We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Annabelle Inn. The staff was absolutely the best! Our room was perfect and had a great balcony view. The breakfast was perfect! The location was perfect! A few blocks from the activity of downtown which made things nice and quiet. That being said, it was still completely walkable to everything! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Aspen!

Google
Great stay, small hotel with a home feel. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Well located on the Main Street within 5-10 min walk to Aspen’s shops and restaurants

I absolutely adore the Annabelle Inn! We've stayed many times and each time is special and a pleasure. The staff are so lovely and respond so quickly with things we need. The manager has been there for years and always remembers us. The rooms are sweet, charming and all unique. It's in walking distance to everything too. Stay here is you can!

Google
Service was excellent! David went out of his way to make sure we had a memorable experience at the hotel. The breakfast was awesome and nice for a pre-skiing meal. Location was good, an easy walk to downtown. We will stay again.

It doesn't get any better than this bed & breakfast in Aspen! The location cannot be beat. The lobby is adorable, charming, and oh so cozy. The staff is exceptional - shoutout to David, Molly, and Tracy for going above and beyond! And the breakfast each morning is ideal for what you want before you hit the slopes! The rooms are cozy but spacious, with comfy beds and great water pressure. We can't say enough good things about this hotel and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights. Very walkable to all of Aspen. Good breakfast included with a yummy quiche. The staff was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Google
Really lovely hotel, very well managed, and just a few blocks from downtown Aspen. Attention was top notch, from the goodie bag at check in to happy hour and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect, charming, and cozy stay in Aspen! Cannot beat the location, rooms were quiet and comfortable, and David was excellent and made us feel at home. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
From reservation to check out the lovely staff and accommodations made our Aspen stay effortless and enjoyable. Upon checking we received a lovely gift bag with fresh baked cookies and water - so nice. Once in our room we found lovely robes (with matching slippers), a balcony, a lovely bathroom and well decorated and cozy bedroom. The staff definitely go above and beyond to be helpful, give recommendations and engage in friendly banter. This amazing spot is just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Aspen. It boasts daily complimentary breakfast (starts at 7:30 am & includes in house quiches - made daily), a koi pond, multiple hot tubs, ski lockers, computer center, and washer/dryer access. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return next year!

Yelp
I absolutely loved my 2 night stay at Annabelle Inn. David was so friendly and attentive. This hotel is charming, the room was unique, beautiful and squeaky clean, and the breakfast is the best I've ever had in any bed and breakfast I've stayed in. It's a perfect location, so close to downtown Aspen. I highly recommend the Annabelle Inn! Arianna Nelson

Yelp
A rough couple of sleepless nights at the Annabelle Inn. I thought I had sufficiently upgraded to a more expensive "deluxe" room that I would be better than most rooms. I ended up with a room overlooking Main Street and all night long, trucks, cars and loud motorcycles paraded up and down the street. It was so loud -- sleep did not come easily, if at all. It is a historical inn, so understandable that the room has few electrical outlets. The room was dimly lit, with two small fixtures. Our bed was waist high; I could have used a step stool (not provided) to get in. There was also a (surprise) 3" step that tricked (tripped) me every time I stepped into the room. With that said, I don't think I have ever met nicer people than the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome with warm freshly baked cookies and bottles of water to the breakfast service to leaving, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Each had an idea of those things that made Aspen special, and we followed several of their suggestions. Breakfast came with the room, with two types of warm quiches and other continental style breakfast items. Good coffee appreciated after such long and loud nights.

Yelp
Lovely place, clean, charming and welcoming staff. The free breakfast was much nicer than expected with fantastic homemade granola. The location is an easy walk from town.

Jessie C.

Yelp
Molly and David were outstanding staff members....friendly and accommodating as well as all staff always having a smile on their faces. The rooms were cozy and clean. This Inn is walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you do not want to walk the bus transit is free! The stop is across the street to go to town and the buses run every 15 mins or so. And buses run to the airport! I highly recommend this Inn.

Yelp
Wow, what a great little hotel. We stayed last summer and enjoyed it so much that we booked this past week in March. The rooms are so well appointed, super comfortable, and nice bathrooms. This time we had our ski equipment so it was nice to have a locker downstairs. Each morning there is a nice breakfast downstairs before you start your day. The service is top notch, everyone is so warm and welcoming. Both last Summer and now Winter we have definitely found our home away from home in Aspen. The hotel is also walking distance to the many restaurants and bars. The buses to the ski areas are within a block. Great hotel, I highly recommend. . Thanks again to the wonderful folks running this quaint hotel.

Yelp
The Annabelle Inn is one of the cleanest and most cozy home away from home feel experience you can get. If you're looking for that rustic mountain lodge experience with the convenience of town near by you must stay here. The decor is so charming with an almost European feel with antique skis and the rustic wood interior making the lobby an exquisite experience when you walk in. Danny checked me in and he was amazing! Incredibly friendly and went out of his was to answer all of my questions about the good places to eat in town. He was so kind to check my room and got me in early before my meeting which was much appreciated. Add he gave me a welcome goodie bag with water and warm cookies! Who doesn't love warm cookies?! The room was quaint and spotless. It was so clean from the bedroom to the bathroom that I wasn't worried at all! The shower was a bit small but I was very excited that the water pressure was great! The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice especially if you're a soft pillow person. The location is amazing I literally walked 5 minutes to dinner. Parking was right on the premise so that is another major plus. I highly recommend staying here the next time you're in Aspen.

Yelp
The staff here is really friendly and helpful. They had good tips for us about Aspen, too. But the hotel building quality is not a great value. The hotel room felt really dark and the walls were paper thin. We heard our neighbors talk loudly into the late hours. The hotel's old heating system also makes noises all night through the walls. Not a place that felt comfortable to rest -- hard to sleep! (The staff later told us there is a sound machine in the room to help alleviate the noise issues.)

Yelp
This place was a great value! We stayed weekdays so it was quiet and it's located right in a central area to catch the complimentary buses to all four mountains. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Aspen and there are plenty of eateries nearby. The room was a great size and had a cabin theme to it. It also came with a welcome kit upon arrival and grab and go complimentary hot breakfast items in the mornings. Tracy and David at the front desk were awesome!!! My only small complaint is the heater makes a cracking sound throughout the night and it's behind the bed so it's a bit loud. Other than that me and my boyfriend were very happy with our stay!

Libby W.

Yelp
If it was possible to give this place more than 5 stars, I would without second thought! My dad and I visited Aspen for the first time for a family wedding, and let me tell you this place blew our expectations out of the water. It became our home away from home very quickly. From the morning coffee views, the quiche prepared every morning, being asked if we need anything anytime we saw a staff member, the comfort of the rooms, the list could go on and on. We want to send the biggest thank you to David, Molly, and Ella are being the most kind, thoughtful, and welcoming staff. We could not give this place a better rating if we tried!! Thank you three for making our quick trip to Aspen everything it was.

Yelp
Cute little spot, great staff... so helpful and accommodating. Great location walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

Yelp
The staff at Annabelle Inn is one of the most hospitable and generous that we have ever come across. They were more than accommodating and very helpful, honest and professional. We can only speak highly about the staff and the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
My wife and I had a fantastic time in Aspen and we owe a lot of that experience to the high quality of the staff, service and accommodations at Annabelle Inn. The location is perfect. It's a 10-minute walk from the downtown area and within a few minutes of the free shuttles that take you to/from any of the 4 Aspen Snowmass resorts. The ambiance also blends history (e.g. original facade, old ski artifacts) with modern (e.g. premium cable, flat screen, hot tubs) while also providing a warm and welcoming environment that almost makes you feel like you're part of an extended family. This is our 2nd time in Aspen, as well as our 2nd time at the Annabelle Inn, over the past two years. The next time we're in Aspen, we wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Jason C.

Yelp
The Annabelle Inn is located in a great location, on Main St and within easy walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer. We stayed in a King room that was spacious and meticulously cleaned before our arrival. Our room had a fireplace, coffee maker and all the amenities we needed. All Covid-19 regulations were being followed at all times by guests and hotel staff. A complimentary breakfast was provided each morning and was a great way to start each day. We enjoyed the jacuzzi each night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying at the Annabelle Inn again!

Yelp
This bed and breakfast has nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds. It is a short walk to downtown Aspen. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are two to three types of homemade quiche offered daily. The breakfast buffet is European continental style. There is a small vase of fresh flowers on each table. The rooms in the back of the building are quieter. The lobby closes at nine. Apres ski cracker/cheese/beer/wine is offered three times a week. There are also freshly baked cookies at the reception desk.

Yelp
A little noisy but quaint. I had the bottom floor. Good breakfast. The lobby is cool but closes early. Make sure to check in before six.

Yelp
Ahhh, the Annabelle. My new home away from home. I'll admit I'm a bit biased because we became friends with Charley, Tony, and Gene, the guys who run the place, but really, it seemed like almost everyone there counted them among their buddies by the end of their stay. All three of them seemed genuinely eager to give advice on the best local spots, from restaurants to powder stashes, and the fact that they enjoy blending up daiquiris in the afternoon to share was a nice touch as well. The hotel itself is very cute and quaint, with all the amenities you'd want (in addition to cocktails, they serve warm cookies, the complementary breakfast was great, and two hot tubs with gorgeous views is an awesome perk). It's also walking distance to all the downtown fun (though a bit of a long walk at 1am, but isn't it always), and the ski buses stop right in front. I'd knock off half a star for our room's location on the noisy street, but if it had all been perfect then I would have gotten too spoiled.

Angie R.

Yelp
Cute. Quiet. Cozy. And great location. The towels. Beds and linens are of good quality. The staff is very nice and while it doesn't have much for amenities for just a quick getaway it was really relaxing. You can pretty much walk to everything from the location. The parking isn't that great but I would def be back

Yelp
We had a wonderful visit to Annabelle Inn over the weekend. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us and give us good local advice. Couldn't have been better! The room was comfortable and nice with a rustic feel, and the lobby was similar with a communal seating area and breakfast space. They offer a simple breakfast that had some cured meat, awesome sharp cheddar, juice, cereals and baked items. I loved the casual layout of the hotel, with a nice courtyard in the middle and two separate hot tubs on different levels. Really lovely! The only negative thing was that the rooms are pretty close and the walls seems a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors during the day. Overall, we had a wonderful visit! The hospitality really sealed the deal for us!

Yelp
What a lovely Inn! The location was perfect, the staff excellent, flexible, and so friendly! A special thank you goes to Tracy for helping us move rooms so our daughter could get away from the dorm! We stayed during the Aspen Music Festival and found it so convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking was easy too. We will definitely come again!

Yelp
Great stay! Clean room, no unexpected complications at all. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay.

Linda D.

Yelp
Found myself looking for a room for a quick family get together during high ski season. I found this lovely place for a decent price (for Aspen). I'm so glad I did. Comfortable and classic with super nice people. Very good quiche for breakfast. I'm headed there again

Sam Y.

Yelp
We had a great stay at the Annabelle Inn. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful - he gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails. He also gave us a nice welcome bag with cookies and water. The personal touches like that were very much appreciated. The hotel is walking distance to town. Rooms were clean. We'd definitely recommend.

Yelp
This is a lovely cozy hotel. All staff was amazingly sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling. Loved the fresh baked muffins. Wonderful views and extremely clean. Highly recommended. Will be back.

Vijay K.

Yelp
Disappointing. On my first day, I had an excellent front office manager. Really good guy. But the women who picked me up from the airport and also played the front office manager role couldn't have been ruder. Very rude....scarcastic....and flippant. She'll also let you know that she's French. On the second and third day, the general manager changed. He hung up the phone on me! bastard. And was extremely rude. Never staying there again if I can help it.

Yelp
I probably spend 150-200 nights in hotels a year. I spent four nights at the Annabelle Inn earlier this month, and it's already one of my favorite hotels ever. Pros: Nice continental breakfast every morning included in stay. Occasionally Mike brings out some quiche -- very delicious Each room has character -- a different theme or decor, which makes it feel like your own experience. The staff is OUTSTANDING -- Charley, Mike, Danny, and Donavan all helped out on our stay, and I can't say enough about how great they were. You're about a 2 minute walk to the free shuttles that head to all the mountains -- very easy to get on the mountain for the day. The view from the second floor hot tub -- truly exceptional. Cons: No major dissatisfiers for me. Will definitely be recommending to friends and staying here on next trip to Aspen.

Yelp
If you want to stay in a cozy, clean renovated room, then Annabelle Inn is the place for you. If you like your hotel room as hot as the Arizona desert, then Annabelle Inn is the place for you. If you want to lounge in not one, but two choices of hot tubs, then Annabelle Inn is the place for you. If you want to stay walking distance to every restaurant and shop in Aspen, then Annabelle Inn is the place for you. If you want a surprisingly decent continental breakfast with more than just pastries and coffee before you hit the road or the ski slopes, then Annabelle Inn is the place you for. If you believe everything I just said, then Annabelle Inn is the place for you.
google avatar

Joseph A.

Yelp
We spent 3 nights at the Annabelle Inn over the 4th of July. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Hiking, biking, art galleries, restaurants and an awesome concert venue all within easy walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Yelp
This is a charming little Inn right in the heart of Aspen - close to everything. Annabelle was just re-opening for the summer season when I arrived, so there were a few kinks she hadn't worked out yet, but it's such a gem that I'm willing to give her another try next time I'm in town. What I liked is the B&B feel of the place. The Innkeeper, Charlie, was very kind and seems to genuinely care that your stay is pleasant. He gave me some realistic restaurant recommendations that would work for me. The front reception area is cozy and warm. And they offer a decent continental in the morning. Downside? The breakfast doesn't start until 8:00 am, which only left me a few minutes to scarf something down before I ran off to work for the day. The standard rooms are small but will give you a comfy bed, tv, wifi and a shower before you trek off to explore beautiful Aspen. Overall a nice little place for the money. You're not gonna spend your time in a room in Aspen, anyway!
google avatar

Jenny H.

Yelp
Great cozy inn. My room was facing the ski run. Great location with a couple blocks from the all fun places. One night is not enough.

Margarita R.

Yelp
I would give it more just because of the incredible nice treatment you receive in this hotel. Rooms are ok but clean and with everything you need. Even sleepers and a bath robe. Jacuzzis are working great and they are very good ones. Breakfast is pretty decent but the detail of the arrangement and the guys working there makes it a really good one. I would definitely coming back here.

James D.

Yelp
Had a great experience staying at the Annabelle Inn! Very warm atmosphere and very cozy. Staff was so nice! Room was nicely decorated and felt like home. Location is perfect and within walking distance of downtown and the slopes.

Yelp
We spent Christmas week at the Annabelle Inn. It can be considered a delightful "small" boutique hotel or a considered a large-ish bed and breakfast. Either way, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. My only 2 "constructive" criticism would be: I think you should take your "breakfast " up a notch, offering a more substantial, cooked breakfast. Especially in the winter, when you are hosting mainly skiers, it would be nice to have a more filling breakfast before heading out to the slopes. Second, considering my family was there for actual Christmas morning, again, something "special" for breakfast would have been nice. My daughter was disappointed that something wasn't done to make the morning feel more special, like we have at home. Instead, the owners had their family there and we felt like their attention was a bit distracted. That said, it was still a lovely stay and well priced for the convenience it offered, due to it's location. (Within walking distance to town.) We will definitely stay here again.
google avatar

Derek T.

Yelp
Was here for a men's conference last week. What a great place. Reminds me of a nice bed & breakfast. I appreciated the way each room had a different rustic decor. It has two hot tubs and a nice breakfast each morning.
google avatar

Max T.

Yelp
Stayed here last week and had a GREAT experience. Here's why I liked it: 1) $200 per night split 2 ways = $100 per night. Great deal for a very clean and well located hotel in Aspen; 2) Free breakfast every morning; 3) Free Apres Happy Hour every other night; 4) Friendly and knowledgeable staff; 5) 2 hot tubs and free ski lockers; 6) Great Location - 5-10 minute walk to anywhere in downtown Aspen, 2 minutes to free buses to Aspen mountains including Snowmass; 7) Free parking; 8) 2 computers for guests to use; 9) Very clean and new amenities; 10) Finally: you'll be in downtown Aspen not Snowmass!!
google avatar

Amber W.

Yelp
This place was very welcoming. We got in a little late from road closures and Donavan met us at the door with a very warm much appreciated welcome, and he was full of info! The decor was cute, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was healthy (No powered strange hotel eggs like at a holiday inn). I would defiantly come back.
google avatar

Joe R.

Yelp
Unpleasant smell in room - needed air I guess - but not worth the price. Unpleasant experience upon checkout, too: I was late leaving my room (1.30pm) - my bad - but they never would have known it unless I told the front desk that I had exited the room late. The guy tells me, don't worry, we already checked you out - but now that we know you're late, we'll charge you $100 late fee. Crooks.

Trena M.

Yelp
I will never stay here again! Not sure why the owner would accept the behavior of the staff. The worse customer service I've ever experienced. They treat you like your putting them out by staying there. Breakfast was a joke, cold cut lunch meat with cheese and stale bagels. Our queen room was two twin midget beds we couldn't even pull together. Website is false advertising and the room rate is ridiculous for what you get. No refundsFYI

A D.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this place. The rooms are very nice and a good value. Location is excellent and close to everything. Only a block or two to any of the free mountain busses. Breakfast is plenty and nice. Apres ski cheese/wine/beer is a nice touch too. The staff has been amazing and so helpful when I needed an Apple charge cord or answering any other question I have had. Do yourself a favor and book this place. I am staying a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier with my choice. Book direct for a discount.

Paul H.

Yelp
This is one of the best values in Aspen - quality all the way and unassuming. Rooms: well sized, quality furniture and comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, ample heat (if you want it), and quiet. Food: Free breakfast in the morning is decent enough, though nothing special; oatmeal, fruit, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee... Service: The managers of the inn are fun, interesting, helpful. Other: Two hot tubs are perfect for apres ski muscle relief; clean, but not so private (they're located right in the middle of the inn for all to see); locker storage for skis is convenient; free parking; location is right on Main St. for easy bus rides to the slopes too; free computers with Internet downstairs in front of the fire..and free happy hour too with wine and beer!
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
Overall a fine place. I would not say the customer service is spectacular and there are no major services that are available. You are definitely left to your own devices especially after 9 pm - when the front desk closes. There is free breakfast, but nothing too special other than bagels and muffins. It is definitely not for long term staying, but I would recommend if you are looking for an affordable place in Aspen in a good location to downtown, which is walkable.
google avatar

Jen R.

Yelp
Charming inn, we loved the location as it was a 5 minute walk into town. Great hiking trail (Rio Grande) close by. Lovely room and bathroom. Adequate breakfast. Front desk was knowledgeable, but poor follow through. Chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were delicious.
google avatar

Kimberly H. M.

Yelp
We had the best experience at the Inn over Christmas. The staff was friendly and knowledgable on recreational activities as well as restaurants. The room was lovely and the location was great. The local bus is free and can take you to all the spots. We will return and stay here. Missing the friendly staff already. Thanks Charlie, Mike, Danny, Donavan and Doug.
google avatar

christine v.

Yelp
Really great Inn with lovely hosts who go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. An easy walk to all the action in Aspen or there's a bus stop right across the street if you choose to go that route. Would definitely stay there again.
google avatar

Patrick B.

Yelp
Good place to stay, the rooms were nice and the staff was great. Their 2nd floor hot tub has an awesome view. My only complaint is I woke up in the night cold, I turned up the thermostat a couple times and it didn't work, I later realized it had been disconnected and there is a new unit by the window. I wish I had known this beforehand or if there was a note on the thermostat. Either way it's a good spot to stay, would recommend

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
We booked two upgraded suites. Due to an emergency surgery we had to advance cancel one of the rooms for two nights. My parents were still able to go to Aspen for the weekend. We were quoted $250/night for the upgraded suites. My parents were placed in horrible rooms, with Motel 6 standards (the towel rack kept falling off) and charged over $450 per night. Our credit cards were ALSO charged over $900 for the two nights we had "canceled". We've called twice and the issue has not been resolved. We frequent Aspen and will NEVER stay at the Annabelle again.

Monica D.

Yelp
I booked this hotel through hotels.com for a great rate! The manager called a week later and walked me to a hotel in snowmass for my stay because he got a large party to give him a better rate. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! That is not a way to do business!!!

Noni T.

Yelp
What a great place to stay! Very friendly staff, great location and quaint rooms. Came over for a concert at Belly Up, short walk into town. We will be back!

Yelp
Fabulous. Great comfortable room. Excellent location.
