A small restaurant hidden in the streets of Olbia. This restaurant has really nice staff and great food. The pasta here is handmade so a must! I ordered the salami and cheese board which was good. Also ordered gnocchi with truffle and ravioli with tomato sauce! Must get ravioli it’s amazing! This place is worth the wait.

It is actually really good here. I don’t really like ravioli, and i like seafood, but they didn’t have seafood so i just ordered ravioli with tomato sauce. But what ravioli i’ve been having in my life. This place’s ravioli is just spectacular, it was so good. And we ordered steak, but it wasn’t just regular steak. It is different taste which is more flavourful. We really enjoyed.

The food was incredible! I had freshly in house made ricotta & spinach ravioli with sage & butter (so tasty!) and my fiancé roast piglet, skin was perfectly crunchy, not chewy, not too hard and seasoned to perfection! Service was excellent! Not just with us but table around us. Very informative, calm, patient, clear and helpful simply professional. Had recommendations when asked for. One of the staff members that were only delivering food and drinks didn’t seem to speak English but he was just so happy, made us smile every time he passed by. It was just what we needed after our flight was cancelled and this was the only meal we had that day! It was the highlight of our holiday. Only thing we were annoyed was that we forgot to tip and we didn’t have any cash on us. So I hope this review will bring more and more customers.

We experienced very long waiting times during our visit – over an hour before being seated. Once at the table, we had to ask for menus and later for our order to be taken. Drinks also took a considerable amount of time to arrive. Overall, the service felt slow and somewhat inattentive. The portions were rather small compared to the high prices. A positive note: they had a lovely dog, which we really enjoyed seeing.

We waited over an hour for our table. Once seated, we did not receive a menu and were not asked about drinks during the waiting time. We had to proactively request the menu and later our order. We still had not received our drinks. The service was simply uninterested and unmotivated. The food was fine, but the portions were small and the prices very high – definitely overrated. We ended up spending a total of three hours there, but only because the service was so slow.

I find it difficult to understand the hype. Upon arrival, the reception felt rather unwelcoming. We were not given menus or offered drinks, and it took a long time before we could place our order. While the food was fine, the prices were on the high side. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

We had a great time! One of our favourites experiences in Olbia. The food was really good m, but the service was outstanding! If there’s anything that could be improved, it is the AC system. Recommend it!

Our new friend recommended this place when we asked her where we can get culurgiones. We ordered Cannonau Blanc and a Vermentino di Sardegna to drink with the Culurgiones. Everything was delicious and the service was perfect. Our service members were super friendly and positive.Our order was taken and brought to our table promptly. They did ask us after finishing the pasta when we were ready for the seada because they wish to request it from the kitchen on demand so it is fresh. We ordered la seada with miele and a glass of mirto black. The dessert was delicious and the mirto was a great local delight. When we returned to our place, another friend recommended the same spot and informed us that this spot is special because their cookware and processes are the traditional tools and steps to make traditional Sardegna cuisine. A great experience and delicious meal.
