Edit: since it was decided from the business to openly share details of the incident, let me guide you on what good customer experience is. While it was legally not under the hotel's responsibility (even though it was the valet who took responsibility of parking the car in the hotel's premises), and also while I did inquire if the hotel would bear sharing any cost (long shot i know), a great customer experience would be this: we understand the stress you've been put through, and while it's not our responsibility, here is a one or 2 night stay so you can prefer us again in the future. No money, no responsibility, just great customer experience. That's how it's done in developed countries where experience comes first. Anyway, may this be a lesson. Thanks and happy new year.
Great hotel, location, service and staff. But due to an incident resulting from strong winds in the area, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose again. Service is great, but they're still lacking in some fundamentals of customer service and experience, that would make me opt for this hotel in the future despite the bad experience.
