Need to show some decent customer service. I get better service at the gas station.

Love this store. Check it out. Crazy expensive but sometimes you find a bargain.

Everything is very good, they speak Spanish, the girl who attended me excellent treatment, I look for price and quality what we adjusted the most and I am super satisfied, thank you one hundred, this store has 100.

While not the normal place I would shop, it is the holidays! Erica, Sarah, and Taylor were awesomely helpful and made the entire visit easier. The store was welcoming and the staff just made that better. I will definitely return.

You have to be careful because we bought cups that had been broken and glued back together. When you buy that for more than $20, it's really dishonest. When we went back the next day, they exchanged them without a fuss...,.., But we had to go back and we live 40 minutes away....

I had a wonderful time with excellent suggestions and service from Mickey, she was the sweetest person and helped me find the most perfect jeans. I have always loved this store for its unique collection of clothing, accessories, jewellery and an extensive array of housewares. I would definitely say that this is in my top 5 of stores to shop at!

Was in the store today and asked the cashier if she could price match a Capri Blue diffuser that was $10 less online. She said no and as soon as I looked it up I found this on their website “Occasionally we offer website-exclusive promotions, but we will gladly match anthropologie.com prices in our stores”. I recommend all staff being trained on store policies or if you’re unsure ask a fellow employee or manager. I was the only customer in line so there was plenty of time for her to give me the correct answer.

This business doesn't operate in the hours it advertises online or on their website. So on days when it's cold and people are outside waiting on the door to open and it doesn't for another hour it can be very frustrating especially if you are on a schedule. It doesn't take much to change your hours online to coincide with your actual open hours. Have consideration for your customers and take 5 minutes to update your hours.

Anthropologie is where I go to drool over hip, cool decor that I can't really afford while drifting through creaky wood-floors and scents of Volcano candles (also that I can't afford) pondering what career change I could make that would allow these price tags to flip without shock. 10/10 would repeat again.

Great selection of well made and unique clothing. The store can be pricey but you get what you pay for.

Always a neat store! Expensive. Even the sale area is expensive. Dresses are still $99. Neat furniture and nic naks.

As Anthro is my wife's favorite store we of course have to pay some sort of tribute while in town. We've been to this particular store a few times and as far as Anthropologie stores go, this one is not that different from the many we've seen. It's about an average size only on a single floor but they are generally well kept, clean and the wifi is always a nice plus. I started off with a bench near the entrance before I eventually worked my way towards the more comfortable couch closer to the back. Psst for the men that have to wait for their wives to finish shopping there's usually a comfortable couch somewhere in the store, any Anthro that is... It figures that there's an Anthropologie at the Town Center seeing as how this is the newest well rounded mall in all of JAX.

The biggest draw for me is that for the most part it is Natural Made products..Metals, Woods, Cotton, Ceramics etc. I am a big plastiphobe anything made with plastic the biggest reason I despise Dollar, Party type stores anything that is cheap and will continue to ruin our environment that are experts in. So if for nothing else that is why they get a big rating from me and seriously they are not that much higher priced then other comparable styled places. The item they have are little more for the price we pay for our earth is it not worth it?

I love Anthro for not only their clothing, but their beauty and home items as well. Visited on a Saturday afternoon and was super happy to see 40% off sale. Woot woot!!! That's my type of party. The associates were so friendly and welcoming. After spending some time browsing as this was my first visit to this Anthro, I purchased a hand cream and exited the store. Overall, I know I'll enjoy this location.

I love the section of this store with items for the home. Really cute items, some of which I'd describe as shabby chic. The prices on some things can be really high, but most things are moderately priced and affordable. Over the years, I've picked up quite a few things from here for my home. I've also picked up items as gifts for friends and family. I try to pop in here whenever I'm at The Town Centre just to see what new things I can find. They also have a section of the store with clothing and costume jewelry. They have cute clothes, but they are all for skinny people, so I have never looked too closely at them, and I've never looked at the price tags. I can't speak on how affordable the clothing is or isn't. Sales associates are friendly and helpful. Clean, well-organized store. I like that everything is nicely spaced so there's plenty of room to move around. There are a lot of breakables here, but not much of a chance of breaking anything by moving around unless you are a complete klutz. I am a complete klutz, so I can say that. LOL I have still managed to never break anything though. :D

This place is like my Pinterest board has come alive! I love to come inside just to see what they have. Everything has a rustic, chic, girly, urban look to it (yes I know those are a bunch of things to call one place but they really are all of those things). I would give this place 5 stars but they are on the pricey side. The sales associates are always so friendly and will help you with anything you need. They have so many things here from clothes, bedding, cabinet knobs, dining ware, etc. If you have a moment to check out the awesomeness I suggest you do!

The current opening time is 11 am. The sign on the door states masked are required. Just in case this is someone favorite store like me.

I've been shopping at this location for about 15 years and most employees are great. However, there are a couple employees whom I see on Sundays who are unprofessional--haughty, unfriendly. I believe one is a manager. I agree with another reviewer that I think there is some racial profiling going on because these two individuals never greet me even though they are sugary friendly to others. One has even kept her eye on me like I'm going to steal something. I am writing this because the issue needs to be addressed. But again most staff are good. It's just these couple who set a vibe and make my day unpleasant.

I love the mixed style of Anthropologie! The home goods department has the cutest things! ...this is where I'm going to do my Christmas shopping - so I'll score major creative points for my gift giving! Carve out some time so you can give this shop the diligence it deserves! There are treasures waiting for you at almost every turn! The apparel sale section is located in the back left of the store. My most favorite shirt is Anthropologie. It has a silky sash which ties at the waist. I've had to take it to the seamstress twice to repair the detaching sash. ...perhaps I should hand wash this item or put it in a garment bag while machine washing.

This evening I walked into the store with the intention of exchanging a pair of pants I purchased from here a few weeks ago. Upon walking inside I headed straight to the back left corner where the sale section is. I noticed the manager looking at me as she raced towards the front of the store to handle something. I couldn't have been browsing for more than 2 minutes when she rushed to the back where I was asking if she could take my bag and hold it up front. I looked around to see if other shoppers had bags in their hands.... they did. I really felt as though she racially profiled me because I'm African American. In fact I was the only African American woman shopping in the store at that time. I handed her my bag, not wanting to cause a scene. She made me feel uncomfortable, I could t really focus while shopping. I called a family member to tell her what happened. I decided to return the item for a full refund. I will never shop at this store again. I was shopping in my post work out clothes around 1930ish in case the GM would like to review the situation.

Went in to get a gift card holder because the one I had was ruined in the bottom of the bag. The (terse) girl shuffled through the nice holders and acting bothered, she handed me an over-sized envelope for my card. Oh, thanks. Good job my friend enjoys shopping there because I certainly never will based on her nasty service. In fact, the girl was such a B that I put the book I wanted back on the shelf and ordered it for 40% less using Amazon Prime. Took 10 seconds and I wasn't treated poorly. EDIT: In response to the snarky "compliment" I received. No card holders? Fine. Passing over the nice card holders while I watched her scrounge up a leftover envelope? Not fine. Acting like a B. while pretending to help me. Never fine. Read much?

*Sigh* if there was a heaven it would look like the inside of Anthropologie ( with a little IKEA thrown in for good measure). Sure, most of their offerings are insanely over-priced but to the left of the store, tucked away in the back, is the bargain basement & you can find some terrific deals on clothing & home items in there. It's a gorgeous store full of fantastic ideas to design your home around.

Customer service is not a priority at this location. Brand standard it to create a unique and inviting experience, this location fails to put customer first.

My wife loves this place. I think it's mostly overpriced junk. But I have to admit that I like the set of dinner plates we got here ... and the champagne flutes are pretty nice ... and she's picked up some decent dresses from time to time. Ummm... OK. Whatever. I'll still never like this place if for no other reason than because they have way too much of my money. :/
