To start, the location of the hotel was amazing. It was in the center of the city and a four-minute walk away from the old town. Our rooms were big and spacious, plus the bed sheets and towels were very clean and all the members of the staff, although very few, were very kind. That was the good part.
One thing that we noticed right as we came, was that the corridors were extremely cold (we came in winter). The elevator was only capable of holding four people at a time, which was very stressing, as we were a big group. The tiles were either broken or not glued.
In one of our rooms there was a big wooden block on the floor that had no purpose but tripping people in the middle of the night. The rooms smelled like sewage so that wasn’t very great. Due to the absurd architectural planning of the rooms, we had to bend down to get to one side of the bed, but at least it was a fun game of limbo.
To be honest, I don’t understand how this hotel could have four stars. I probably won’t be returning.
