Another Broken Egg Cafe

This was on Saturday (12/6/25), and it was my first time experiencing this cafe. Words cannot describe that this is such a beautiful experience for me and my grandfather! We went to the bar stand so we did not have to wait for a table, which is a big plus for us. The atmosphere is very elegant in a modern setting, the place is clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! I tried out their limited menu offers: Apple Pie Pancakes, along side with their signature hot chocolate. Now I do want to come back for more of their delicious plates they provide. I highly recommend this restaurant! Rare scoring, but this is a 10 out of 10 for me, and I hope they keep this up!

This place is delightful. Our server, Jay, was great -- attentive but not annoying, answered questions, made suggestions. I had the side order of two pancakes instead of the full entree version, and couldn't finish them. You can't really tell from the photo, but they are super thick and filling. And delicious. The sausage patties were excellent. Jerry had a traditional breakfast and it was good. Our only issue was the loud music. It was difficult to talk over. We went on a Thursday morning. Got there about 7:30 and there were only a few other customers, but it was getting a little busier by the time we left. Prices were reasonable for the quality.

What a not good experience. Jamel the server sure was doing his best. But the food, portion sizes, and inflated price have just RUINED broken egg for us. That new hash did have at least flavor. But for $17 and that picture is what i recieved. 4 chunks of sausage and the least amount of chicken salad you can slap on.. unfortunate. But thank you to J for doing what you can to redeem. Just aint it anymore.

This was awesome. Dishes that you cannot get at any other breakfast restaurant. Absolutely loved it! Great waitress and service as well!

The food was excellent, but our server J is what really made the experience outstanding. Despite how busy it was, he stayed super attentive, friendly, and on top of everything.

Ryan is the BEST!! This was my first time here, and he played along with my antics. I felt like I knew him!! Coffee was good. Food was good. Thanks for a great first experience!

Had a lovely breakfast here with my mom! 🥰 I enjoyed the classic fresh toast 🍞 with scrambled eggs 🍳 and ham 🐖 — simple, satisfying, and perfectly cooked. My mom had the Apple Fritter French Toast 🍏🍩 with eggs 🍳 and bacon 🥓, which she loved. We also shared an appetizer 🧆 that was a great start to our meal. The service was friendly 😊 and the atmosphere cozy 🪑. Definitely a great spot for a relaxed breakfast! ☕️🍴

My hubby and I have dined here many times, breakfast only; however, yesterday my breakfast was horrible! I ordered a Butternut Squash and something Frittata. It was so flat, dry, barely any squash and among other stuff, over done Brussel sprouts! My cheesy grits was the consistency of paste, Ugh! Honestly, they should have someone overseeing the food before it leaves the kitchen! My husband's breakfast was delicious, lucky him. I did let them know about my breakfast. I only ate maybe a few bites of the Frittata and the grits.

The place is pretty loud. The waiter had a hard time hearing us. The service was okay. Food took about 35 min for one shrimp and grits. Wrap and two sandwiches. Waiter had to be asked for refills. Even when he brought the food out. All the drinks were empty and we had to ask for refills after h dropped the food off and left. It is a mediocre food place. Prices are reasonable only plus.

This is my first time at this location. The moment I walked in I was immediately greeted and welcomed. I ordered hot tea with lemon snd raspberry white chocolate pancakes. It came with eggs and bacon. I should mention that the bacon cooked to perfection. Pancakes are delicious too. My server provided an excellent service for me. It's a nice atmosphere and very clean inside. It's a good breakfast place to come back to.

Came here for breakfast on a weekday. It appeared that perhaps they were understaffed. It took a bit of time to be sat despite it not being very busy. The server was very friendly. Their menu has a variety of food and an impressive selection of varying eggs Benedict. The food took a long time to arrive and was not as fresh as I would've liked. I am hoping that they just were having an off day, as I do not recall an experience like this the last time I ate here.

Wow! We had such an amazing brunch here. This was my first time at any Another Broken Egg, & I was very impressed! The Bourbon pancakes were to die for and the Southwest scrambler was fire, too. My friend said the cookie dough waffle was the best waffle she's ever had. Cute restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating. Service here was great!

Always a delicious meal and super friendly service here. It's routinely a fairly slow service but the servers are quite busy and work very hard so it's never a bother. Cute environment with the best mugs ever (in terms of mouth feel) and the most delicious pepper sauce at every table. I put that ish on everything! Always. Get. A. Biscuit.

Food flavors were fine. We picked presidents day to come for the first time and that was probably not the best idea as they seemed understaffed. My crepe came out cold, as did my husband's potatoes and the sausage is very sweet to me. Service was slow and it appeared they were understaffed as i mentioned. Not sure I would want to go back but will consider it. Staff was kind. update: We came by another morning during the week to try again. We walked in and stood at the front. one of the girls at the back saw us, did not greet us or say someone will be right with you or anything. She went back to the kitchen. then came out two more times delivering things to tables but not addressing us so we walked out. It was not by any means full. Would suggest some training with your staff

This was my first time and it did not disappoint. From the moment my daughter and I arrived we were greeted immediately by a very pleasant hostess. The ambiance was light, clean and very cozy. There was also very cute outdoor covered seating. The menu has a vast variety of offers from breakfast/brunch to lunch combos, cocktails and mocktails. There's literally something for everyone. I ended up getting the Apple Fritter French Toast with potatoes and bacon on the side. It was delectable and I ate every bite! I also ordered the Blueberry Smash Mocktail, which was excellent! My daughter enjoyed the Sonoma Sandwich. It was a very kind gesture for them to bring out an order of their delicious biscuit beignets since it was our first time there! Our waiter was a very attentive and friendly gentleman. I don't remember his name, but he took very good care of us. Overall, an excellent experience, and we look forward to coming back in the near future.

Wow, just wow! The food here is fantastic, the flavors are excellent and everything you are looking for in breakfast or brunch. The service is genuinely caring and warm. We will be back for sure! Thanks Roy for taking care us!

Food good if you can get to it. Like the last few reviews, under-staffed and those there appear burnt out. 35 minutes to be seated on a late Sunday brunch seating. 40 minutes for actual breakfast entrees to arrive. Hostess useless. Neither manager nor very young hostess offered to bus a table, sweep underneath or even bother to take a drink order. Diningroom loud. Hard to speak to a dining companion across the table. Kekes better service, same food. Same prices. Please no trite response.

This review would be 0 stars, but Yelp only allows 1-5. I wanted to talk to a manager from the minute we walked in, but it was clear that the manager was oblivious to running this restaurant because there was something wrong with EVERYTHING. We were greeted at the door by a host who looked like personal hygiene was something he never heard of... His hair was greasy, he was sweating all over.. But that's not the worst! He has an active case of scabies. He was constantly itching his arms with red tell-tale scabies sores all over! Absolutely disgusting! He a walking contagious health code violation! Then we sat down to order, and noticed the waiter and others all wearing black nitrile gloves. NEVER ONCE DID WE SEE A SINGLE EMPLOYEE CHANGE THESE GLOVES! Clearly no one at this place understands this is a health code violation. Keeping gloves on and touching everything means these people have moist hands and never Wash them. GROSS. To keep the colossal disaster going, our food took over 30 minutes to come out (we ordered all breakfast items) and everything was cold. To finally seal the deal of this dumpster fire masquerading as a restaraunt, we get the check. Due to the myriad of unacceptable issues, we were in a hurry to pay and get the hell out of there! But, the qr code for paying on the receipt didn't work. Finally the waiter returns 10 minutes later and says "oh yeah that online pay doesn't work".. So why the hell is it on the receipt? Take it off? Or at least tell the customer it isn't working.. Avoid this place unless you want to risk your health!

One of my favorite places to eat between the hours of 9-2. You can get breakfast to lunch here. Dayna is my favorite server there.

Gainesville, Fl our first visit & last. The service was very slow. The breakfast food was fair at best . The grits were gummy, the English muffins were cold, the omelette was decent (not hot), alEnough said. The waitress was sweet, nice smile. The potatoes were hot. Unfortunately not enough positives for another visit. Disappointed

Seasonal menus add variety. Portions are small for the price. Long waits. But good food and atmosphere.

Food was good but nothing to write home about. We got the beignet biscuits which were delicious and had a great texture. I ordered the goat cheese lemon blueberry pancakes. I was expecting an incorporation of the blueberries and lemon into the batter but instead everything was just sprinkled atop what tasted like plain buttermilk pancakes. I ordered over medium but received over easy, which was slightly disappointing. The potatoes were decent but maybe spent too long in the fryer. Other some minor complaints, I enjoyed my breakfast overall. The Service was excellent from the host stand to the server. The ambience was enjoyable but we felt a little crowded having been in the corner of the restaurant next to another booth with a lot of people.

Very cute restaurant! I have never been here, I always go to the "competitor". However, I had just come from a doctors appointment and had many tubes of blood being taken, so we decided to stop in here. I didn't know if it was going to be busy or not so I joined the waitlist online. It was surprisingly not Busy when we went in. Our waitress was very sweet, I think her name was Natalia, and she brought our food out as quickly as she could. I ordered the blueberry lemon pancakes with goat cheese, I was hoping that the goat cheese was going to be whipped but I was incorrect. It was just placed in between the pancakes and scattered on the plate. That was a little disappointing to me. The pancakes were also very heavy and I tasted a little bit of the batter. I also ordered an omelette and it wasn't that appetizing. Maybe I just chose poorly today. The coffee was delicious and it was a decaf. They have yummy potatoes which are just fried little potatoes but they are tasty. My husband got the bourbon pancakes which I thought tasted a lot like bourbon, if you like that kind of thing. He enjoyed his meal thoroughly. I will definitely be back to try more stuff! I just took a star off because the service was a little slow and I needed my condiments so that I could eat my meal which, made everything cold. All in all, I will definitely be back to try more things and the restroom was nice and clean! Everyone was also very friendly.

This was my first time coming here since my friend has been raving about it. But I was disappointed with my first experience here. The service here was quite slow and the wait was long when I visited with a friend. We went on a Saturday for brunch so I understand the wait but it was about an hour long. The food I ordered was ok but by the time it got to my table it was cold. Some of my food also was overcooked so I didn't quite enjoy it as much as I would have liked. For what I got I think there are better places that have more options for better pricing. I am hoping I have a better experience the next time I visit since I want to give it a second try.

Ordered TWICE online and they kept cancelling my order. Called and they said it was an issue with the app and not them - called the app and said the restaurant is the one cancelling the order ... so not only did they lie to me but they wasted literally 2 hours cancelling my orders back to back? Why even have online ordering if you can't fulfill the orders? essentially: don't even bother trying to order online from this place, they'll just cancel it

Another Broken Egg have always been 1 of the top 5 consistent brunch type of places we like to visit. Our usual spot is in Winter a park. However, we were in the area, and drive by and saw your spot! Service have always been friendly and attentive. Foods, spot on!! Your hint of never been here, is measure by the crowds that's dining there!!

Service from Daniel very good as it could be because restaurants understaffed. We had a reserved table ahead of time for 12. They should have knon we were coming and staffed accordingly. Restaurant was empty at 10 and stayed that way. Given the price I understand why it was empty. Biggest problem is too expensive and there is an up charge for everything you ask for. A different server forgot to tell me an upcharge on marmalade I requested. My pancakes arrived cold and the banana I requested for an upcharge on them looked rotten. They did take it all back and remade it. With no bananas. Buttermilk pancakes a one star. Very pasty. Won't order them again. Potatoes ok but only because I had to pay extra to add onions. Eggs over easy cooked perfectly. Baked bacon very nice. Biscuit very good again. Next time my group wants to go there I will try apple fritters maybe. They looked ok. Eggs Benedict didn't look good and my daughter gave it a zero star rating on a previous visit. Columbian coffee good.

I've been to each of the ABECs and I doubt I'll ever return. Frankly, I feel these restaurants are serving little more than over-priced, mediocre (bordering on bad) food. My nephew and I had breakfast today at the Oviedo location and neither the Strawberry Poundcake nor the Lemon Blueberry with Goat Cheese Pancakes inspired us to bother with takeaway containers for what was left. My bacon was burned and the scrambled eggs were awful. The restaurants are aesthetically pleasing and the staff are friendly and efficient, but a $40 breakfast for two needs to be appealing to the taste buds, not just the eyes.

Really meh food. Typical brunch chain menu that lacks anything noteworthy. Overrated as all get out. Dry eggs are a no go That said, service was friendly and is not their fault. Had a smile and serviced my party as needed

Arrived at the Oviedo location at around 8 am for breakfast with one family of four already seated and a couple in front of us being seated. The remainder of the seats were empty. After we sat down we ended up waiting about twenty minutes just for a drink service to be ordered/arrive but figured it was just a slow start. That simply was not the case. To be honest, I believe they forgot about us. We ended up waiting another forty minutes (an hour total) and still not seeing our order before having to get ready to leave for a pending appointment. As we stood up to leave after asking for our ticket our food finally came out from the kitchen and we were able to take it to go. Knowing there were eight total customers seeking breakfast at the time we arrived, we couldn't believe the lack of service involved (frustrating). I would highly suggest going to Chick Fil A across the street if you are looking for a quick breakfast or other close establishments.

Wow is all I have to say about this restaurant. I was in the mood for something new for breakfast over the weekend and we ended up with Another broken egg on Uber eats! & I was not disappointed. I ordered the cinnamon French toast, crab cake Benedict w/ city grits, and the kid's waffle sampler. The food arrived fresh and it was packaged great! The crab cake Benedict was perfectly made and tasty! My husband loved his cinnamon French toast he ate all of it. Loved the Kids waffle sampler because it was more than enough for my son, it filled him up. I loved how they give you enough food for your money! I will definitely be going to the restaurant next time!

Today I tried this establishment for breakfast. The meal that I had was called Traditional Day Starter. It was very tasty and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The service we had was very consistent and the waitress was very knowledgeable of the entire menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and open. A family friendly vibe that has an open concept. Overall, it was a great outing and will definitely return.

Food was great. Lighting great. Clean. However service was oddly slow for less than 10 customers. Drink menu is only alcohol or "simply" brand. Nothing fresh pressed. Brought my parents for the first time for a brunch. Felt more like a glorified ihop. Would I come back? Only if friends wanted to go. Would not be a first choice. Did I have a good experience over all. Yes. Just not my cup of tea. I had the Crab Cake Benedict.

Sunday morning crawled out of bed,,,,, New to the area and the menu looked different and yummy. I was there early, as I had things to do. There was an outside sitting area but no chairs were set up so felt uncomfortable requesting to sit out there. I opted to sit at the counter and requested a tea. They have no hot tea at all . Apparently it has been like that for weeks, not starting out well, suggestion..... Publix has some. I jokingly said I'm sure you have no coffee either, the waitress stated "oh no we have coffee". I smiled, said thank you but I don't drink drink coffee. I was just being silly. Ordered Huevos Rancheros and city grits. When the food came it looked good but somethings seemed off. My first bite I knew. Food was NOT hot or even really warm. The eggs were a cold warm but like they had been already made and sitting waiting for someone to order. The beans and other items were closer to cold. The cheese on top was ever so slightly melted, some were still in the non melted shredded form. Now if it was the breakfast rush I can give a little grace but there were more servers than customers. Highly disappointed and no I did not send back. If they thought it was ok to serve me that me complaining would most likely get me additional items in my food not ordered. The city grits were somewhat creamy but those were also luke warm. As the servers were waiting to be busy they hung around and talked back and forth at the bar, mostly about others people, sounded like other servers and or management. At one point these "discussions" had me wondering if it was fighting. "How petty, really petty.... Guess we can not do that anymore" was said by 1 server quite loudly. No idea what was being talked about but between the cold food, no hot tea, and the bantering of the staff I was very disappointed in all aspects and uncomfortable to be there trying to enjoy my Sunday morning.

I plan to meet with a friend, but he ran behind, so I asked if I woukd be seated while waiting for him. The hostess said, "Sorry, that's our compnay policy." I found this pplicy not flexible while the smallest table fits 2, so seating me ahead won't occupy another table. I took one star off, without even being seated.

One of my favorite brunch spots near UCF! I've tried multiple items and have enjoyed them all - my favorite is the chicken and waffles I think, but always get the home fries!!!! They're the best in the game. It was around $40 with tip for two of us. Our server (he also seemed like he might be the bartender) was super personable and nice. The inside has a cute country feel but it can get busy on the weekends. They also have a nice covered outdoor seating area. Definitely recommend!

Below average. They paint a pretty picture with nice decor and a menu that talks a good game. But the food is overrated for sure. Got the Sonoma Club. It was the weakest sandwich I've had in a long time. Small overall, meat was less than plentiful and there was no "baked bacon" at all. Honestly not sure there was cheese on it at all, I didn't even realize it was supposed to have cheese till I looked at the menu after the fact. And to top it off - no pun intended - they used the butt end of the bread! I mean, seriously, who uses that?! My lady had the chicken and waffles. She said they were both average.

It's been a while since I've been here and I'm glad the quality has not gone down. Had the fish which was seasonal instead of the short ribs I wanted and I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile lemony and fresh.

First time to this location and arrived at 11:25am, hostess told us there is a wait time around 20-25mins, after 45mins wait time till I went up and questioned the hostess, she finally bought us to a dirty table. My original server was super busy so the other girl came up and got our order. She was very nice and quick. However food waited over 30 mins(pls see attached timer) finally came up. Guess what, missing a ham. Waited another 10mins for my ham. Food is just ok but the wait time is ridiculous. I would not tell the customer short wait time if you are unsure. I have no idea why there is 33 mins wait time to cook some simple breakfast, but I guess you get the eggs from the farm directly that's why take you so long to prepare. The only lucky thing I had is I get a good server. By the way the dining room is super dirty, trash is everywhere. Do not recommend there are better options out there.

Do not order to go. I ordered food, was on time to pick up, and not ready. They are always super busy on the weekends so okay. After another additional 25 minutes, my food was finally ready in part to hostess staff going back to check on and get it together (only reason 2 stars and not one, they were very nice!). When I got home, biscuit was stale, bacon burned, and ham was sliced deli meat just tossed on/not cooked. This was the first time I've ordered to go. I'm used to sit down service at other locations where the food is great and service is on par with the treatment I got from hostesses.

Tried to order online and got an error message multiple times Called the restaurant was put on hold for five minutes. Try to call five more times, no answer! Showed up at the restaurant to place a to-go order, waited five minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order. I've been here almost 30 minutes and still waiting for two egg orders and there's only patrons at seven tables! The food is decent, but the service/kitchen needs improvement. When I got Home the English muffins were missing from both orders, plus I ordered scrambled eggs and received two well fried eggs with my Huevos rancheros, go figure!

Another Broken Egg is hands down my favorite brunch location. The variety of sweet and/or savory options is plentiful. I highly enjoyed the lemon blueberry pancakes. And no brunch is complete without mimosas. Note: It's gets quite busy on the weekends, so bring your patience but it's worth the wait.

Claimed pickup was going to be ready by 9:58, got there by 10:05, got the order by 10:30 with the food cold and the sausage overcooked. If you don't have a knife present then you will need to house your pancakes as an oversized soft taco shell. Place was barely half full so don't see reason why it took so long and food quality so terrible. A quick "sorry for the wait" would've barred me from actually taking time out of my day to write a Shiite review. crazy

I stop by at least once a month the Host was a young and rude while I was giving my phone number for seating... I end up Just stop talking and had my wife give the info and it went smoothly after my wife gave her that stare.....idk maybe her micro braids are too tight which gave her a attitude . I seen a lot while at the bar and if someone send a drink back, trash it don't pull out the condiments and then serve it again, what if they're actually allergic to something.Anyway staff is just young And dumb last week was the worst.... Loved it here! Stopped in for breakfast with a friend. Our server asked if it was our first time (and it was) and he brought us out some complementary beignets. These beignets were delicious and definitely worth ordering! My friend ordered an omelet with cheese in it. I ordered a crab cake benedict. I loved my breakfast, it was great. My friend didn't eat much of his meal because it was too cheesy but he wasn't complaining. The server noticed this and took the meal off of our bill without us even asking. I thought this was amazing customer service. Our waiter was remarkable and will be the reason that I continue to return here!

My friends and I planned on brunching here one Sunday morning. One of our party actually went to the wrong location, so we could not be seated, which is standard practice, but we were put on a waiting list. An automated text message said that I would receive a message when a table was ready but that message never came. When we came inside to inquire about the wait, we were told they wouldn't text us that we were supposed to just come inside when everyone arrived. We had no idea, but it was not a big deal. We got our drinks and placed our orders. I had my coffee filled and was ready for a refill. The server asked if I wanted another cup because there was stuff inside it. When I looked in the mug, there were literally wrappers in the bottom from butter packages (no one at the table had butter). I was drinking coffee with someone else's garbage inside. Nice. Our order of biscuit beignets came out and they were tasty. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. One of my friends had to leave, so we tried to track down our server to ask about our food orders. We caught the attention of a sweet girl who was bussing tables next to us and asked her to get our server because we still hadn't received our food. Her response to us was "there are a million people here." Being busy is fine, but we waited at least an hour at this point and she could have just said "I'll go get her." It turns out, our order was "accidentally boxed up as a to go order." Which is also fine. Mistakes happen. But how did the beignets make it to the table? We were told that our orders would be remade fresh for us, and maybe they were. My omelet was overcooked the grits were flavorless and lukewarm, so I'm not sure if it was actually remade fresh or just reheated. My friend had to take hers to go because she had an event to get to. We didn't ask for anything comped. I paid full price for garbage coffee, overcooked eggs, flavorless grits, and my friend's meal that she had to take and eat cold because they couldn't manage to bring 2 sunny side up eggs and bacon to our table in less than an hour. I will never return. What an awful experience.

Wow I don't know if they put msg in their food because every bite was delicious. The colors and presentation were so impressive. Supposedly this is a local chain in the Orlando suburbs I wish we had one in the northern Virginia area as it's so good, the set up of cafe slash bar slash outdoor seating reminds me of an up scale and better Teds Bulletin. I had the shrimp and grits and studying and traveling all over the south these were the best I've had in quite some time maybe the best. The perfectly spiced gravy and pepper sauce on the grits was perfect. The portions are large compared to what I am used to but I left fully satisfied and impressed with how good a local chain could be. Oh and the peppery Bloody Mary I had was a very good compliment to the shrimp and grits. The food took a bit longer but because it tasted so good I suspect everything is made without a lot of prep work. I'd love to have it faster but I would not sacrifice that flavor.

Another Broken Egg Cafe has certainly grown since its start in Old Mandeville, Louisiana back in 1996. Back then it was called the Broken Egg Cafe. The second location opened in the Sunshine State, to be more precise in Destin, Florida. They added the "another" in front of the name when a customer asked "will you open another Broken Egg Cafe?" and the rest, as they say, is history. Another Broken Egg Cafe is a breakfast, brunch and lunch place, offering food that is both comforting and indulging. The pancakes are light and fluffy and sure to tempt those who love a sweet tinged start to their mornings. Bananas Foster pancakes are a great choice and truly scream indulgence. The Eggs Benedict are also another amazing option and one I heartily devoured and would heartily recommend. The Mardi Gras Omelette sounds incredible and I will try it soon. This omelette is filled with Louisiana crawfish, gulf shrimp, andouille sausage, red peppers and topped with hollandaise sauce, tomatoes (I will have them hold these on mine) and green onions. I saw another review and it mentioned this and it sounds incredibly amazing. The ambiance is equally appealing and definitely enhances the meal. Service was also very good. I saw a review where someone complained about the price. Honestly, I feel the prices are in line with other similar restaurants geared mostly towards breakfast and looking to offer a more upscale version of the stereotypical "greasy spoon" type diner. I would definitely recommend this Another Broken Egg Cafe or any of their other locations. I have dined in a few of them and find that their level of consistency is pretty strong (we can attribute that to the proper training on a corporate level). So go on and give them a try. The menu is pretty varied, so I am sure that you will find something that you will find comforting and indulgent to start your day.

The environment is loud. Slow service. Food is decent. But the wait is long as far as waiting for your food to be served from the time been ordered. If you have time to sit and like loud places this will be a perfect fit. Overall experience is ok. Definitely not a place of my preference but the food was ok. Few issues with the quality of how the food was prepare. But the owner actually came by to apologize.

Update: I posted before that I got very sick after eating breakfast here. The company never responded to me. Someone told me to contact them through their social email. I was ignored after letting them know og the food safety violations. I was reading the Gainesville Sun. There was an article pertaining to food safety. There was a link to search by county. Not to my surprise, the Another Broken Egg had one of the highest violation counts. They had 14 at the Oviedo location. One involved iimproperly stored sausage.. I suspected I was sick from the sausage. That is all I could taste when o threw up. This company implies that they care, but they ignore concerns behind the scenes. Please be careful eating here. The also had a violation for not disclosing food safety on menus.

Started off great, walked right in and got sat down. Our waitress was very nice took our order quickly and came back with drinks. We each ordered a meal for ourself, no appetizers , no special sides or drinks. We waited up to an hour, while the couples around us proceeded to get their food. We ended up taking it to go because of the incredibly slow service. Went on a Sunday and our waitress told us it was a slow day for them. I could only imagine how long the wait for our food would be on a busy day!

I love going to Another Broken Egg Cafe for brunch. It was the first local brunch place to offer a full bar in addition to mimosas in Oviedo! I also really appreciate being able to add myself to the seating queue via Yelp. Everything on their menu is pretty delicious, but definitely not for the health-conscious, so come here expecting to blow some calories! They do have some "lighter" dishes, but I'd warn that even those are a little on the decadent side. I would give this place 5 stars, but I have found their service to be a little lacking. Drink orders take a very long time to arrive, almost to the point of food arriving before drinks. Beyond that, I've had some food inconsistencies as well, where some people at my table are receiving piping hot food while others' dishes were clearly under a lamp for quite awhile. I'd like to see those things improve in my next visits, but still haven't given up on them.

Since corporate has bought this store back, the entire place has gotten to shit. Food orders take forever and many items run out.
