I didn’t even pay and I was disappointed, imagine if I paid… If you want to go here, it is worth it to take the 15 min walk next to the helipad to avoid paying 10€ pp. we went on a high tide and the water was bellow the waist! To come back it was even lower (see pictures) and it’s mostly done by the beach. This is, by far, the worst beach of the Seychelles!

This is a very beautiful beach. The path ways through the granite rocks were cool. Unfortunately it was a low tide when we visited the beach.

This is a really beautiful beach with special rock formations. Bear in mind there is a SCR150 ticket fee but it is beautiful. Sea is shallow and snorkelling can be done. There is fish to be seen. I saw stingrays, squids, coral fish. Do come!

AVOID paying for entrance. It’s a public beach and it’s totally free but you have to walk along the shore and not enter via the Plantation/ Estate gate!! Beautiful, popular, quite crowded. Better to come in the morning or for sunset (good to have a torch). Good for pics, not so great for swimming, lovely walk all the way to the last stretch of sand. You can rent a kayak here and paddle yourself to the “Robinson beach”. Taking a kayak trip with one of the two companies makes no sense imho (unless you don’t know how to kayak)

Crowded here. We went by the coast with a bikes and it was very nice. Found little bar by the beach and on a way stopped to see turtles. Beach itself not suitable for swimming as a lot of corals and sea shells. Make sure you have water shoes. However, it’s amazing trail, a lot of souvenir shops and beautiful nature.

Tourist trap. To go to the beach there are two possibilities, effectively along the beach all the way to the end or on the parallel road that also passes through a park. In the morning the water is withdrawn, it is possible to walk along the beach, in the afternoon the water level rises and on a portion of about 50 meters, exactly where they put the gate and the fences, (probably a coincidence) it is no longer the beach, either you pass through the 50-60 cm water (free) or you use the park gate and pay 150 SCR per person as if you visited the park. And if you explain to them that in the morning you came along the beach and now the water has risen and it is more comfortable for you, then you are informed with the arrogance of a cotton plantation patron to go back the way you came, if you want this way, you pay! In the picture you can see where you can cross for free. Attention, in Seychelles the law says that the beaches are public domain, you have the right to them, no one can block access. Don't be intimidated into paying if you don't want to visit the park.

So far the most beautiful beach I've ever been. Those granite rocks are magnificent. It's a bit difficult to swim because of the rocky bottom. I would say it's definitely a place to take wonderful pictures.

Very nice beach with a natural reserve. Day pass allows you to enter and exit as many times you want during the day. Can be a bit overcrowded during peak season. Walk down the path to explore all the beaches. Good for kids since there’s some shade under the trees and it’s not rocky.
