I enjoyed my 4 night stay there. They contacted me via Whatsapp before my arrival which gave me confidence that the booking was all in order. I was welcomed in and given a tour of the hotel and given some tips on things to do in Firenze. I found the bed comfortable and room had enough room do pack my things away. They don't do breakfast which suites me very well so that I could eat at the coffe shops whithout feeling bad about wasting food. There are cool resaurants and bars nearby. The hotel looks organised and feels clean. The terrace is a great bonus with some good views accros the city. They definitely had a positive contribution to my trip. Thank You

The owner and staff are friendly and kind. They were well accommodating. They have a nice terrace. It’s close to the city centre and can easily be reached from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. The stay is comfortable with good amenities. I would recommend them.

A wonderful place in the central part of the city but, nevertheless, very quiet and cozy. The host spent some time to recommend us places to visit and good restaurants which, in fact, were just as great as described by them. We had the pleasure to sit on the terrace upstairs and enjoy the view of the whole city. I’d stay here again whenever I visit Florence. P.S. the bar with spirits is a great idea!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the management. When we checked in, the manager explicitly told us that we could use the common space. Taking him at his word, we sat there with our two friends to enjoy a coffee the day after. However, after about 30 minutes, the manager and his wife arrived and shockingly started insulting our friend who happened to be using the bathroom, claiming that the common area was not meant for our friends. Their behavior was aggressive and completely unacceptable. The manager even accused us of "sneaking into his house," which was absurd since we were in a hotel where we had paid to stay. This confrontation left us feeling unwelcome and deeply offended. The day earlier, the manager had offered to book a table for us at a local restaurant he suggested. He explicitly messaged me that the booking was done and we should simply say the hotel's name when we arrive. It turned out that no reservation had been made. While the restaurant did manage to seat us, the food was below average, and the staff was rude and unfriendly—far from the "good recommendation" we were promised. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression and ruined the good vibes of our trip to Florence.

Outstanding guest house in great location. We were made to feel very welcome by Daniele who explained everything regarding the property & his recommendations locally Would highly recommend

The pictures depicted on the website are deceptive. This is unfortunate because people who make reservations, like myself, have an expectation that does not align with the reality of the accommodations. It's okay to convert the upper level of a building with poor lighting and a precariously tiny elevator to a series of small bedroom rentals with no bureaus and stained textiles, but this is not what the website images portray. Please note: this facility is not a bed and breakfast and it is typically not staffed. My strong recommendation to the management is to have honest pictures of the rooms. If I had not paid in advance (my mistake) I would have left. I understand that tourism is a problem in Florence, and based on the graffiti all over the city, anarchy is a going concern, but Italy is a first-world country and businesses should behave accordingly.

Every once in a while in your travels you hit the spot. I am not talking high end luxury that most folk who love travelling really do not want. Well for Florence this is it. You have a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. A roof terrace that just makes you dreamy looking over Florence. The folk who run this place brief you day one on everything. Their local trattoria recommendations minutes walk away are amazing and not expensive. Any queries/bookings needed/taxis/things you forgot to pack/anything is a text away. 20 min walk to the River Arno/Uffizi. Really peaceful on the terrace. Bakery/wine shop/general store a couple minutes walk away. Book direct for best price as .Coms charge 18%. so you will save 15% if you go direct. This is not a B&B or hotel. Just lovely rooms. Honesty bar and snacks on tap. If you really ‘travel’ this is for you. If you ‘hotel’ in another soulless plastic room it probably is not. If you want to cut costs the Market Centrale is 13 mins walk away and you could eat a different meal each night for 7 nights. It is foodie heaven. All good value.

Overall we had a fantastic stay here. Around 20 min walk from the train station. Reception was on the 3rd floor which you can use a lift to access. We had a very welcome from Alessia who spend some quality time showing us the room, around the property (including the roof terrace) and spent some time giving some advice of places to eat and visit. The room was a good size with a 4 poster bed, traditional look and feel, which we liked. Good bathroom, again traditional look and feel. The room also had a coffee maker which was a nice touch. Room had all we needed albeit the safe was not working. Breakfast can be eaten inside or outside on the roof terrace. The views from up there are amazing and a fantastic place to have breakfast or just chill out. Breakfast was 11 out of 10, plenty of choice and all very tasty. Our host could not do enough for us and even booked a restaurant for us. There is also a Honesty bar if you fancy alcoholic drink, with soft drinks free.|I would highly recommend this place, very relaxing, very quiet area, great breakfast and great chill out space. |One of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at.
