Small shop, but nearly perfect. Amazing and unique selection. The sandwiches are among the best I’ve tried anywhere in the world. The lady who runs the store is awesome too!

Amazing spot. We had big salads here - mackerel and wild fennel - and they were generous and delicious. Accompanied by great glasses of wine. Service is great. Absolutely loved it, one of my best meals while holidaying.

Superb place. We only stayed overnight in Agrigento. Very welcoming beautiful spot in a beautiful town. Do yourself a favour to cool down after visiting the temples, get a lovely glass of local wine and something off the menu. We shared a house piadine and was one of the finest sandwiches we’ve ever had.

Wonderful fish and cheese platter big enough for 4 people. Salmon excellent. Tuna excellent. The cheeses and vegetables also very good! Comes with some fresh bread as well. Lots of seating and overlooks a really nice part of Agrigento. Staff are friendly and there’s also an area inside where you can buy some stuff to take with you.

We came across Antichi Sapori by chance and we are glad we did. Apart from the delicious products and the inviting atmosphere, we met Salvina. Visiting Agrigento for the first time, Salvina guided us in parking the car in the correct bay. Her service, dedication and especially her warm welcoming personalities it's impeccable. Salvina and her friendly staff looked after us, with great passion and knowledge towards their products. The food, wow wow wow. Thank you very much Salvina for being a great host.

Happened upon this place on our second to last day in town. We went back the very next day, wishing we’d gone there more during our stay. In short, best sandwiches and service maybe in my life. I’ve eaten a LOT of sandwiches. Plus the caponata, and the wine, and the service. It was tantissimo delish.

I appreciate the served food. I recommend not eating meals that do not have meat as their specialty is meat. Very sweet place with views even if it might be very hot in summer.

Protected outdoor seating with a view of the train station and the sea. Perfect little lunch spot with great beer. We also bought local & organic picnic supplies. 100% Recommended!
