Courtney in weddings is AMAZING!!! She is the sweetest. Helped me with all my measurements because I was looking for a bridesmaids dress. So helpful and kind. More people need to be like her.

Anna Elizabeth was the absolute best when helping me find my wedding dress! She was so nice and so understanding of my situation and genuinely wanted to help me!! They had so many beautiful dresses I tried on and I found the one!! 10/10 experience

My best friend just got her perfect wedding dress today thanks to Shelby! My bestie came in with a specific dress in mind, it was great. But Shelby pulled a wild card that ended up being THE DRESS. Shelby is a phenomenal associate and has some serious talent at what's he does. I can't thank yall enough for taking such good care of my girl.

I have been an Anthropologie fan for a long time, and this store is no exception. I recently purchased my wedding dress there and the process was wonderful. From booking my appointment online to buying my dress, the experience was wonderful. I worked with Nedda and she was so helpful. Super knowledgeable about the entire wedding dress collection and great to work with!

I had a horrific experience at this Anthropologie location (Store #01408) on 3/23/25. I came in to return an item—my first and last purchase from this store—and was immediately met with racial prejudice. When I mentioned this was my first purchase, the sales associate sarcastically said, “Oh trust, I believe you.” She repeatedly misspelled my name, even after I gave her my ID, and then acted like she didn’t believe me when I said I never got an emailed receipt. I will not be returning to this store…

Was in the store yesterday. Purchased a jacket that was supposed to be on sale. However, once I got home (hour away from store) realized I was charged full price $148. Should have been $103. You know that ticks you off! However, never had this problem before.

I was blown away by my experience purchasing my wedding gown at this store!! From helping me secure a same-day appointment to quickly taking a dress off a mannequin to make sure I got to try on my exact size, my stylists went out of their way to give me the best experience. After sleeping on my decision, I came back in to try on the dress once more a few days later and had the same wonderful experience. Emma and Shelby are so helpful, kind and knowledgable, and I'm grateful for their help in finding my dream dress. It arrived SO FAST and in perfect condition. I highly recommend!

Yelp
Huge store with a big selection! The space has a good layout and a beautiful bridal section. I can always find something I like at anthro and it's quick it get into a fitting room and checkout.

Yelp
Beautiful anthro with an attached section featuring the wedding and formal clothing from the BHLDN line. Wide spaces inside this location. The sale room was tucked away and very small.

Yelp
I've browsed Anthropologie online, finally made it into this store. Honestly, not impressed. The store is aesthetically pleasing but the prices are way too high. $118 for a sweatshirt? Hmmm. Nobody greeted us, we roamed around for a good 10 minutes. Having worked in retail, I look for friendly employees to greet customers. Didn't happen here. Masks are required to enter. If you try on sunglasses, there is a separate bin to place them in to be disinfected. Again, very pretty to look at, but didn't find anything that I had to have. Prices way too high.

Yelp
I came here for a BHLDN bridal appointment and had such a wonderful experience. It was a rescheduled appointment after I came down with COVID when I had originally scheduled to drive down. They were so understanding and accommodating in getting me rescheduled. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, offering beverages to me and my guests. The bridal collection is so reasonably priced and gorgeous. I found my dress here and was able to order it online later after giving it some more thought. Then it shipped direct to my house within 5 days when it takes most bridal boutiques at least 6 months to get your dress in. Can't recommend this place enough. The bridal accessories are also worth checking out.

Yelp
If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! Tara and Kate have helped me fix my account that has had issues for YEARS!! Your hard work is so appreciated!!!!! Thank you!

Yelp
I am an Anthropologie connoisseur I have been to many across the country because I shop here frequently. This spot was conveniently located to my hotel I was geeked to see it there. It was nice and clean as usual. There was even a good sale going on. Con: my con here is while at the store no one asked if I needed anything or assistance. It wouldn't bother me as much if I didn't hear greetings to other customers. I will say one employee said hi as she was actually working making a display but that was one out of 12 non busy looking people. Granted no one has to kiss Butt but anthro is not cheap at all at least speak to patrons ...I was in there for 30m

Yelp
Hi, I have to tell you the customer service is superior at North Hills Anthro. They are very helpful, in all cases, and super friendly. I feel good about going in there as they always make me feel welcomed. I love this Anthro. this store is a treat to visit and shop. Never had a bad experience there!

Yelp
If I could furnish my entire apartment with Anthropolgie I would die happy...As of now I can only afford a few random mugs and planters, and the occasional sweet smelling soap if it's on sale but that doesn't stop me from wandering around the store imagining the things i'd buy if I made three times the amount I do currently. This location is always very orderly, with several rooms of clothing, home furnishings and beauty items. The sale section lives in the back, jammed in what looks like it could be a closet compared to the rest of the store. It's definitely out of the way and annoying to get around since you'll be sharing the space with at least ten other people trying to sort through the sale items. Customer service at this location is generally very good, i've been ignored a time or two while trying to get into the dressing area, but usually it's because the girls are focused on someone spending waaaaay more money than myself (so really who can blame them if they get commission or sales bonuses). The front counter usually goes pretty quick and they take a lot of care in wrapping breakables which I appreciate. All in all while I can only afford like 5% of Anthropologie I will always love window shopping and picturing all the amazing things i'll buy when I get a raise...Or a second job...Or hit the lottery.....

Yelp
I have loved this Anthropologie since before it even opened. Driving through North Hills during its construction just to check on the progress for when I wouldn't have to drive to Durham every time I wanted to pop in. I'll be honest, I am not what they would consider a big spender (I love a good sale) but I am a long time loyal customer who probably has dropped quite a bit in the 15+ years I've been shopping the brand all over the country. I have been following the slow decline of this location for a while and it breaks my heart. They have made quite a few poor business decisions over the last few years and unfortunately this is the end of my time visiting this location. They recently promoted a new manager who in no way compares the previous one. Any time I would go in the past I was always met with smiles and assistance (even if they couldn't do anything to help me they were always kind). Now I feel like a criminal every time I walk in. Met with eye rolls, no greeting, and when I recently asked a question I was met with contempt and when I expressed my concerns I received an apathetic, 'Okay.' Which was such a bizarre answer - I couldn't tell if she didn't understand me or even worse didn't care. They also recently decided to devote 1/2 of their store to bridal 6 mo after a small affordable bridal dress shop opened up next door - not real subtle. Now half of their store is inaccessible without an appointent - replete with a little sales bouncer to keep out the non--bridal riff raff. They don't have separate dressing rooms for the brides so if you're not there for that you feel like a second class citizen. Also, I'm sure the brides would appreciate (and they deserve) to have their own place where they can have space to try on with friends and family, drink Champaign, and celebrate. This stores current set up doesn't serve either clientele and it honestly looks like mass confusion most of the time - both groups deserve better! Surely, they can understand that alienating your bread and butter clients in favor of a one time bridal experience will not bode well for your future bottom line. I know that retail is always on an ebb and flow and honestly I enjoy the brand so I hope they see the consequences of these decisions and take the steps to corse correct. Until then, spend the extra :30 to go over to the Southpoint location - where the staff and selection is amazing!

Yelp
I am a big fan of this Anthropologie shop! It's huge and you can really get lost in there. As Brittany mentioned the home section is really awesome at this location. Everything from dishes to pillows all beautifully displayed in their very own room. I'm tempted to buy all sorts of new plates every time I go in, the designs are always unique and colorful. I feel like their clothing hits a large variety of styles. My mother-in-law even enjoys shopping at Antho and our styles couldn't be more different. Some things I feel are a bit over priced like $125 for a tank top, but you can find some nicely priced items mixed in as well. They generally have a whole sale room that stays pretty stocked. The associates are friendly and are always there to lend a helping hand if you need it. This store is also a great place to pickup a birthday or hostess gift. They have a huge section of candles. I was surprised the first time I saw how many they stocked. If you can score a parking spot right out front, lucky you!

Yelp
If you are a young boho stylin' professional, you know about Anthropologie. What you may not know is how FABULOUS the help is. They always go the extra mile and are friendly and helpful. Thanks Abby for helping me find my purse after I left it in the dressing room! I will definately be back.
