Staff were friendly and amazing. Pistachio croissant and cappuccino were great. This place is fire to come and grab a quick bite before exploring Vatican City.

A wonderful place to stop and relax after visiting the nearby museums. The coffee and desserts are truly authentic — simple, well made, and full of flavor. Definitely not a tourist trap. Prices are very fair for the quality. What made this café stand out even more was the owner: incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. As a traveler, this warmth really makes a difference. A lovely corner cafe with seating outside. This was our local cafe when staying in Rome and was always our first stop of the day. The friendly and helpful staff always welcomed us with a smile and didn't laugh when we tried to converse in Italian! Offering help and translation when required. Would highly recommend the chocolate croissant and a large cappuccino to start your day. Coffee was rich and smooth whilst the croissants were big, light and fluffy pastries, filled with sweet creamy fillings. Freshly made foccacia sandwiches were available and looked delicious however we never got the opportunity to try them.

Antico caffè was our favourite find in Rome! Their coffee was phenomenal, and their food honestly was the best we had in Rome. If you’re looking for an incredible breakfast, lunch or dessert you NEED to visit Antico caffè. The staff were so accommodating and very friendly. Ps try their pistachio croissants, they’re absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to come back when I visit Rome again!

It was a delight to have breakfast here every day before seeing the sights. Outstanding pastries, great coffee, nice terrace on a small local square. Don't miss out on it if you live close-by.

Very nice cafe, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious. We went in for breakfast and we were very pleased with the price, atmosphere and food. I highly recommend.
