Very pretty atmospheric place with big windows full of daylight. Was seated immediately, no waiting. During my breakfast there were 2 happy birthday songs performed by the staff for guests which shows that people come here on their birthdays. That's one of the ultimate signs of a great restaurant. Ordered Crab Cake Benedict. Took a few minutes to make. Crab cakes were little dry and warm instead of hot. Scrambled eggs were also on the dry side. One important thing that I want to bring to the management's attention is that I opened three utensil sets in napkins and all three had residual traces on them. I asked the staff to bring me clean utensils and they did it immediately. Staff is extremely nice, and the atmosphere is great. Kitchen could be better. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is my honest take. Thank you Theo for making the experience pleasant.

Was very busy but no wait. We were very impressed. Staff welcomed us, served us well. Kind and helpful for things we wanted to change. Food was delicious and timely. Will definitely be going back.

My mother and I came in for breakfast and had a wonderful experience! Our server, Alycia, was attentive, friendly, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. We both ordered the Peach Bourbon & Pecan pancakes, which were perfectly fluffy and full of flavor. My mom paired hers with a Peach Palmer, and I went with the Blackberry Smash—both drinks were delicious and complemented the meal nicely. Overall, a great start to our day. Thank you, Alycia, for making it such a pleasant visit!

Yaslin was AMAZING!! She was knowledgeable of all of the items on the menu even the new ones. She was able to help me navigate to what I would like and it was a hit run! This was my first time here and I was skeptical because I’m a New Orleans native. I definitely enjoyed the experience and will be back to try the other items on the menu. I was happy to see the shrimp and grits wasn’t swimming in red sauce and tasted more like home. The Hendricks hurricane was fire. Overall great experience! Thanks Yasmin!!!

Why Wait Getaways

Google
Big fan of the Blueberry Lemon Mimosa. The Shrimp Benedict was full of flavor, fresh ingredients and really filling. The place is kinda loud inside, esp for a Friday morning. But there is an outdoor seating area too if it's not too hot. Service was quick and efficient. We would visit again.

This was my first time at this place and the food was amazing! When you go ask for Carlos D! Between his infectious smile, knowledge of the menu and attentiveness he made my experience memorable! I will definitely be back!

Google
Amazing service. If you want to go eat at a place where the owner is on site directing, making sure everything is up to par, etc. then this is the place ! As me and my brother were walking in, we were greeted by the owner as he was walking in as well. He was extremely polite and respectful giving us a warm welcome. We were served by Alycia / Alicia and she was amazing, very shy polite young girl that actually cared about how we were doing and was doing her job to the best of her ability happy to be there. It’s hard to find places were the workers are happy to be there so big shout out to the owner for creating that amazing environment for a positive experience. Now the food, AMAZING. I got an omelette that had a bunch of different meats in it, I don’t eat pork and they were able to substitute all the meats I was able to eat. It was damnnnnn good ! It came was an English muffin and it was a nice addition. I did order the grits as a side as well and I guess I don’t like grits ahah. But Alycia was very kind and allowed me to swap it out for diced potatoes which were fantastic. My brother ordered some delectable shrimp sausage egg concoction and he said it was second to none. Now, the main event ! The blueberry apple French toast pancakes were the show stealer. They were so dangggg goood. It was like somebodies grandma was in the back and this was her special recipe. They were the most delicious French toast or pancakes I’ve ever had in my life. The sauce was apples freshly grinded to a light but not wet kind of sauce that just took it over the top. The pancakes itself were light but like French toast, I’m having trouble trying to explain it but YOU MUST GO TRY IT !!!!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤 THEY ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD ! I even looked at my brother after we finished them and asked if we should order another round 😂😂😂😂😂 We’re both on a diet that we can’t eat much carbs on so he said “your going too far baroush” Anyways, I highly recommend trying this place out. Amazing experience that I would love to have again.

Google
Best breakfast/Brunch in the DMV for sure! You can tell that independent of the food because of how busy it is all the way through Sunday noontime, and also the atmosphere and the customers. Everyone here is here for one thing and that’s the certain expectation the food is going to be fantastic. Table next to me had special salads, and the quality is so good very few people walking out with Go-boxes!!!

Yelp
And in conclusion....... The food was actually amazing. We got veggie omelets and they were probably the best we've ever had. The grits were also great. IMy country potatoes weren't freshly made but they were ok, however, it was 30 mins before closing so I'm not going to complain since everything else was so good. The star off is because our service wasn't the best. I ordered a drink and it never came. She wanted to order a coffee too, but when I ordered the drink he just kind of ran away as soon as I finished the sentence. We just rarely saw the waiter after we ordered the food. He brought the check and actually never came back. After 5 mins I went to the bar and paid. He was in the back talking to the people back there.

Yelp
A cute brunch spot with plenty of parking and lots of tables. Came on a Wednesday morning and it was pretty busy (not many open tables but got seated right away). We both got the lobster and brie omelette with grits. I thought the egg was a little dry and I personally wasn't a fan of the combination. The calories on this dish were also incredibly high. It also took about 35mins for the food to come out. Definitely would love to try other menu items though.

Yelp
What a treat! This place absolutely delivered on flavor and variety. The menu was packed with tempting options, but I went with the lunch duo--crab cake Benedict and gumbo--and wow, both were phenomenal! Perfectly seasoned, rich, and satisfying. My husband went sweet with the cinnamon roll French toast, which came with a side of eggs and sausage. Let's just say there wasn't a bite left on his plate. We also couldn't resist ordering the tenders to-go since we were already stuffed--but couldn't pass them up! If we're ever in the area again, this spot will definitely be a repeat visit.

Yelp
I happen to stumble across this location for a meeting. I have visited this restaurant back home in Pearland Tx. I has happy to see that the chain has made it to Maryland. The restaurant is fresh looking and features a full bar. The staff were great. I can't pass up Shrimp and grits nor gumbo when I see it on a menu. Both were filling and tasty. Shrimp grits came with cheese on it by default. Good shrimp and grits do not need cheese. Neither did this one. It was filling. The gumbo was very tasty. The shrimp and crawfish were a nice touch and added tonits authenticity. The fresh toast was a nice simple treat that just added to the overall experience. I would definitely eat there again. Most items are served all day. Bon Apetit.

Yelp
A regular brunch rotation for the family. Super friendly service, great food, nice open and bright dining room. We've tried a bunch of different items but today we got the pancake stack and the Louisiana Quiche from the seasonal menu. Pancakes are perfect - fluffy and tasty. The quiche was good but needs a bit more seasoning. Like it's right there.. just needed one more dash. The etouffe that accompanies was pretty bland too but nothing a little salt couldn't fix. I'm glad I tried it.

Yelp
Was looking for a nice place to have breakfast before a BWI flight. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice, and it's less than 10 minutes from BWI. I was seated promptly, greeted by Colleen (a waitress in training) and ordered the egg scramble with fruit (for an up charge) Breakfast came quickly and honestly, it was too greasy for me. The side muffin was cooler than warm. Fruit was good. Wouldn't stop again, but it was worth the try!

Yelp
You can tell by the multiple reviews... I've been to Another Broken Egg quite a few times. Today, I got the pick 2 lunch special: 1/2 Crabcake Benedict & Louisiana Gumbo w/ a side of Bourbon Street Pancakes. The Wife got 1/2 Chicken & Waffles & Louisiana Gumbo. We both got spiked cinnamon roll cold brew... and everything was as delicious as it always is, with the gumbo being the star of today's show. Well, never mind, because those pancakes were amazing as well. Another trip, another delicious meal without disappointment. Service was good, and our waiter was phenomenal. The vibe was calm, the restaurant was busy but not too noticeable, and everything was served quickly. 5 stars.

Yelp
I DO love Another Broken Egg Cafe. It is the definition of a fun brunch! Drinks are great, the food is delicious, and the service is pretty good too. However...there's always a wait! Even when joining the waitlist from home and getting to the restaurant itself, still a wait. I went on Mother's Day, expecting a wait due to the occasion but 1hr 45 min after joining the waitlist before leaving home is crazy. The host team were very kind, efficient, and professional. Even in dealing with all of the guests. Our server Derrick was good. The food took a little while, but once served everyone enjoyed. Lively music and good staff service will keep me coming back to try again on a more lowkey day.

Yelp
I recently visited Another Broken Egg cafe for a Sunday Brunch. The menu is full of great creative options. I had the crab cake Benedict and ate some of the Lobster and Brie omelette that was delicious and well cooked. It was delicious. Service was fast and friendly once I sat at a table, but I did waited for 20 minutes before getting a table. I highly recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe for Brunch. It's worth the wait.

Yelp
We ended up at Another Broken Egg Cafe because of a power outage, and it turned out to be the perfect excuse for a breakfast outing with my two little ones. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which is always a plus when you've got kids in tow. I ordered the Belgian waffles with eggs and maple chicken sausage, plus a side of cheesy grits, and everything hit the spot. The waffles were crisp on the outside and soft inside, the sausage had just the right balance of sweet and savory, and the grits were perfectly creamy. We also got fresh orange juice, which was a nice touch--super refreshing. Service was quick, the atmosphere was warm, and it made what could've been a rough morning into a great one. Definitely a spot I'd come back to!

Yelp
My husband and I went here for breakfast, for the first time today. Upon arriving, we were seated promptly. The restaurant is very spacious, well lit, but also very warm and inviting! Our waiter, Max, was over promptly to ask us what we would like to drink, and if we had any questions while looking over the menu. My husband ended up, ordering the Powerball and I ordered the lemon, blueberry, and goat cheese, pancake pancakes. When we ordered, we asked Max about portion sizes and for recommendations and he was definitely correct when he said the portions are huge and he made some recommendations. Both of our meals were delicious! In fact, not just the food, but the coffee was great. I typically like a medium roast, and my husband likes a dark roast, but to keep things simple and because we've never been offered an option at a restaurant, my husband got the medium roast as well, and he said it was some of the best coffee he has ever had! Max was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable, but also very professional. We not only enjoyed our meal, but our interactions with him! If you are looking for a new breakfast or brunch spot, you need to check this place out. It's tucked away in the middle of a townhome type community and we had no idea. It was even there until we did a Google search for new restaurant options. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
New years brunch @ the Columbia location and the place was packed! We thought we reserved a spot in the queue online but as it turns out you have to check-in with the host before you're officially in the queue which is fine but you might as well remove the website waitlist. We waited for 30-45mins and the wait area is limited to be ready to stand out in the cold if you here on a holiday/weekend. I was surprised to look at the menu prices since they seemed to be at-least 1/3rd higher than typical brunch joints. The coffee was okay but had free refulls. The blueberry lemon pancakes were just fine. Also had the chicken salad sandwich and the hey lucy omelette. The omelette was the pick of the dishes. Server was very attentive which was pleasantly surprising given the rush. TLDR: okay food, above average prices, avoid busy hours in the winters.

Yelp
The restaurant is very popular for brunch or at least the Saturday we went it was very busy. I was worried that I wouldn't find parking but luckily they have additional parking. The wait time was extremely long, we waited nearly an hour to be seated. However, once seated we had our orders quickly taken and the food did not take too long to come out. The food was okay.

Yelp
The food was decent. The food came out in a timely manner. The drinks were good also.

Yelp
The food was delicious, fresh and hot upon serving. My husband took me here for my birthday. The waitress was great and they sung Happy Birthday and gave me a birthday waffle. Definitely will come back. The owner visited each table to introduce himself.

Yelp
A cute hidden gem.Went here for Brunch. I had no idea this place was even here. First walking in its beautiful and cozy. The customer service was great Max was our waiter he was amazing. We ordered the strawberry pound cake French Toast it wasn't really what I expected it was simply four pieces of pound cake with strawberries on top there was no strawberries in the cake. It came with a side of 2 eggs and 2 pork sausage links they where good. We also ordered the breakfast bowl I didn't taste it but I was told that it was good. I would definitely be returning. To try a different dish. The atmosphere was amazing we sat in the back and it was very quiet.

Yelp
The food was great! It was so much, enough for a snack for later. It was crowded on a Tuesday which is a testament of how good the food is! The service was a little slow, but I will definitely be back!!
google avatar

Patrise S.

Yelp
I'm full! That's how satisfied I am with the food. The rest of my party couldn't wait for a food photo, so all I have is my dish. I ordered the seasonal special pancakes and am grateful that I was able to substitute strawberries for the black- and raspberries. I also substituted sprite in my mocktail, instead of soda water. The staff was attentive and considerate.
google avatar

Erin F.

Yelp
Everything we had was cooked and seasoned perfectly. By far the best grits I've ever had! The service was pretty bad. I think we had a new server, but he never brought our drink order, and he came back only after we had finished eating to ask how everything was. We asked for the check, and he never returned to take the payment, so we had to go to the bar to sort it out--especially since he had also charged us for the missing drink order. The bartenders were great, though! They discovered the drink had been made, but he never picked it up. They took it off the bill. The food makes up for the not-so-great service--very tasty brunch spot!

Yelp
Had a great experience at Another Broken Egg! It's a beautiful restaurant with a lovely outdoor dining space where we chose to sit. Our server, Derrick, was amazing--super patient and attentive, especially since it was our first visit and we spent more time chatting than browsing the menu. I ordered bacon, eggs, and grits, and everything was absolutely delicious! I also tried the pancakes, which weren't to my taste--personally, I wouldn't recommend them. Overall, though, a great spot with fantastic service.

Yelp
Went for brunch so it was incredibly loud and chaotic. Nice decor though, and good service despite the huge amount of people there. Some dishes are definitely better than others. Probably a great place to go during less busy hours. Everyone was polite and friendly. Definitely would return on a weekday.

Yelp
A pleasant new experience for me for brunch. This reminds me of first watch but with more options. I got traditional breakfast with bacon, house made sausage and a side of potatoes. That house made sausage was very small but it was good. The other food was prepared well. I was pleased with it all. Drinks: I have a grand mimosa with was tasty but this place is skimpy on the alcohol. The Paloma pitcher was 48$ which is odd because typically the pictures are 28-32$ . And they was almost no alcohol in it though it was tasty. I would come back here but I would probably not get an alcoholic beverage because you would need 1 gallon to get a buzz. Nothing was outrageous in terms of price outside of the pitchers. This is a family friendly environment. The service was very fast paced and the waiters were extremely kind and efficient.

Yelp
Today was the first time my husband and I visited Another Broken Egg and we were pleasantly impressed by how quickly we got seated, our server and the accommodating and wonderful service of the staff. Everyone was pleasant and seemed happy to serve their patrons. The restaurant was bright with a lot of natural light and decorated nicely. Our food was served hot and quick. We will return soon.

Yelp
This was my first experience at Another Broken Egg Cafe, but it won't be my last. The esthetic was welcoming. There is plenty of natural light throughout the cafe in open space. The hostess was welcoming and directed me to the table where my friends were already seated. Our waiter was very accomadating and he was able to help with our menu selections. He bought out for the table beignets with a side of orange marmalade. The texture was more like a cake donut and not light and airy like I'm use too, but they were still tasty. I decided on a lunch duo which is 1/2 and entree paired with a side. I selected the newly added dish, the Blackend Shrimp Salad with the gumbo. This salad was an explosion of fresh flavors! The shrimp were absoultely delish and the star of the show, but not to be overshawdowed by its background performers like the fresh grilled pinneapple. I could have eaten a bowl of the pinneapple by itself! The pickeled red onions and parmsean crisp only elevated this salad. Topping it off was a honey jalpeno vinaigrette that pulled all of these flavors together. This is a salad I would definetly recommend if you your not feeling like breakfast items. The gumbo looked really good, but was too salty for my taste. However, my friends tasted it and felt it was fine. The waiter asked if there was something else I wanted. I decided on the jambalaya. This was an excellent choice. The jambalaya had big juicy shrimp throughout and full of flavor. Now,as I said this was a lunch duo where you get half the regular portions. Well, I would like to know what the regular portions look like because both the salad and jambalaya were ample portions. In fact, I had to take the jambalaya home because I was full from the salad. I have to return because there are so many items waiting for me to try especially, their various pancakes and extensive mocktails. SN: We went during the Christmas break and there was a nice crowd. I suggest making reservations.

Yelp
Hidden gem in Elkridge, MD area - yea there is outside seating but not as large as one would think-friendly staff, great recommendations will definitely return to see a few other options on the menu. Was quite crowded for a work day but that is a good sign the food is good!
google avatar

Yelp
Our first time here and on Father's Day! Line out the door. We sat at the bar to avoid the 30 minute wait. GREAT service at the bar! The food was very very good. The place is much bigger and nicer than I expected. Highly recommended!

Yelp
BLUF: Comforting breakfast and lunch with an option for boozy drinks. I met a friend for lunch at Another Broken Egg Cafe and it was great. All of the employees were friendly, the seating was comfortable and on a blustery December day we warmed up with comfort food like fried chicken and egg sandwiches and chicken and waffles. Even though this cafe is located in a residential neighborhood there is a large lot adjacent to the restaurant so parking was easy too. Overall it was a lovely experience and I look forward to returning and trying some more items from the menu.
google avatar

Beth S.

Yelp
Stopped in for a Father's Day breakfast with the hubby. Very busy, so we sat at the bar. Samir was EXCELLENT and the hubby says food was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly. Only downside was no vegan breakfast options, so I just had fruit. I think it's a bit pricey, but the place is also beautiful.
google avatar

Cas N.

Yelp
This is a pretty nice place especially when you want a low key brunch date. It tends to get crowded pretty quickly and relatively early especially on weekends so get there early if possible or be prepared to wait. The restaurant is filled with beautiful natural light and table plants so personally, it makes the experience feel a bit more relaxing. The food is pretty good too. I enjoy the seasonal items that they introduce such as there stuffed French toasts, however there normal menu is good too abeit pricier than competitions in my opinion. Overall, it's a good experience.

Melanie E.

Yelp
Food was amazing and we will definitely be back. Our server was good as well. Tried the beignets which were pretty good

Yelp
Great Food, Excellent Service! The Peach Bourbon Pancakes and Southwest Scrambler were Amazing! We will return to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
We found this place near us and decided to give it a try- we love us some brunch! The staff were all very friendly. We tried the beignets, the lobster and brie omelette, a stack of the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes, and the strawberry pound cake french toast. We also got a side of sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs (the eggs and bacon came with the french toast, and I got a side of sausage with my omelette). Everything sounded so good that it was hard to pick what to order! All of the sweet food was spot on. The pound cake french toast was DELICIOUS. The lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes were DELICIOUS. The beignets were pretty good too. We were so-so on the savory food. The sausage appeared to be homemade, which is great, but neither of us liked the taste. My husband liked my omelette, but the sauce had some sort of flavor in it that I found off-putting (it didn't bother my husband). He also said that his eggs were cooked perfectly. We also got a mocktail which was very tasty, and I love that they had an extension drink menu. We would definitely come back, especially for their sweet brunch items. I'd like to give some of the savory dishes another try- maybe something more traditional next time. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a new brunch place!

Yelp
Randomly ordered carry-out from Another Broken Egg one Saturday morning while I was in the area. My aunt was telling me how much she enjoyed their food, so I decided to give them a try. First, parking and finding the location of the front door was challenging. Parking is limited and you have to walk around the building to get in. The carryout section. however; was in the back of the building where I was parked. They definitely need better signage, directing guests how to access the restaurant, specifically that carryout order can be retrieved at the back of the building. (Unless I missed these signs, but I am pretty sure I didn't) Now to the food. I ordered the Sonoma Club Sandwich with country fried potatoes. The sandwich was really good. Plenty of meat, making the sandwich very filling and tasty. The country fried potatoes on the other hand left much to be desired. They were quite bland and needed more than salt to improve them. Despite the awkward location, this seems to be a quality brunch spot. I would definitely go back to try other items. My husband and I have plans of dining in for a more fuller experience.

Yelp
I was looking forward to trying this spot because of the rave reviews so I went on a sleepy weekday morning. First, the parking lot has a very weird set-up. But I found the place and got a table, no problem. Although the first table they sat me at was an abysmally tiny booth by the door, I was swiftly relocated to a proper sized booth. I ordered classic eggs benny, coffee and juice. I must say the eggs benedict were superb! They were served hot with fresh ingredients, simple yet full of flavor. They came with a bowl of pedestrian potatoes. Coffee was good. Juice was delivered in a tumbler. Service was fine. Here's the problem: the price. After tip, my humble breakfast was $35 bucks! That's way too much for what I had - and the reason this spot gets only four stars. But, more important, the price is the reason I won't return. Too bad.

Isaiah H.

Yelp
Excellent service, even better people. Food is really good but not spectacular. Definitely a nice spot for a brunch

Yelp
Another Broken Egg Cafe is a popular brunch restaurant in Elkridge. It's located on the end in a shopping center with free parking. I recommend putting yourself on the waitlist before arriving because it was busy on a Sunday early afternoon. Service was a little slow but staff were nice. I ordered a strawberry mimosa which was good. I was a little disappointed in the cinnamon roll French toast. It was good but the cinnamon rolls were straight from the can and tasted store bought instead of homemade French toast. My friend ordered pancakes, eggs, and bacon and she said her food was good.
google avatar

Katrina G.

Yelp
We tried Another Broken Egg Cafe one Sunday in early summer. They definitely draw a crowd. I joined the wait-list in advance online. When we arrived the first hostess could not find my name on the list and kept asking my name several times. Another hostess immediately found it. The wait was significantly longer than what was quoted but I realize that happens sometimes. When two seats opened at the bar we sat there instead. I ordered the Bourbon Street Pancakes, side of house made sausage and eggs. Unfortunately the pancakes were rather dry and the flavor was missing. It was very disappointing because this dish should've been really good. Most reviews give Another Broken Egg Cafe a strong rating so maybe this particular Sunday was an off day. Perhaps I'll give it another try some day.

Yelp
We went here on a whim based on what was in the area. The place is pretty big with lots of seating. Service was great. Our server was really nice and attentive. I got the fruit and honey waffle which comes with eggs and a choice of meat. The honey sauce was very sweet and was not what heavier in texture than I expected. Their breakfast sausage is said to be homemade. It was really good! Possibly my favorite thing that we got. My fiance got the lobster and Brie omelet with a side of Bourbon Street pancakes. Pancakes sauce was very sweet. The omelet was really good if you like creamy fillings. Overall, great experience. Would likely go back to try other things. Environment was very typical of a suburban-ish breakfast/brunch place.

Yelp
I have been to this place in another city, which was amazing . This was my first time trying out this location. However, this location, the food, was not enjoyable. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and my friend ordered the shrimp and grits. The Huevos Ranchero tortillas were very weird tasting and didn't not anyway taste like tortilla chips. The waitress made me aware that the chips were shipped into the restaurant and not made any house. The awkwardness of the chips takes away from the entire dish. I believe if you are going to have this and Chiquillas on the menu, chips need to be made in-house. The shrimp and grits, according to my friend, were not worth it. The dish felt incomplete regarding seasoning. We also ordered the mocktail spritzers, which were really tasty. I enjoyed those drinks. The waitress was nice and the wait staff were friendly overall. At the time we visited, the place was not super crowded and was seated within 5 mins of walking through the door. The place was clean and airy, which was good. I am not sure if I will go back in the future. I didn't take any pictures of the food because it was disappointing. I hope the staff take this review into consideration to approve those two dishes overall.

Yelp
Wow wow wow........is all I can say!!!! I assume this was just another breakfast joint like IHOP.....WRONG!!! From the white table cloths on the table to the top notch service to the fabulous food!!! Did I mention the food.......! We had family in town visiting that we kept missing one another so our last try to meet up was to have breakfast if we could...WE DID! To start off we got the house bread which were donut balls to me with syrup that was actually good!! I ordered chicken n waffles which I say was the best I've had so far because the chicken was seasoned to perfection with a warm and fluffy waffle!!!! Next up was the shrimp and grits that was seasoned and very good also!!!! The pancakes was also fluffy and with the cream and chocolate syrup complimenting each other perfectly!! Yelp
Been three different times and tried different things each time. Each was delicious! Expect a wait this place is very popular but worth it.

Yelp
Another adventure for breakfast. Found this one on a search and was pleasantly surprised. Got the southwest scramble. Big portion but way to greasy. Hubby got sausage a gravy, could have used more gravy less pepper. Bloody Mary was good. Restaurant had ample seating indoor and out. Service was fast in beginning but completely died off. Parking is ample. All in all, was a good find and would try again if out that way.

Yelp
Set in the Great Plains states in 1719, Dan Trachtenberg's movie Prey follows a young Comanche warrior, Naru, as she aims to complete the previously mostly male rite of Kuhtaamia, in which a hunter also becomes the hunted. Knocked unconscious by a stealthy mountain lion before being charged by a rampaging grizzly into the fleeting safety of a beaver dam, Naru focuses her ambitions on an alien Predator possessing the technology-aided tools of invisibility, camouflage, and pinpoint, laser-guided, fire. But what if Trachtenberg's latest Predator movie were set in Elkridge, Maryland (population: 24,115) instead? And what if, instead of seeking out worthy adversaries it sees as prey, the Predator seeks only to prevent others from enjoying the culinary delights of Another Broken Egg Cafe, located at 7700 Hearthside Way, Suite 7? Would the Predator be more interested in preventing patrons from ordering the Tiramisu French Toast, the Apple Fritter French Toast, or the Lobster Hash Benedict with Grits? As sumptuous as all three dishes were to my wife and me, the answer remarkably is none of the above. What the Predator would be most compelled to avoid having anyone else savor would be Another Broken Egg Cafe's homemade sweet and savory sausages, without which any trip to Elkridge would not feel like a culinary triumph.

Yelp
Hi! Totally forgot pics but that's how good the food was y'all! Even the hot chocolate! Service was fairly good considering the crowd. No reservations however you can check in ( wait list) on your phone when you're close depending on where you live. The in and outside of the restaurant had a good vibe. I love the corn hole but it was too chilly for me to play. Dress is whatever your mood is. I had waffles, grits, fried eggs and andoulle sausage, it was good! Parking is a lot and overflow is a garage underneath with steps and elevator. I didn't like the garage because I'm creepy but the garage itself is fine. Pricing is reasonable. Try it!

Yelp
Great food, menu, and service. This was my second time going and it did not fail! Creative menu options, lovely, polite staff, great drinks! Super busy so either come early or before closing.

Yelp
Another Broken Egg Cafe is a chain breakfast/brunch spot that is pretty popular in the south. I'm glad it's making its way further north to Maryland. My cousin and I decided to check it out during a recent visit to the area. The space seemed a little small. We arrived around 10 am on a Sunday and there was a good crowd, but we didn't have a wait. I ended up ordering the lobster and brie omelet. It came with a bread option (I chose English muffins) and either potatoes or grits. I went with cheese grits. Unfortunately, they didn't have their liquor license yet, so we couldn't indulge in any brunch cocktails. However, their cocktail menu sounds pretty good! Our server was nice. Her name was Mia...kind of hard to forget :-) Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and would return, hopefully, to some available cocktails.
