We had the worst customer service experience today in this store. Unfortunate because it did have interesting inventory. I was in line to pay. When it was my turn the counter person said " Sorry, (man's name) is going next. She then proceeded to check her friend out and gossip and giggle while i kept my distance and waited for an unreasonable amount of time. I thought things like that happened in movies. When it was finally my turn to pay, she was EXTREMELY rude. Considering how many small businesses are failing during the pandemic, I would THINK a small store would care more about their customers. I should have dropped my items on the floor and walked out. I was just so surprised by the behavior, it didn't occur to me. I don't know if the saleswoman was the owner or hired help. Nice job giving the "shop local" a bad name, either way. When your customer service falls way behind the local Walmart, better reconsider the way you are running your business.
