Ann Demeulemeester Store Antwerp

I came from Japan at the end of August. I've always seen this brand on Instagram and I've always loved it, so I finally found a store in Antwerp. I wasn't able to buy anything, but thank you for the wonderful service! I'll definitely come back! The interior is hidden from the outside, and I was really impressed by the beautiful interior! Thank you!

Amazing and welcoming store and staff! We are fans of the brand and planned visiting the shop as a day escape from Paris, but unfortunately arrived just 45 minutes before their closure and before the weekend. Usually, late visits to any kind of store are stressful both for the customers and for the staff. This could not have been farther from the truth in case of our experience in the flagship Ann store and specifically Mauro’s kind aid! No rush in the atmosphere, the help from the staff that felt like genuine personal dialogue rather than something forced as well as impeccable interior (and music!) Staff are also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to what the store sells, as well as keen fashion insights. We liked several pairs of shoes, some of which were not available in the desired sizes. Mauro was kind enough to take our contact info and update us when they arrived. We ended up needing extra assistance due to our lack of availability to travel to Antwerpen and Mauro was even able to assist with that. I am honestly in awe! He is genuinely the best client facing specialist and I can assure anyone that is the objective truth! I have never ever seen a person put so much thought and care into what they are doing for the customer, whilst seeming absolutely chill and professional. I am no stranger to shopping luxury, but I wholeheartedly think Mauro is a professional people in similar positions should look up to. Considering this was literally our only stop in Antwerpen, now the whole city seems genuine, stylish and kind, hahaha! Can’t wait to get back!

The level of service in this shop is incredible. I ordered my boots by phone from Paris, and even if they did no longer have my size in store, they managed to find a pair for me and ship them to Paris along with a kind, handwritten and personalised card. Ann Demeulemeester shop is one of the reasons I think I should visit Antwerp. The fragrance A is spectacular and perfect for woody aroma lovers like me. The staff here are friendly and give great advice to customers not only about clothing but also where to visit in Antwerp. Tableware is what I already have at home but now they have the green sets in store! The design and decoration for this store is just amazing!! Especially the green garden area, soothing and relieving

I loved the store so so much! It was a real dream come true! I came all the way from Mexico just to visit and the staff were so welcoming and kind. You can totally feel Ann and her husband’s vibes. The clothes were perfectly displayed and the interior is just a museum you’d want to live in 🖤

Louie helped me for a whole hour it was great I got some gorgeous pants, two black cashmere hats (one for a friend) and some beautiful hand blown crystal whiskey glasses. I’m very tempted by the floor length coats I might be back for that this weekend. They also have me a beautiful and chic tote bag which I will actually use. Thanks!
