The staff should be fired immediately. Those two sales women can be the most rude and annoying salespersons ever I have seen in my life. They are trying hard NOT to sell anything. You want to look at something they are shouting at you not to touch. When you ask their help they are refusing to help you and show up the products hanged over. I want to look and buy them. That’s the reason why you open a store so that people come, visit, see it, like it, try it and buy it. Because of their attitude, i decided not to buy from this store.

The clothes look beautiful, but the quality is not worth the extortionate price they are charging which has gone up considerably in the past few years. I used to shop here each time I visited Sicily, but the ladies that work in the store are so unbelievably rude to customers that I will not be giving them any further business or recommending this shop to anyone traveling to Sicily.

Consistently the WORST customer service of all the Antica Sartoria stores. We travel to Sicily every other month and have gone to all the stores multiple times. If you are traveling to other cities, skip this store.

The most beautiful clothes in Sicily. Store in Taormina has the biggest selection of dresses from all Antica Sartoria stores on the island. Amazing quality 💙

Nice looking linen articles, although I'm not sure the quality matches the prices. I tried on some pants and they had a large hole behind the knee.
