Perfecto. Muchas gracias to all the staff. My husband and I had a beautiful vacation. The staff is excepcional and the restaurant is world class. I was there for a week and every day was amazing. The pool is beautiful and everything is very clean. The art is very nice. Highly reccomend.

Great experience, friendly and courteous staff. Use of WhatsApp made reservation easy. Good value for money. The room was quiet and comfortable with nice amenities; we particularly liked the small table and chairs in the patio next to the bedroom and the good, fresh coffee brought every morning. The hotel has a restaurant on site, good security and is easy to find. Check it out for your next visit!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel extremely clean and comfortable rooms. The garden and pool areas are beautifully maintained and planted with exotic palms. The staff are also very attentive and efficient. Would definitely stay here again .

Kinda very disappointed about the Spa services. I expected good expertise in exchange for such high costs. The location looks like it needs some updates and some love. As for the rooms the tv service has bad reception and rooms need some good detailed oriented supervision. The restaurant is great, the best of this place.

Wonderful break from the city in a tropical paradise. The room, pool, spa and restaurant all exceeded our expectations and the staff were incredible, best service I have had in Mexico. We had harmonia massage which was wonderfully relaxing and the meal in the Italian restaurant was excellent. Pool was clean and the sunbeds/towels all top quality with great staff who offered us cocktails in the pool (fabulous frozen margarita!). And the room had everything you need with great shower and comfortable bed. Highlight was the staff going out of the way to make sure we could watch England in Euros quarterfinals during breakfast!!

We were at Anticavilla for four wonderful days. The hotel is in a beautiful area in Cuernavaca. It's in walking distance to a few restaurants [although none as good as Verdesalva] and banks. But you may never want to leave. Anticavilla is a thoughtfully renovated old hacienda, which still has those touches of antiquity. The rooms are individually designed by artists, and are most striking. We stayed in Clemente - which also had a large outdoor space. We were welcomed with a delicious basil lemonade, and escorted to our amazing room. Extremely comfy bed, luxurious shower, robes and slippers, and a mini bar with complementary soda and Perrier. The art that covered an entire wall was spectacular. As was the view of the mountains from the patio.||The grounds were also gorgeous. A large lawn, and a beautiful pool area. The pool was surrounded by comfy lounges and lush greenery. Perfect water temperature - and waiters who came by making sure that every need was attended to. We also had great massages in the spa. We had the one hour Lomi Lomi massage.. The attached restaurant had the best food that we ate in Cuernavaca. Italian with a Mexican touch. Delicious and well prepared. ||Finally, a word about the staff at Anticavilla. To a person they were friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to interact with. Beautiful people in a beautiful setting. If you are coming to Cuernavaca - or just looking for a great place to relax - look no further and book this place. We cannot recommend it enought.

What greatly contributed to making our stay heavenly was all the staff! They are warm, professional, courteous and anticipate our needs! A big thank you to all of you (Rebecca, Lesly, Leonardo, Edgar, Gustavo to name a few - we were not able to remember all of the names).

This place is absolutely perfection. We stayed here for our wedding and it was magical, everyone as beyond attentive and so nice. The food is excellent, the service, everything. We can't wait to go back.

Anticavilla is a quaint resort just outside of Centro Cuernavaca that greets you with a fusion of custom granite and stone from Mexico but with a Mediterranean-Euro style. The service was exemplary as so was the food .... Bread w balsamic & evoo is a must. The ambiance is luxurious and tranquil with a lap-pool to sooth the body or just to relax. Our suite was vast with a grand view while the amenities were top notch. Dinner on the patio provided for a serene view of the garden where the wait staff was attentive and the dinner was delicately balanced. A nice white or rose wine is perfect to clear the palet.

I stayed there for a week. 3 nights out of 6 the hotel had events so there was loud music until 1 am. I complained and asked why I wasn't made aware of the events when they first contacted me but had no response. I wouldn't have stayed there! Also, they claim they are a smoke free property but they allow some guests to smoke in their terraces. I couldn't open my balcony and enjoy it because the neighbor from downstairs was smoking all day. Also she was playing loud music and yelling every night until 3 am. Finally, the cleaning staff stole a gold and Diamond bracelet while I was at the spa. I reported it but nobody did anything. They just told me there was no bracelet. After that I would leave everything in the safe. Overall I had a horrible, overpriced experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the hotel in Dec 2017, the place is beautiful, the gardens, the pool, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the toiletries provided are from Bulgary and there are lots of details to indulge oneself, we stayed at Caila room, it has a little chimney the only bad side is there was a police car parked outside our window and even when the windows are tainted and you can't hear noise from the street the lights of the police car were reflected into our room which made it uncomfortable for a night of sleep. It was high season and we booked last minute so we didn't have the chance to change into another room. Will recommend to stay in one of the rooms facing the garden.
