love it here! had a southward experience at one location that i will not besmirch on here but overall it’s a nice area to hang out at. shoutout to oscar’s and su’s for always taking care of me, and, more recently, the pet medical center people were very nice to me this morning 🙌🫶🫶🫶

Ansley Mall – Atlanta’s Low-Key Classic Ansley Mall may not scream luxury, but it nails convenience. With a mix of essentials—Publix, Kroger, LA Fitness, restaurants, and local shops—it’s the kind of spot you swing by for one thing and leave with five. Bonus: easy parking and rarely a crowd. It’s the “no-fuss, always-there” friend of Atlanta retail.

Parking lot is hectic, but it's full of good stores and eateries!

I inherited some 40+ year old Gucci shoes that needed MAJOR repairs. Soles detached, stains everywhere, and the shoes were literally falling apart. So glad I found this place. They were able to completely refurbish and deep clean these shoes no problem and within a week. Would definitely recommend for friends and family to give this place a shot.

Yelp
home to some of my most important shops, and a landmark of Atlanta. the retail selection is pretty awesome and broad--from grocery like Publix to weirdo trinkets from Richards Variety. I go here at least twice a week for LA Fitness and to hit up iPlay Tennis. if any developer is having, ya know, *designs* on razing this property for cheap condos you'll have a fight on your hands. keep up this fantastic asset and keep making it even more awesome!

Yelp
Seriously just the rudest techs imaginable. I'm on the phone trying to track down a generic medication that is on back order. The tech on the phone doesn't even offer to check if the name brand is in stock until I ask her to (on the suggestion of a different pharmacy that I called.) When I asked about the cost with something called a manufacturers card (with the other pharmacy suggested asking about) she says "well did you look it up?" I ask her to explain what that is and she just keeps saying "look it up." How unhelpful can you be? Why even go into a profession that involves interacting with patients? Incidentally, I hear another tech in the background literally yelling at a customer, "I know what compounding is!" I mean wow, this place needs some serious customer service training.

Yelp
Got kicked off a bench by a security guard because I was laying down for a few moments taking a break. He claimed it was policy of the property manager but then couldn't name the property management company when asked. Rude and beyond ridiculous that I can't lie down on a bench.

Yelp
I really enjoy going to Ansley Mall. I go here for quite a few stores including Starbucks, Chopt, Panera, LA fitness, wine merchant, Publix and a few others. It is very conveniently located near the beltline and has easy access via walking and biking. There's really everything you need here in terms of food, fitness, and shopping. They have cute little boutiques and some great options owned by locals. The only complaint I have is the parking. The parking off of Monroe is very very crowded. I wish the parking situation was better and they were more options but it can be difficult to find a spot, especially during the 5 o'clock rush hour. I love the aesthetic of the area and how they have outdoor seating at the Starbucks and other eateries. People in this area seem very friendly and the merchants are all very nice.

Yelp
Ansley Mall is in a perfect midtown location at Monroe and Piedmont. It's a one stop shop with a pharmacy, Starbucks, gym, mani/pedi place, tanning, hair salon, bank, and Publix.

Yelp
Ansley Mall is an old Atlanta shopping plaza located in Midtown at the intersection of Piedmont Ave. and Monroe Dr. By old, I mean my coworker's grandma used to get her haircut here when he was a wee lad (~8 years old). He's now into his 50s, which dates this mall to at least the 1960s or 1970s. By the looks of things, it doesn't look like much has changed from the 1980s or 1990s. Generally, this is a fine neighborhood mall. It's an outdoor mall, very much like a strip mall, but a bit bigger and nicer. For example, the walkways are covered. Underneath the walkway roofs are signs hanging down so you can see the names of the businesses, sort of like how many typical American outlet malls are designed. This mall can get busy, especially on the weekends. The parking lot does get full, so you may have to circle once or twice to find an available spot during peak periods. Some of the bigger name businesses at Ansley Mall include Publix, CVS, Pier 1, and LA Fitness. There's also a Panera Bread, Starbucks, and Pet Supermarket. One of the four Atlanta area Cook's Warehouses is here and there's also a tennis store (I Play). This is a pet friendly mall, so you'll often see patrons bringing their dogs with them. If the weather is nice, folks will fill the outdoor patios. Speaking of patios, Bantam + Biddy has a good one. Bantam + Biddy is the best restaurant at Ansley Mall. It opened late 2012 and is a casual farm-to-table restaurant founded by Yeah! Burger's Shaun Doty. I recommend it. Overall, Ansley Mall is far from a modern, aesthetically pleasing development, but that hasn't stopped people from coming. While it may look outdated, it still gets the job done for locals.

Yelp
It's easy to forget about this in-town strip mall, but Ansley Mall is a great place to get just about everything you need. Anchored by a Publix, CVS, and Pier 1, Ansley now has a Cook's Warehouse, plus Shaun Doty's newest restaurant, Bantam + Biddy. There are quite a few boutique shops at Ansley as well, which makes it the perfect place to spend some time wandering through to find the perfect gift for that special someone. Or to treat yourself! The people watching is on par with the best in Atlanta, and there are a number of coffee shops and restaurants to sit, see, and be seen. Parking is plentiful, but do use caution. Ansley is always busy, and some harried commuters use the Mall as a cut-through to get from Monroe to Piedmont.

Yelp
China Garden food is good no lie.But the delivery driver always begging for more tip. If I spend a lot of money with this restaurant to eat their food. Why should I have to give big tip cause you drop food off to my door. He was rude and aggressive and didn't speak English. Next time I'm going to call the police.

Yelp
Very convenient to my home though traffic at the Monroe/Piedmont intersection can really suck! A nice mix of shopping and dining. I am mostly here though to work out at LA Fitness. Other trips have included dining at Panera Bread and Bantam + Biddy. I really like Uncle Maddio's pizza but have not visited this location. Other stores include Starbucks, a tailor, wine store, pet store, among others. Parking is pretty bad right after typical work hours. Lightens up a bit after 7pm it seems. Multiple entrances and exits - onto both Monroe and Piedmont.

Yelp
With an LA Fitness, Pier 1 Imports and Cook's Warehouse, this strip mall is leagues above the concrete competition around town. I can get a loaf of bread, a toaster to toast it with and a set of boho-inspired plates to serve it up on all in one place. Teeming with energy, it's not unusual to see groups of workout buddies stretching in the corridor that runs from one end of the mall to the other. Ansley Mall is nothing if it isn't spirited. Whether it's a Saturday afternoon or Tuesday night, this is the strip mall that gives all other strip malls a good name.

Yelp
Now this isn't the coolest mall to visit, but they have lots of good lunch restaurants and is in a great location.

Yelp
Ansley Mall memories from 1980 Some of my earliest memories of living in Atlanta happened at Ansley Mall, and living just across the street, slightly to the north on 590 Sherwood Avenue, this mall was just a stroll away, and in fact in view from my driveway. In 1980, Kroger was still part of the mall, on the southeastern corner of the mall. the Italian Sausage I was cooking when Howard Cosell announced John Lennon had been shot was bought in that Kroger. On the outside of the mall, facing Monroe Drive were several excellent shops, a bookstore that I fondly remember (but the name escapes me at the moment), near there a small record shop that sold mostly disco and seemed to have a sort of "gay" leaning (again, I wish I could remember the name but not as I type this) most notable to me as the place I found Nelson Slater's "Wild Angel" album, rare even then in 1980 and of course even more-so now, of note as being produced by Lou Reed, and a small movie theater that showed some great, odd films, some Godard, some cult comedies, and so on. My ex-wife Kathy worked at the Woolworth's lunch counter for a while after leaving the Old Hickory House, a half block up Piedmont from Ansley Mall. Did quite a bit of laundry at that "Laundry Lounge" which was sort of an interesting place for the time, with television and video games. It was also my first sight of openly gay people... my very first visit I was amazed to see the guys strolling around holding hands, even one couple kissed! Ah, 1980... such innocent times.

Yelp
Ansley Park is good for and in town strip mall. You can wash your clothes at the laundry lounge, get a mani/pedi at Kush and have lunch and a coffee anywhere. It really has some good options plus it has a Publix and a Krogers and a mailbox to mail letters. I live near it and its real convenient and I utilize it daily. Only downside is that so does everybody else. Its real crowded so be ready for the traffic.

Yelp
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Even with a BIG crowd on this rainy day, the food, servers and atmosphere was great! We will be back.

Yelp
This Starbucks (or "bearbucks " as it is know in the bear community) is always clean and friendly! 9 X out of 10 they have my order ready for me when I walk in the door. Everyone in there always says hi and uses my name which naked me feel wanted in return keeps me coming back time and time again! Mel, Justin, Cody and Christina go out of their way to talk to or interact with me. I pass 4 other Starbucks that are much closer to me to get to this one!

Brandon B.

Yelp
Considering the mall opened in 1964, I would give this place 5 stars for the awesome up-keep and semi-new renovations. Everything you would really need is nestled inside Ansley Mall. I really enjoy the Starbucks they have next to the LA Fitness, always great and fast service. The people who work behind the customer service desk at Publix can kick rocks for their rude attitude but other than that its great!

Yelp
The fire zone around this complex is used as a loading zone and parking, even for the ATL police. I would hate to be around this place in case of a fire. Construction trucks and dumpsters are randomly placed blocking motorist's view of pedestrians crossing. Management needs to manage traffic better before someone gets run over.
