I love this store and the clothes SO much. It’s my favorite place to buy clothes. For those reasons it should be a 5-star. But for the in store experience it would get a 1-star because of the nauseating candles throughout the store- especially the one they keep lit in the dressing room. There are so many people that are deeply sensitive and allergic to these artificial fragrances and it’s just not worth it. Last time I was there I asked them to blow it out while I was trying on clothes because of my serious issue with the chemicals and one of the employees working there overheard and said, oh maybe that’s why I have had headaches since I started working here. Of course it is girl! These chemicals they use in fragrant candles have been proven to be a nuero disrupter. Please consider the health and safety of your customers and employees and ditch the candles, or at very least the lit one in the dressing room. Thank you

This said clearance Anthropoloy on I G and it is a scam by the Dormer company. I received nothing, they took payment and now I can’t get it back. OG needs to vet their ads, this puts a bad name on Anthropology

Love the store but horrible customer service. Not greeted once by any employee and when we got to the dressing room one of the ladies looked at us from head to toe and was looking around as if we were stealing something. When we finally paid (in cash) she checked the bills like three times to make sure it was real. We felt extremely disrespected. Didn’t catch her name but the number on the receipt is 195874.

I walked around the entire store but never once got greeted or asked if I needed any help. I saw 4 employees and not a single one acknowledged me. One employee looked right at me and said nothing. I was standing next to another employee as I looked at jewelry, again nothing. I own a business and I know there's going to be off days but what I witnessed today was just unacceptable. I saw a few things that I liked but apparently they don't need my business so I shopped elsewhere.

Great looking women's clothing. Staff is friendly and patient...we never are rushed...

Beautiful, well-organized store and friendly service. On Maps it says that it opens at 11 AM on Sundays but that’s during season. Off-season (summer time) the store opens at 12 PM.

“Covid precautions” make no sense here. Only one register out of three is open even though totally possible to keep registers 1 and 3 working as those are at least 12 feet apart. So instead of moving customers through check out fast, they have a crowded line of people waiting (my wait was 15 minutes). At least two other customers addressed with staff while waiting but no one seemed to care. Girl at the register completely ignored my feedback and said nothing. Not short handed either, at least four other staff members on the floor.

This is one of my all time favorite store chains and i shop in them all over the country. The staff at the one at Waterside, Naples was the worst! it's off season here, not too many shoppers, yet they had tons of staff running around, i counted at least six, and only one woman at the cashier. I waited in line for over 15 minutes to pay for my clothes, and lost my patience and left the store without the merch. Infuriating experience for such a beloved chain, with normally amazing service in other states.

I've never left a review before at any store or restaurant but I have to after the way one of the workers was so extremely rude today. A blonde women came barging into the sale section today exclaiming "There are way to many people in here" and "It's such a mess!" I thought with her entrance she was an upset customer. I would have never guessed that it was a worker (who should be trained in customer service) the way she was talking to people. While I understood the need to tidy up part of the store if it is dirty, there is a different way to talk to people. And she moved the rack in front of the sales section, forcing people to squeeze there way out. I immediately left the sale section and then the store altogether because her attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. Definitely won't come back to that location. I wish I knew this women's name so I could list it here, but she was an older blonde women.

My wife shops here. She loves this place, but I will tell you looks like the store manager not very polite. I just needed to place to sit very unprofessional, pointing to the corner.

Another bad experience here. My mom and I were trying to purchase two things. We were gonna go halfsies so I didn't wind up blowing $230. Which did wind up happening in the end. :/ The machine kept saying that the card machine was not working and the lady at the cash kept saying that it was our fault. We have seen here before and she is not nice no matter when we come in. We had the same issue last time too and she makes it seem as though it is our fault that the machine is not working. That is terrible customer service. Even if you are upset that the machine isn't working you never blame the customer. Makes us feel like we don't want to come back here anymore. This is how you lose business. She kept telling us that if we are traveling there are issue with that... we'll she had seen us in this shop way too many times to think we are just traveling. We live here in Naples. I think we are going to take our business elsewhere from now on. Thanks but no thanks. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Every time i walk in this store, i am reminded of how stand-offish and rude the staff is. Not friendly, short-mannered, and just unenjoyable to encounter. I went in to pick up an online order that was ready and had to wait 30 minutes in line while 1 associate checked people out very slowly, and other workers were nowhere to be found. When they did come out from the back, they ignored all customers to just continue gossiping with each other. Unpleasant. Customer service is definitely not cared for.

Favorite place to shop!! The staff always picks out great outfits for me and they are all so kind! One of my favorite locations!!

Very friendly staff! I never had more than an item or two in my hands before they took it off to my fitting room! Made for easy shopping and made me comfortable to try on as much as I wanted! The store was beautifully maintained and I appreciate the great customer service! I'll definitely continue to shop here!

I really love this clothing store and whenever I need clothes, this is the one place I go. They also have really well made house items like plates, bowls, blankets etc. The changing rooms are always nice and clean. The staff is really nice and friendly. I appreciate that they don't follow you around, like some clothing stores do, and just let you shop on your own. My favorite clothing store in all of Southwest Florida!

Nice service, nice ladies working there. Good atmosphere. Always liked anthropologie stores for my wife and other women in my family.
