Excellent food and excellent service. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and top quality, from the tabuleh and the pita bread to the lamb shish to the desert. There are also plenty of vegetarian options, which is not at all obvious when talking about Turkish cuisine. Highly recommended!

Food was rich in flavours and very authentic taking me back to the days I was in Türkiye. The grilled dishes were very tender, juicy and tasty of herbs and spices. The mezes were also great and nicely presented. The rice is delicious and all the food tasted like it was made with real Turkish hands and heart. The ambience is also nice with the warm lighting and temperature. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone :)

We had dinner at Antalya Restaurant last night and it was fantastic from start to finish. We ordered two lentil soups to start—they were rich, comforting, and full of flavor. For mains, we tried the İskender and the İslim kebap, and both were outstanding. The İskender was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the İslim kebap had that amazing smoky aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture. We couldn’t leave without dessert, and I’m glad we didn’t! The baklava and katmer were fresh, flaky, and just the right amount of sweet. We finished everything off with traditional Turkish tea, which was the perfect end to a great meal. Our server Selin was always there to help. The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt authentic and inviting. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious Turkish food with top-notch hospitality!

Without a doubt, the best Turkish food experience outside of Turkey. The dishes really taste authentic and truly reflect Turkish cuisine, and the portions are very generous. I would easily put this place among the best restaurants in Istanbul. Our only regret is discovering it just before leaving London. The warm Turkish hospitality makes the whole experience even more special. Higly recommended!

This restaurant was the first place I tried when I visited London this week and honestly, I loved it so much that I went back three times in the same week 😅 ! Everything was simply delicious (Adana Kebeb, Katmer, Turkish tea. The Turkish food is excellent, full of flavor, and very well prepared. On top of that, the staff are friendly, smiling, and very welcoming. I give it a well deserved 5 out of 5, and I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended !

Antalya Restaurant in London only carries the name “Antalya.” The atmosphere, staff attitude, décor, and even the taste of the food won’t take you anywhere near Antalya. You can definitely find much better Turkish restaurants in the city. The food isn’t bad, but there’s nothing memorable enough to make me want to go back. If it’s late at night, close to closing time, or you’re really hungry and can’t make it to another place, then it’s not the worst option. But the price is a bit frustrating. There were two of us — we each had a lentil soup, a main dish, and one drink. No dessert. And we ended up paying close to £100. With that price tag in London, you absolutely have better options.

Antalya Restaurant was a fantastic find in the heart of London. We sat outdoors on a warm summer evening, and the setting was perfect, relaxed and inviting. The food was full of authentic Turkish flavour, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. From the grilled meats to the baklava, everything was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Turkish food, especially in the summer. What a gem. We walked in and was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The staff and service was excellent and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff at Antalya and especially to you sir for the tipple for the road.

Great place. We had delicious lamb and moussaka dishes. Service was great. One thing we loved was the rustic bread served with humous that was a cross between pita and something like a pizza crust. Way better than just pita!

Came here April 23rd 2025 as was just across the street from our hotel on SouthHampton avenue. Beautiful setting great ambiance with modern furnishings. Wife had the sea bass with tomatoes and rice the sea bass had a mango like fruit sauces to add flavor to the steamed white fish. 30 lb expensive for a single fillet of fish. I have the minced lamb with rice and tomato sauce came with two kabobs of minced lamb, much better value in the sea bass. We added on a spinach dish with slivered almonds for 5 lb

Service was great. We got an amazing white wine from the Aegean. Some of the food was bland (roasted potatoes) while some things were too pungent (olives - they made the whole salad taste like pickled pepper??) but overall it was a great meal. I really enjoyed the veggie stew (guvec).

Excellent food, service, ambience, even the bathrooms are nice! Highly recommend the lunch special, lentil soup was great.

Close to my hotel , Hilton the lam shank was my order. The family had nuggets and shish kebabs Perfect

Food - tastes is not good Service - is good Environment- average It is Turkish restaurant . We thought it will be good but lamb tastes was bad . Fish had bad raw smell . Soup wasn't good like labanise restaurants.

Solid Turkish / Mediterranean cuisine served in a nice but informal atmosphere with friendly service and reasonably prices. A great option for people staying at local who hotels (e.g., the Doubletree, the Kimpton) who want to get out a bit and try the local restaurants. I ate there solo as I was traveling on a business trip and was by no means the only solo diner in the place. I had the hummus, pita bread, and an adana kebab along with a glass or two of Turkish red wine and was happy. Snuck in a baclava at the end which I only wish had two pieces instead of three -- but I ate them all anyway. I've been here twice, positive both times.

This was a nice spot in walking distance from my hotel. There is a very nice ambience inside. The service was attentive and efficient. I enjoyed everything I was served and would encourage others to give Antalya a try. I am sure you'll be pleased.

This restaurant has pretty high reviews on Google Mpas, Yelp and TripAdvisor, but it's just OK. The food is really just about the most basic Turkish food you can get, the room is nice and clean, and service is OK. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star experience.

Had a REAL Greek salad there. First time for that outside of Greece. Food, service and ambience were all excellent.

My partner and I were drawn in by the lunch specials and it did not disappoint. If I lived in London I would be eating here at least once a week. Go here and eat or you're missing out

Came here for a late lunch at 3pm. I wanted to try different food and I was not disappointed. Although it was hard to speak to my server at first, and I had to call him over, he was nice and gave me an extra cup of tea, a watermelon slice, and hummus free of charge. Food was good. Bread - Was given some bread with carrots and prunes while I Waited for my food. Bread was fresh and good. I wish there was butter or sauce with it. Antalya Steak Special Medium Well done - Steak was very good not chewy. The sauce consisting of mushrooms, red bell peppers and yellow bell peppers, was delicious and fries crispy. I enjoyed it a lot and recommend it! Turkish Tea - good. i ordered one and was offered a free cup towards the end of my mea Hummus- this was missing salt making it a bit bland. When I added some salt it tasted much better. Given free of charge towards the end of my meal. Watermelon slice. Great way to end my meal I would have given this four stars for how difficult it was to get hold of a server: ask for water etc. But, I gave it five since they went it out of their way to bring me free things towards the end. As a note The yelp 10% off coupon when you check in definitely works here. Another woman server was a bit confused when I showed it to her, but it was honored.

Amazing Turkish restaurant close to the hotel. Came in and although busy, was seated immediately. Great selection of halal Lang but I started out with sautéed shrimp over peppers and tomatoes- very tender and flavorful. Had a few vodka tonics while I surveyed the diverse crowd in the restaurant. They had one bartender that sent out drinks like crazy- one of the best I've seen. Ordered the roasted lamb for dinner and it was one of the best I've had. Tender and not remotely gamey. For dessert I had the flan, Turkish coffee and some national Turkish drink I'd never had before. Best flan I've had- your spoon could sink right through it and the caramel wasn't overwhelming. They brought me another drink and after that, it was time to go back to the hotel. Amazing place, I'll be back tonight.

Excellent service and delicious food. We had the sautéed lamb and the halloumi with spinach, both served with rice, and wonderful fresh mint tea. Will definitely return!

Stayed across the street at the Doubletree. This was just out the door to the right across the street. Staff was welcoming and service was prompt, a nice touch. I had the mixed kebab, absolutely wonderful. Not too much food just right, it still a good portion size. Included salad, rice and the mixed meats. Ambiance and soft background music was perfect. Easily one of the best options close by.

Quick service and quite tasty. Excellent Value for price paid. I had the lamb shank which was mild and so tender, no knife was needed. Highly recommend.

Loved our visit to this wonderful place! Our first visit to London and we have never had Turkish food. This place did not disappoint! They were helpful with our choices to make sure we were satisfied. The decor, ambiance and music was all perfect! The service was impeccable. I almost felt as if the maitre'd was excited for us and our first experience with Turkish food as I found him watching us enjoy our meal with a smile on his face. The food was some of the best I've ever had. Topped off with a small bite of complimentary baklava, assistance getting our coats on and a hearty thankful handshake. What a wonderful night! Thank you!

Antalya Restaurant is a great place to taste the turkish kitchen. They serve delicious Mezze as starter and well cooked meats. Turkish baklava is another matter to visit them. Strongly recommended.

The restaurant is charming, well spaced for these covid times, and the food was excellent. The staff was attentive but not at all intrusive. We started with grilled halloumi which had a perfect char and the borek which was perfectly flaky. The Izgara (lamb) kofta and the Kuzu (lamb) shish were delicious, but the Lamb Lokkum - medallions grilled with crispy fat - were the star of the meal. Tender, succulent, and perfectly cooked. We were so stuffed we passed on Turkish coffee and desert, but there is always next time.

The service was mediocre and rude. It wasn't very busy and if felt like they stalled on everything to keep us longer. They sat us in front of the window, which is fine, but then we realized they did that with every customer coming in and it got annoying having a not busy restaurant and people all around you. The food was fresh and the appetizers were great but the main dish was not the best and disappointing. Don't waste your time and money.

What a wonderful surprise!! This restaurant is absolutely delicious. We have been there 3 times, and each time is better and better. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The food comes out quickly and piping hot. The selection is excellent. If you like lamb, Anatalya prepares unique and flavorful dishes. This is a diamond in London and worth a visit. And we live in Las Vegas!! Give this great place a try.

Stay very far away from this place. My wife and I visited this restaurant on the first day of our honeymoon, as it was recommended to us by the concierge of the Hotel Russell. We were hesitant to go in, as there was only 4 people in the restaurant when we got there. We went ahead and proceeded in, and boy was that a mistake. The whole experience was really awkward. I felt as if I was eating in a private club owned and operated by three older men. I am assuming they are from Turkey as this is a Turkish restaurant, and maybe this type of service is common in Turkey. So let's begin the meal. When asked what we would like to drink my wi asked for a cosmopolitan, in which our waiter (who barely spoke English) only stated "no" when we asked what he only continued to state "no,no,no" so we got water, and moved on. We got chicken to eat, which was extremely dry and badly seasoned. After finishing our meal, and continuing to sit at our table for an additional 45 minutes without ever seeing our waiter, I went to the bar and asked for my bill. I was told to sit back down and it would be brought to me. At this point all I wanted to do was pay and leave, but before I received my bill I was brought "complementary dessert" two slices of watermelon. This was the best part of the meal. I was finally brought my bill and paid and left. Nearly 3 1/2 hours after this horrible dining experience started. But on the way out, I'm assuming it was the owner would stop each person and shake their hand. Not saying it wasn't a good gesture, just weird. Not my kind of place. The food is not worth the money and the service is horrible, but the decor is pretty epic.

This wonderful Turkish restaurant was right down the street from our hotel (Doubletree West End), and we went for dinner twice. Both meals were EXCELLENT, and the staff is hard-working and really warm. The second night, we were greeted like family. Some recommended dishes: the chicken prenses, the mixed kebab, and the dessert (can't remember the name) with pistachio nuts. Lovely, old-world setting, great staff, a true Turkish Delight!

This was our first ever Turkish restaurant and it was a delicious experience. We started with pita & hummus, proceeded to a lamb and hummus appetizer, and ended with two lamb entrees. All were delicious and served by a friendly and attentive staff. A very nice meal.

Came with a group of 6- all of us were starved. Unfortunately the wait for food was quite long (over 1 hr) but the complimentary bread and olives helped tie us over. Our wait staff were very comfortable joking around with us (told me to put my phone away at the dinner table multiple times, told my friend her plate of food was cleaned off and that she wasn't a dog, cleaning our table's crumbs off with his hands). The jokes made some of our group uncomfortable as we weren't sure if they were joking or being a bit disparaging. At the end of our dinner, they provided us with complimentary slices of watermelon which was a very courteous gesture. The food portions were very large and will definitely fill you up. However the chicken was bland and lacked juiciness (dry) and the rice could have been seasoned for flavour. Not the best Turkish food I've had, wouldn't be bothered to come back. The calimari was the game change- it was excellent, crispy, well flavoured, and thus highly recommended if you do visit this establishment. The environment was very cultural, darker lighting, & music playing in the background. Overall, prices, food portions, and culture are the strong points, with blandness and service that may discomfort being the weak points. At the end of dinner (and after paying the bill), I finally took my phone out (since I was too scared to do so during dinner due to the waiter's continuing comments about not using a phone at the table) to check into Yelp. Lo and behold had I checked in before, I would have received 10% off my bill. Hmmm... interesting he was so adamant on not having me use my phone throughout my meal lol.

I know what good Turkish food tastes like and this unfortunately ain't it. Uninspired bland Cuisine is the order of the day here. It seems that because the location is a prime spot for tourist going in and out, the owners of this joint can get away with mediocrity, and they sure excel at it! The homos with meat was bland, the liver appetizer was overcooked and the Dolma was both bland and overcooked. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. The waiters simply are not interested. They are not interested in you, they are are not interested in the food, and they would generally rather be somewhere else! The one redeeming dish they had was the rice pudding. That was not bad at all. That earned them an extra star. But save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

Great Middle Eastern food. Lamb mousaka was excellent with good proportions of meat, potatoes, bechamel, nicely spiced. Mezzanine of hummus and falafel also tasty. Convenient location in Russell Square and very good service. Would visit again.

We visited here after a day out in London when we fancied something different to our usual Indian/Chinese/Thai meals. The place was deserted at 7pm and we were slightly wary as we couldn't find any reviews online but thought we'd give it a try anyway and had a fabulous meal. The decor at Antalya is lovely, murals and brightly painted ceilings, and the staff welcomed us as old friends rather than first time visitors. The atmosphere was good too traditional music played quietly in the background and by the time we left the place was buzzing. The menu is extensive and there are plenty of meat, fish and vegetable choices. We chose hot mezze platter for two, followed by a chicken dish Tavuk Topkapi for me and Lamb Iskender for my partner, along with two Turkish beers. We were chuffed to be given a freebie starter olive tapenade and a minty, garlicky sauce, along with some of the best bread I've ever tasted (and more bread with the main course!) The mezzes were great, five or six things including a beautifully seasoned meat patty, a couple of beautiful filo parcels and calamari. There was also some halloumi cheese, which was slightly underdone as I prefer it a little softer and less rubbery. Main courses were fantastic huge portions too. My chicken dish involved half a small chicken stuffed with rice flavoured with cinnamon, pine nuts and other spices,on a creamy sauce with spinach. It wasn't spicy hot, but was warm and delicately flavoured. It came with a portion of bulgar wheat which was also beautifully flavoured. Steve's lamb dish was even more delicious! We didn't order pudding but were presented with some fresh fruit and Turkish Delight which was very welcome. The meal, including a couple of beers, was £50 which seemed very reasonable, especially for somewhere in central London. We'll definitely go back again!

Good, but not great. We went for lunch on a weekday. The ambience was pleasant and colorful, and the service was very friendly and professional. The flavors were good, although the lamb (Meyveli Kuzu) was on the dry side.

A really hearty meal for two at a good price. The best part was the food was genuine and delicious. 4 starters, 2 mains with drinks and a bottle wine just over the fifty mark. Staff try a little too hard to be friendly this may backfire with some but we had a pleasant evening.

Attended this restaurant twice while in London, each time found it to be welcoming, and very reasonably priced, especially for pricey London. The food was very good each time and each time we had something different.
