This is my seventh trip to Phnom Penh and we always stay here. Staff are good, attentive and kind. Owner is on site and visible. Hotel is old-world but special. The balcony is lovely. Cool breezes, fans and a lovely place to sit and sip or work. Internet superb. Food excellent. No elevator so if stairs are not your thing, book on a lower floor. No rooms on ground floor. Some rooms have been renovated and are better. Rooms are spacious and bedding is comfortable. Emails are answered promptly. Mr Heng, Sophal and Borey are all well-informed and speak decent English and are most helpful at all times. Location of hotel is excellent. Spa 4 doors down offers amazing massages at delightful prices.

I went with a large group, rooms were ready and the staff were quick to help us and provided us with a welcome drink. Food is cheap and the staff are really friendly. The rooms were really nice and the whole vibe of the place was really enjoyable. Big thanks to Mr Heng and the team there and also for Mr T for all the smiles and laughs it was much appreciated.

The free breakfast was really average. Stale bread, stale pancakes, fermenting fruit. Mozzies pretty bad around plants. The owners really lovely and the staff really nice and helpful although one manager Hen really rude and a total womaniser! They could benefit a lot from better management The room was good.. Otherwise a good location.

We had been traveling for 3 months when we booked this hotel on Airbnb. Upon arrival they did not have our reservation and had not worked with Airbnb since 2019. (The listing needed to be removed and we got a refund from Airbnb). They had a room though and allowed us to stay and as it turned out, my wife tested positive for covid that night. We then had to stay for a week and the staff rearranged their bookings so we could stay isolated in the same room. They made it possible for us to order food from the restaurant which was brought to us. Their daily laundry service was also helpful. In short, they took good care of us and gave us time for my wife to recover so we could continue on. A pharmacy only a block away had test kits and antivirals also helping us get the care we needed. Thanks for the great hospitality and your service to us. If you need a place to rest and recover, this is a good place.

Clean tidy rooms, comfortable beds, and the shower pressure was great. The staff was really kind and helpful and helped me print out documents I needed to take to the embassy. Quite a few nearby restaurants, I recommend the Thai restaurant down the road, Cupple Cafe, and the Backyard cafe.

Nice and honest Boutique hotel located in a very convenient area. The staff is quite professional and will go the extra mile to make you feel like at home. They have a nice restaurant and a really amazing terrace where enjoy the food, which is really tasteful , or just take a drink - best in town Bloody Mary's . I really feel here like being at home. That says it all.
