Amazing hidden gem in Agrigento! They’re so nice!! And the food is amazing! We had Piadinas, Focaccias and came back the next day to try a plate full of Sicilian delicacies! Which was amazing!!! Inside of the store you can find all kinds of ingredients. We bought dry tomatoes, orange marmalades and Limoncello. And we’re sitting right now in front of the ocean eating this amazing food. It’s truly the ultimate Sicilian experience.♥️

Antichi Sapori in Agrigento is a charming hidden gem that captures the true spirit of Sicilian cuisine. Tucked away in the heart of the city, it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels more like visiting a local home than a restaurant. The food is simple yet exceptional, made with high-quality local ingredients — from freshly sliced salumi and flavorful cheeses to traditional caponata, olives, and delicious panini. Everything is prepared with care, celebrating the authentic flavors of Sicily without unnecessary fuss. The staff are friendly and passionate, always ready to recommend the best pairings or share the story behind each product. It’s not a fancy fine-dining spot, but that’s exactly what makes it special — a place where you can slow down, savor genuine Sicilian tastes, and enjoy a relaxed, unforgettable meal ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stopped a local gentleman on the street on the way up to the Centro. He gave us this restaurant and his name. When we got there the ladies knew exactly who he was. We sat outside and enjoyed a nice glass of local white wine, a salad and sandwiches. All so delicious and fresh. Thank you!

Small shop, but nearly perfect. Amazing and unique selection. The sandwiches are among the best I’ve tried anywhere in the world. The lady who runs the store is awesome too!

Wonderful fish and cheese platter big enough for 4 people. Salmon excellent. Tuna excellent. The cheeses and vegetables also very good! Comes with some fresh bread as well. Lots of seating and overlooks a really nice part of Agrigento. Staff are friendly and there’s also an area inside where you can buy some stuff to take with you.
