My experience at the Spa was great, it was my second time and the ladies at the Spa are great 100% fully recommended. Atmosphere feels very relaxing and the products they use are the best quality, cleanliness are also of a big quality.

Very beautiful hotel in the neighborhood of Vistahermosa, in Cuernavaca. Rooms are large and modern, with artistic decoration. The garden is quite large and the swimming pool is semiolimpic. The restaurant is excellent

Perfecto. Muchas gracias to all the staff. My husband and I had a beautiful vacation. The staff is excepcional and the restaurant is world class. I was there for a week and every day was amazing. The pool is beautiful and everything is very clean. The art is very nice. Highly reccomend.

Great experience, friendly and courteous staff. Use of WhatsApp made reservation easy. Good value for money. The room was quiet and comfortable with nice amenities; we particularly liked the small table and chairs in the patio next to the bedroom and the good, fresh coffee brought every morning. The hotel has a restaurant on site, good security and is easy to find. Check it out for your next visit!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel extremely clean and comfortable rooms. The garden and pool areas are beautifully maintained and planted with exotic palms. The staff are also very attentive and efficient. Would definitely stay here again .

Anticavilla is a quaint resort just outside of Centro Cuernavaca that greets you with a fusion of custom granite and stone from Mexico but with a Mediterranean-Euro style. The service was exemplary as so was the food .... Bread w balsamic & evoo is a must. The ambiance is luxurious and tranquil with a lap-pool to sooth the body or just to relax. Our suite was vast with a grand view while the amenities were top notch. Dinner on the patio provided for a serene view of the garden where the wait staff was attentive and the dinner was delicately balanced. A nice white or rose wine is perfect to clear the palet.

This place is absolutely perfection. We stayed here for our wedding and it was magical, everyone as beyond attentive and so nice. The food is excellent, the service, everything. We can't wait to go back.

I stayed there for a week. 3 nights out of 6 the hotel had events so there was loud music until 1 am. I complained and asked why I wasn't made aware of the events when they first contacted me but had no response. I wouldn't have stayed there! Also, they claim they are a smoke free property but they allow some guests to smoke in their terraces. I couldn't open my balcony and enjoy it because the neighbor from downstairs was smoking all day. Also she was playing loud music and yelling every night until 3 am. Finally, the cleaning staff stole a gold and Diamond bracelet while I was at the spa. I reported it but nobody did anything. They just told me there was no bracelet. After that I would leave everything in the safe. Overall I had a horrible, overpriced experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the hotel in Dec 2017, the place is beautiful, the gardens, the pool, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the toiletries provided are from Bulgary and there are lots of details to indulge oneself, we stayed at Caila room, it has a little chimney the only bad side is there was a police car parked outside our window and even when the windows are tainted and you can't hear noise from the street the lights of the police car were reflected into our room which made it uncomfortable for a night of sleep. It was high season and we booked last minute so we didn't have the chance to change into another room. Will recommend to stay in one of the rooms facing the garden.
