The food here was excellent! My husband ordered the beef shoulder and I had the pumpkin gnocchi. The plates were tasty and unique compared to some of the other places we’ve eaten at here. The service was top notch with great attention to detail and hospitality. Thank you!

I wish I could give the hotel restaurant five stars, but there was some confusion or a mistake by the staff after we ordered because our order arrived about 50 minutes after we were seated. They knew they messed up because the wait staff came to us to say that the food is coming. But for sure it is not normal to eat 1 hour after being seated especially when we had a hungry child. The people who arrived after us were already having their dessert before we were served so I know that this is not the usual quality of service. I think for the delay they should have at least comped or discounted something. My son & husband shared the 700g steak. They thoroughly enjoyed it and the price was not bad for the amount of food. I ordered the grilled fish. But I was served pan fried salmon. Both were almost overcooked… almost but not quite. On the dryer side. So I’ll only remove 1 star for the food. The gelato especially the hazelnut was great.

Service was phenomenal, maybe because the restaurant was near empty during the slow season. The food was amazing, Parpardelle Duck was our favorite by far. The beef shoulder is good too, but feel free to try something else. The kitchen had a ton of free small bites, which were also amazing

We ate dessert here on our last night in Murano, arriving just before closing, and were welcomed warmly despite the hour. Laura in particular provided exemplary service that made the evening unforgettable. We enjoyed the most beautiful dessert of our entire trip while watching a full moon rise over the horizon. A perfect ending to our time in Murano. Highly recommend!

This is the greatest eggplant Parm I've ever had. Paired with the best whiskey sour I've ever had. This meal was easily the best I've had in Venice so far. An absolute must. Zero complaints. 15/10.

I have only one name, Ali!!! What a service!!! I traveled all around the world and went in more than 100 different 5 star hotels, i never seen so such amazing skills, he’s a talent. He treated us perfectly, we felt as we where at home. Never had such an amazing time and drinks. Thank you Ali for making our stay in Murano unforgettable.

Everything from the food to the drinks were exquisite. The service was excellent, highlighted by the very friendly, Ali! He made us a dessert liqueur, a limoncello and elderflower mix, which topped off a delightful meal for my wife and I. Ali, you’re the best! Grazie!
