Le Coucou Chef Justin Bogle Takes Over at Manhatta

"A vegetarian dish that isn’t an afterthought, or we can make it vegan as well. I love good vegetables, so what’s the point of not having a dish that’s focused on them? This is trying to capture the tail end of summer — it’s one that we’ll change along with the sungold tomatoes. We quickly roast the peppers on two sides, but we don’t peel them. They’re hollowed out and stuffed with a mixture of mushrooms, spinach, and golden raisins, served over some farro verde from Anson Mills. The fairy-tale eggplant is also roasted and marinated in sherry vinegar and orange juice. From start to finish, this restaurant was top-notch. The food was absolutely impeccable—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. What truly took the experience to the next level, though, was our server. Their attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine hospitality elevated the entire meal and made us feel truly welcomed. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and comfortable, creating the perfect setting to enjoy such an exceptional dining experience. Took my girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary. Its were i took her for our first date. This place always delivers. Fine dinning at its best in El Paso. Been to the other fine dinning places, but I always come back to Anson 11.

Great service the appetizer of calamari was excellent perfectly prepared and the shrimp Mac and cheese was to die for ,dessert get the tiramisu its amazing, great experience fair prices and would definitely recommend.

The ambiance was welcoming and the food was a wonderful surprise. The filet mignon was tender and delicious. The service was exceptional. I definitely recommend it.

The California Chicken sandwich was great. Would definitely get it again. Service is on par. One of my mates ordered his burger well done. It was well burnt. No fault on the restaurant, more so on my mate. At least the chef followed orders. Other than that, a very pleasant for lunch. By the way, the manger did the right thing and took care of the burger for my mate. Stand up manager. Good experience all round. Thank you Lorenzo. Stop by and thank them for being an example of what "real" customer service should be.
