Antarctica Hostel

Really enjoyed my stay here! Beds are comfortable with large thick duvets and shelves with plugs, though top bunk has no barrier and the ladders can be tricky. Large lockers with space on top for belongings. One of the best hostel kitchens I’ve used - always clean and very well stocked with equipment. I appreciated the vegetarian fridge though this wasn’t always adhered to. Breakfast was good. Showers were always hot and the bathroom had extra toiletries for guests. Well located just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Main Street.

Lovely hostel, the chap doing the afternoon to evening service was really lovely and super helpful (and had good banter!) - he even gave me some medicine to help me with my cold. Sadly I never caught his name but I wish him all the best!

One of the chillest hostels i stayed at. Great main facilities with excellent showers. Met some lovely people that ended up on the antarctica expeditions. highly recommend

Good value given that everything in Ushuaia is pricey. Friendly helpful staff team. Simple but decent breakfast. Good showers, and all very clean. Great location. I recommend .

Top rated hostel in Ushuaia for a reason! The rooms are clean and adequately heated, large cabinets for storage of bags in each room, warm showers, clean bathrooms, and helpful staff for booking excursions. Minor things: The included breakfast is a great perk, just the coffee is awful. Lots of nice cafes in the area though. The walls are quite thin, can hear noises from other rooms ( I used ear plugs). The social areas are great, but would be nice if the hostel hosted an organized meet and greet to bring people together? Maybe it was just the time I was there, but there didn’t seem to be much inter-mingling until my last night. Overall: I enjoyed my stay and absolutely recommend this hostel.

Great hostel!! The staff is very helpful, extremely friendly and can give advice on behalf of tours and things to do in and the surrounding area of Ushuaia. The showers and bathrooms are clean like the rooms as well!! There is a breakfast which is very basic but it’s enough. The only thing which could be improved is that there are no possibilities to store personal belongings right next to the bed. There are also only a few sockets in the rooms. However the lockers are big enough. Otherwise very nice and during my stay highly social with communal cooking. Highly recommended!!

Friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were generally pretty good with lockers for each bed. The downside of the rooms was that they don't have many plugs in the room to charge phones etc. The free breakfast and kitchen was awesome and the communal spaces were lovely. Would definitely recommend!

It might be hard to find a better place to stay at in Ushuaia! Staff is adorable, rooms are clean, such as bathrooms and kitchen! Breakfast is generous and allows you to get on with your day on the best way! Moreover, the location allows you to reach every point of interest, or restaurant in a walking distance

Great place, nice rooms, everything extremely clean and neat, and the brekfast is superb. Enjoyed my skiing trip too much.
