beautiful atmosphere and good service. Cakes looked like they were standing there for a few days. Next Time service could maybe cut out the end piece that doesn’t look fresh anymore. Otherwise I can recommend this place.

Google
Yummiest breakfast with great environment, I was staying nearby and went there without knowing how cool it would be. Their bread is awesome, they make their own jam and coffee was on of the best I’ve had in Germany.

Google
Really nice cozy place for coffee or lunch. The kurkuma latte and the hummus tasted great. It was nice coming here with a friend but I can also see myself coming back to do some work on my laptop while having a coffee.

Google
Super tasty coffee! Unfortunately it is almost impossible to get a table for breakfast on a weekend unless you have a reservation. Personally I find this really annoying and also inefficient for them: there are plenty of people coming in the mornings who are constantly rejected because there are tables reserved in 30 minutes time... They should at least change the policy and only allow reservations for some tables but not for all. The place is quite small and a bit dark, so not the best for studying/reading. In any case, coffee is really great!

Google
I love this place! I am there regularily for coffee or breakfast. They have one if not the best tasting coffee/latte in frankfurt. Good quality, reasonable prices, halal and vegan options. Did I mention the la marzocco espresso machine? 😍

Google
The cake were good but unfortunately the banana bread was old and very dried/hard😔the coffee should have been a flat white but I let you make your mind from the photo

Yelp
This place is consistently listed as one of the best places for coffee in Frankfurt. Came down from Bockenheim to check it out one morning. The ambience inside is relaxed. It is more spacious than one would expect from the outside with about 8 toal tables. Good amount of space and separation between each table. Definitely less crammed than Bruhmarkt in Bockenheim which my normal go-to spot. I ordered the Ethiopian coffee (4,10 euro). It is on the expensive side (similar coffee is 3,90 euro as t Burhmarkt), but quality is very good. Free wifi, comfortable atmosphere and good coffee make this a place to spend more than a few hours relaxing.

Yelp
I found Aniis by review referrals and I'm so glad I did. I had 24 hours to spend on a layover in Frankfurt and as a non-German speaker (but someone who usually tries to assimilate to where I am) I was nervous about my visit. It was obvious that I was traveling (I had my bags with me) but most of the staff was very gracious when I asked questions about what to order or how to pronounce things, which was very kind. My server went out of her way to check in and to make recommendations. The atmosphere itself is relaxing, cozy, and comfortable, but at the same time so alive with colors and art and interesting things to explore while you eat. There's seating indoors and a spacious sidewalk patio seating area. I ordered a cappuccino to drink and the Power Frühstrück to eat, which ended up being an amazing spread. It included a light omelet, a basket of fresh bread, jam, fruit, cheese, cream cheese, olives and an orange juice. It was plenty of food for a solid meal and was less than 15 euros. I also enjoyed the little touches (even if I couldn't read them!) on the menu about the business and the note from the owner. It all seemed very thoughtfully done. I would love to come back and explore more of the menu and spend a little bit more time enjoying myself in the space!

Yelp
Hands down, the best coffee I've ever had in Frankfurt! I had their flat white and it's just divine! I'm not a coffee expert but I drink lots of black coffee and this is one of those that makes you think it as a culinary experience instead of jet fuel for your brain. The flat white had a rum-like after taste. My friend also ordered a cold brew which surprisingly tasted light and fruity, just as how a summery coffee drink should be. We had brunch here as well and everything was homemade and mouthwateringly goooood. We loved that they serve warm fladenbrot instead of the usual brotchen and croissant (although i think they have those too).

Yelp
Very good coffee! My favorite coffee spot so far and I believe will be hard to find a better one. The staff is really friendly and they suggested me a very good coffee the "flat white" which is strong coffee with a bit of milk and very good taste. Definitely a place to go get your coffee fix and they also have great food!

Yelp
This is a great coffee shop and breakfast place in a cool part of Frankfurt. I had a flat white and slice of cherry pie and both were excellent. There are a small number of tables outside and surprisingly decent amount of indoor seating. There is a line sometimes but it moves pretty fast. They have good selection of breakfast items also.

Yelp
Super coffee house I found along one of my runs around Frankfurt while visiting Germany. Great service, super super (uber uber) friendly people working. I had a great doppio espresso to jump start my exercise and enjoyed relaxing in the café before jetting out to tour the city my foot. The had a ton of amazing looking food too...!! 5 stars and I am hoping to go back someday!

Yelp
Aniis is a great place for a tasty cup of coffee in Frankfurt. Located close to Ostbahnhof, they probably have the coolest interior of any cafe I have seen at all in Frankfurt. The customer service is great, even when they are at their busiest (and trust me, Aniis gets busy!) I haven't had a chance for a sit down coffee here (only takeaway) as I always have my misbehaving dog with me who can't be inside of cafes without finding ways to interrupt customers for their food, but I am sure it is a lovely experience to sit inside and enjoy the quaint atmosphere and beautiful artwork on the walls. They have delicious flat whites here. They also take pride in serving small eats using local and seasonal ingredients. I love when cafes incorporate the great produce and ingredients around them as it really shows love to other businesses, as well as how important they view their customers. Highly recommend this place for Frankfurt coffee lovers!

Yelp
Had the sweet breakfast everyday while visiting Frankfurt. Croissant with butter, jam, fruit salad and fresh squeezed orange juice. Perfect start to the day.

Yelp
The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. I could seriously eat breakfast here every day if I lived here. The Rührei (scrambled eggs) are the best eggs I've ever had in my entire life. Eggs are much fresher and tastier in Europe than they are in the US. I highly recommend this place. No matter what you order from the menu, you're going to love it.

Yelp
So good! The stuff is just super nice and feel welcome even though I cannot speak German at all and still feel welcome. But the internet is limited at some point. Overall, great one!

Yelp
Everything you need. Tranquil atmosphere, topnotch third-wave coffee, tremendously generous staff (they seem to really love what they do), and most of all: exceptional food with lots of vegetarian/vegan options. I am scared to start listing recommended things to try; everything was beyond delicious and very well priced. Most of the breakfasts include fresh squeezed orange juice, to boot. Come for breakfast, stay for lunch!

Yelp
Loved this place. Busy for brunch on weekends, but great coffee, sweets and unique plates ... and a seat during the week. Great staff! Best neighborhood coffee shop I have been to in Frankfurt!

Yelp
Extremely good coffee and service. Very relaxing and I was able to get some work done on my laptop, they have good wifi and great service and food. A bit pricy but not bad for the nice space and service. Highly recommend it
