"History buffs and expert divers score big at this site just 10 minutes off the coast of Aruba . A German freighter during World War II, the 400-foot-long ship is one of the largest wrecks in the Caribbean. Today, its starboard side is blanketed in coral, serving as a home for sponges, anemones, lobsters, and a kaleidoscope of fish. Visibility at the ghost ship is generally 30 to 50 feet, and thanks to virtually zero currents, viewing is easy for both snorkelers and scuba divers. Still, it’s best to explore with a guide, who can lead you through the labyrinth to the most worthy points of interest."

Definitely one of the coolest places I’ve ever snorkeled! Great place for scuba as well. Saw lots and lots of marine life, beautiful shot of the turtle and got a picture of this cute jawfish:)

Amazing snorkeling site. Crystal clear water, great reef fish swimming in and out of the wreck. Even saw a sea turtle in the mix!

It was a calm no wind day and the water was crystal clear. Sail Jolly Pirates.

This was probably the best part of my birthday trip. Me and my party literally took over the entire boat. lol We had a blast. The crew was so cool and down to earth. Jumping off the boat was my favorite part. I love swimming and it's just something about the water in Aruba that makes your body feel so good. This will definitely be another place I visit on my next trip to Aruba.

What an adventure! Great snorkeling spot, so many fish around the wreck. We swam from shore which most people don’t do. Exercise extreme caution! Strong swimmers only and be sure to bring a buoy or flag so the many boats see you.

The Antilla is a relatively shallow shipwreck with great visibility. Perfect for a snorkel with a local catamaran tour (I recommend Spronk Catamaran, you can find them on Viator) or with a local dive company. There were so many varieties of sealife. This was quite the experience! Absolutely recommend.

Never disappoints!!!! Bring your water camera and take home the beauty to remember later. We do the Jolly Pirate every year and we love it! Truly breathtaking views in the crystal clear water.

We went on a organized snorkeling adventure to the Antilla Shipwreck with "Pelican Adventures". It was a good trip out there and the crew was very fun to be around. They first brought us over the wreck so that you could snorkel in that area. The ship is big 398.3 ft (121.4 m) so you will not miss it and it is sitting at about 60 ft (18.2 m) in the water. But depending on the lighting will depend on how well you will see the boat. After about an hour we left that area and moved closer to the shore and more shallow water about 10-15 feet (3-4 m). A lot of little fish and my wife spotted a sea turtle.
