Annebrook House Hotel

We have stayed in the Annebrook hotel a few times now. It is great value and a truly lovely hotel. Thanks Ed staff are a pleasure to deal with, friendly, helpful and very efficient. The hotel has lots of free parking, it is situated in the centre of Mullingar, lots of lovely pubs and restraints close by, the Greenville Arms hotel in a few doors away. We will be back soon.

Annebrook house hotel is a top hotel. The room we had was spacious and clean the bed was very comfy the bathroom had a good shower and was a decent size. There was a safe, tv, iron board, tea/coffee making area. The staff were polite professional and friendly. The breakfast was tastie a good selection to choose from.. The restaurant was top class the food was delicious from starters to mains. The Guinness is the top quality. We had an 80th birthday party and the went above and beyond for it.

Three of us commute to work in Mullingar on a daily basis so decided to make a reservation in the apartment here for our work Christmas party and let our hair down for the night. It was all our first time to stay in the Annebrook though we have often frequented. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and warm with 2 ensuite bedrooms overlooking the park with pond and swans which was a lovely view. The apartment had a hairdryer, iron and ironing board which we availed of. Parking is free for residents: you get a validated ticket on leaving. On check in, we asked for a bottle opener. When we were in the apartment, we realised there were no wine glasses so we asked at reception for 2 of these and got them. Breakfast was included in our rate and 2 out of the 3 of us availed of it. We were very impressed: highlights included breakfast served until 11am at the weekend, fresh fruit and berry yoghurt, pastries, hash browns and cappuccino from a coffee machine. Staff were all efficient. Great value. All of us would happily stay here again for a night out. Keep doing what you are doing!!

The hotel offers a mix of classic rooms and apartment-style living. We stayed in an apartment where we shared a kitchen and a small living room, which was perfect for team bonding. Each of us had our own private bedroom and bathroom, providing plenty of privacy. My room was spacious and featured a stunning view of the lake, complete with swans—a real highlight! However, my colleague’s room faced an internal corridor, so views can vary significantly. The hotel itself is nice and clean with friendly staff, though the layout is a bit confusing. It’s clearly a converted building with many corridors, and I managed to get lost several times. Note that the reception is located in a separate building. Regarding the restaurant, the food is decent but quite basic and felt a little overpriced for the local area.

Nice location. Good Food (ate lunch). Helpful hotel staff and great restaurant staff.Served a nice lunch with huge smile and accommodating vegetarian with happy attitude. Good quality and quantity food. Helped with getting us Iron on request. Parking is free. Allowed us to use the quieter rooms for urgent office calls. I would recommend this hotels to friends and family

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were staying due to attending a funeral and experienced horrific, extremely loud shouting around half midnight on New Year’s Eve, making it impossible to rest or sleep. While the apartment itself was lovely, that counts for very little when you’re subjected to such disturbance at an already difficult time. What made it worse was the hotel’s response - they were unwilling to issue a full refund and only eventually offered 50% back. This shows very poor standards and a complete lack of understanding or compassion. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of mullingar next to the town park the staff are so welcoming and they can't do enough for you there so accommodating. The hotel is spotless clean and the interior is very updated. The food is absolutely delicious and the plates are quiet full the even give extras not that you'd need them and its not expensive everything about this place is just fabulous and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in town or even if your just passing through for dinner definitely a five star for me

Recently stayed here for one night and I would highly recommend. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was incredible, ended up in a suite which was super exciting. The room was huge, the bed was super comfortable. Lovely bath with jets. Excellent location, carvery downstairs was super yummy too.
