"Antares Artisanal Beer Antares is an artisanal beer company started by three friends from Mar de Plata, Argentina, in the 90s. They first learned about homebrewing from a Californian on a post-college trip to Florida. A few years later the three started brewing artisanal beer together, and today they’re the leading craft beer producers in Argentina with bars all over the country. Named after the most brilliant star in the Scorpio constellation, Antares was used as a guide by seamen for centuries. We went to Antares Brew Pub last night and had a really nice experience. We sat outside and the evening was perfect, great weather, relaxed vibes, and a lively but comfortable atmosphere. We ordered the taster rack, which was a great way to try a range of their beers. Each one was different and unique, with a good variety of flavors and styles. My favorite was the IPA, bold and well balanced, but a close second was the barley wine beer, which really stood out for its richness and uniqueness. Overall, Antares Brew Pub is a great spot to enjoy craft beer, good company, and a chilled evening atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

I really like this place and adopted it as my pub away from home while I'm here Mendoza. Good beer selection with a 2 for 1 happy hour every day from 6-8:30 PM. Good bar-type food with reasonable prices. I've been sitting in the sidewalk seating, and they also have indoor seating and a rear patio. Staff is friendly and have welcomed me like a regular. Free Wifi, too! What's not to like?

Their NEIPA (Juicy IPA) is amazing, totally recommend to visit just to try it. Unlike many other places that get this beer style wrong, they actually do it right, so well done. That's where the good things ended though, their other beers are average and the food not very good

Its a beer place with good beer. Average food. Attention varies from good to awful depending on the crowd. If you have nowhere to go, it won't fail. The ambient is good, the music is according to a beer place. Always crowded (not always full). From the crafts beers of Mendoza it may be one of the easiest to drink.

We had good service, but as someone already pointed out, the food is average. Only thing I would recommend is the meatball tapas. Nice atmosphere and lot of people on a slow Sunday evening
