What a cool little spot in Palm Dessert. We had about an hour to kill before we departed out of the Palm Springs airport and decided to see if we could find some old fashion produce box cartons labels for our collection. This place was an antique shop and a galleria of other people’s art and items. Super cool and if I was local I might and bought some of the bigger stuff. I mean you could find anything for. Jewelry to art,old playboys, military gear, and more. What a fun spot to check out. Plenty of parking and the staff were super nice and helpful. They even let me put my hands on a Marvin the Martian item that I thought I wanted. Also a small comic shop attached to it with some cool things as well.

Google
Nice place. Multiple vendors. Mostly mid century items. Also have jewelry case. Small but cool.

Google
Incredible experience. So much to see. Great prices on many items. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful and there are many other small shops worth visiting nearby.

Mary Celaya

Google
I had the time of my life here. There is so much to see, I spent at least an hour looking at everything. The vendors are incredible and I did not leave empty handed. Their prices and reasonable and I will be returning.

Must do when visiting the Palm Springs area. Huge, interesting, clean and an organized array of everything from oddities to antiques, to vintage jewelry and clothing. Great selection of Mid Century Modern furniture and decor. Personally loved the vintage watch collection. Something for everyone. Dog and kid friendly. Beautifully curated and helpful staff. Air conditioned for those hot desert days.

Google
This place by far the best vintage but more retro 70s. If you're looking to decorate you're home and have a pretty good budget then this is your place. I've visited many antique furniture places this by far is the best. Super impressed by the variety of art furniture. I ended buying a vintage kitchen clock. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. I love this place 😍

Google
I was shocked when I entered this place. I use to shop here regularly and something major has happened. The nautical area which was full of interesting things is now a comic store. The many booths were sparse and the center of the first floor nolonger has cool Mid-century lamps and things. Its just blah. Upstairs again the rooms were sparse and feel neglected. There were empty spaces and the room at the end upstairs which always had quality antiques looks like it's ready to close. Sad. I don't know what happened but it's pretty obvious that it's in decline if you have been here in the past.

Google
Great antique mall. Decent prices and knowledgeable folks happy to help. I bought several beautiful blanket from Mike Rivkin, terribly nice guy. Go… you will be pleasantly surprised.

Yelp
Easily the best antique shop I've been to. I had a ton of fun walking through and looking at everything-- It's clear that there's a lot of care put into the organization. All the different stores/sections were put together to be visually striking, avoiding the usual cluttered messes that make it hard to focus on anything. As a whole, the space was easy to navigate too because of how well it was maintained: bright lights, clear markings on the floor, directions. It was a lot bigger than I thought from outside, but I managed to actually look at most everything without getting lost in a maze. Some really great finds here at very fair prices. I'm not usually an impulsive buyer, but I was seriously tempted. I'll definitely be back to take another look around!

Yelp
Super cool spot. Very eclectic and something for everyone. Fun place to browse if you have time and are looking to experience Palm Springs.

Yelp
I always enjoy coming here when I'm in Palm Springs. The selection is endless and everything is in a great condition. There are items from all areas and for all price ranges. Ideal if you're looking to furnish your home with unique and corky pieces! The staff is extremely Welcoming and helpful here, highly recommended!

Yelp
Nice two level antique mall with a tremendous variety of antiquities and retro & classic merchandise. If one is especially interested in mid-century period items and furnishings, this is the must-visit gallery. The personnel are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The galleries are clean with thoughtfully presented displays. From Rolex to Timex time pieces, from sterling to silver plate, from crystal to plastic, there is something for everyone and any budget.

Yelp
This might just be my new favorite place in Palm Springs. There is so much to see and some really cool vendors. Spent at least an hour going through everything and did not leave empty handed.
google avatar

Jennifer N.

Yelp
This was truly my all time favorite antique store. It's thoughtfully arranged so that browsing is almost like a museum experience. Items seemed curated and placed in a way that made shopping fun. The selections were mostly mid-century modern. It's two stories of whimsy and fun. Spent quite a while taking in each room. Staff were around to help out and very friendly. You can tell a lot of thought and planning goes in to what and how they display things, Prices were what you'd expect for unique pieces. Absolutely loved this shop and is the pinnacle of what I look for in a vintage shop.

Yelp
This place is full of high end finds. Upon entering you are encouraged to go to the left to a very impressive room full of military memorabilia, fine art, and model boats! There are two stories and employees greet you at the door and are very informed about all the items available. They have an extensive collection of watches and cameras. There is minimal clothing available at this location and some furniture. They have comic books and lots of high end glassware. If you want to buy a one of a kind item and are willing to splurge a little you will definitely find a gem here.

Yelp
Wow! What a great gem in Palm Springs of many different little antiques. Plenty of parking , so many things to see in each of the booths, two floors. We saw a beautiful abalone table that we wanted we asked for a discount. They called the owner and we got the best deal, and never hurts to ask for a discount. We will be coming back next time in Palm Springs! Great customer service , everyone was so friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this place! Such a great collection and selection . The staff is very good. They know the vendors well and can answer your questions. It's almost like a MCM museum. Fun.
google avatar

Lilah A.

Yelp
A goldmine!! So well curated - the crew here is so friendly and helpful. Appreciated how clean the space was too. Endless gems to explore

Yelp
Great place to spend the day it had lots of items that brought back memories . I love to take friends there.

Yelp
Palm Springs has an unusual concentration of antique and vintage stores, certainly on a per capita basis, and that makes for a great stop on the way from Az to Calif (if you're not already staying in PS :) The Antique Galleries is one of our favs. It's also fully air conditioned (which not all antique galleries or thrift/vintage shops can say in PS). Their variety is tremendous - sure, there's the requisite MCM decor and furniture (a lot) but there is also a decent quantity of older, hard to find artifacts. A year ago I picked up a turn of the century EKG machine to gift to a MD family member to display in their lobby. There are lots of very cool nautical items, some ranging from $2k - $5k, but you'd be hard pressed to find them elsewhere. Don't forget to go upstairs! Parking is easy/free and they take credit cards without any upcharge. Definitely worth a stop!

Yelp
Had a fantastic experience shopping here! Place is huge, could have been there all day, but very well organized. Treasures have been cleaned and polished, pricing was easily evident. Pricing was also very fair, I purchased some glassware and didn't try to haggle since the items were already well priced. I mentioned to the gentleman who helped me that I was nervous buying glassware because I'd be transporting home by plane. When I went to check out, every piece had been thoroughly and carefully bubble wrapped and rubber banded to perfection. Great service and selection, I will definitely be back next time I'm in town and referred a few local friends as well.

Yelp
Lots of interesting things to look at. However, I found them a little pricey for my pocket book. Didn't get a chance to look at the second floor because I had a foot issue.
google avatar

Corey H.

Yelp
Merchandised well, clean, not all crammed together, room to move so you don't have to back out of small booths like some competitors. 12,000 square feet.
google avatar

Phil B.

Yelp
Lots of cool stuff very nicely spaced out. I was really expecting something different in PS. Can't really tell you what that was. They did have lots of mid century stuff. Some beautiful cufflinks, but way more thenI will pay for them. They had hand sanitizer throughout the building which was appreciated.
google avatar

Ryan C.

Yelp
Absolutely one of the best antique stores in California !! A must for anyone within 100 miles of the store !!
google avatar

Gilbert P.

Yelp
Staying in the area we found this place via Yelp. It's 2 stories, the first floor is like museum with a lot of military memorabilia, vintage watches, lighting, phones, and most things you would find in an antique shop. The second floor is also nicely curated with 60's era glasses, lamps, and home decor. Found a nice butter plate as well as a beautiful botanical book. The place is like a time capsule of the 60's era Rat Pack and those who lived out in the desert during the time. Worth the stop on your antique tour, you'll find at least one thing to bring home.

Yelp
If you're into antiques and just so happen to be in the Palm Springs area, this spot is a great stop to kill some time or find that new piece of mid century modern furniture you've been searching for. For a consignment spot, everything is laid out nicely, is clean, and very organized. That's a huge plus so you can look with your eyes and not so much your hands during the pandemic. They do have hand sanitizer at the front if in fact you do need to touch something! There's two floors of things to explore, but my favorite room was the giant T-Rex skeleton head. I was not expecting that, but it was a great surprise. We came around the holidays and there was quite a bit of Christmas decor, blow molds, dishes, and more to give your space that festive feeling with some unique vintage flair. Prices were a little on the high side, but everything seemed to be in tip-top shape for the most part. When you head upstairs, there's more to furniture and knick knacks to peruse, but what I really liked was the old concert posters that adorned the hall. If you're into music, you'll definitely want to spend some extra time there. We enjoyed our visit. Because it's a little off the beaten path, it wasn't overly crowded, and because it's so big, social distancing wasn't an issue. We'll be back to explore again in the future!
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
I walked in to see what kind of antiques they had. They had a wide selection of MCM furniture. Everything was nicely separated by rooms and eras There were staff ready to answer any questions of any piece. Honestly, I was just perusing and not really looking to buy but the items on display were in such great condition that I would definitely buy. I recommend the store to check out some one of a kind pieces for your home or office
google avatar

Roxanne S.

Yelp
This place is hands down the best antique store I've ever seen. Their attention to detail snd the pieces they have here....from nautical accessories, to Soiviet Wool Jackets to anything you could ever dream of for your mid-century atomic decor....this place has anything you ever dreamed up...as long as your interesting...if you're not, avoid. You don't deserve this place

Yelp
I am certainly no expert collector, but I fancy myself an avid thrifter and admirer of beautiful old stuff (look at my husband, for example!). The selection and variety of old and new items they have in all the booths here is unbelievable. If I didn't have to pay to ship my purchases across country, and if I needed some more gorgeous mid-mod furnishings and collectibles, I would have made some serious purchases here We did settle on a gorgeous silk scarf as a small gift for a friend (very reasonably priced), and a terrific Hawaiian vintage polyester shirt for me that I can't wait to wear out to the pool tomorrow. If you are a collector or love wandering through beautiful stuff, check this shop out!
google avatar

Jonathan H.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite antique store in Palm Springs. Over the last 3 years I've been here 3 times and I've always bought something. One time I bought a mid-century Danish modern cabinet. Another time Italian Air Force saucers and coffee cups from the 1950s. Another time hand painted glass panels from the 1800s. Another time a 1950s era vintage coffee pitcher. Always something interesting to buy here. And even if you don't buy, there's a lot of interesting items to look at. I highly recommend this store.
google avatar

Yelp
Best. Store. Ever. Blast from the past! I love hunting for vintage and antique treasures and this place is a gold mine! It's an experience just seeing it. It's huge and air conditioned (very important in the desert), clean, covid-safe (masks, hand sanitizers everywhere), and fun! There's interesting artwork, wall decor, furniture, dining, and lighting. I always see new vintage inventory every time i go. Lots of throwbacks (think phones with buttons, typewriters, and framed music concert posters from back in the day). You'll definitely feel the nostalgia.

Yelp
This is the most wonderful place to antique. The staff is so great I actually asked if they were owners as they were so extremely helpful. I went around the shop initially and found so many things to take back to Tucson... And I went back to pick up those items after getting Wil to get measurements ( which he did graciously ) then Leslie , Wil and Phillip made it all work! It was close to closing time yet they all made it happen! which is why I asked if they owned the place! Yet they were employees and they took the extra time energy and muscle to make it happen. They helped me measure my car figured out how to take a large piece back to Tucson with other pieces and just got it done !! My kind of people! And Leslie is great at interior design she helped tremendously in that factor too!! I never write long feedback but these people are great!

Yelp
Love this place. Always so organized and clean offering a great selection of items. Some really great mid-century items are here. I get all my Palazzo artwork there. The staff is always nice and attentive. Don't miss a visit to this gem. Thank you!

Yelp
Love it store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Found this fun booth filled with fun items. Especially love the vintage glass tile nesting tables, perfect for poolside.

Yelp
Very clean and well organized store. One of my all time favorites. I will be back many times. Well worth the 30min drive for me. They have everything you can think of for any kind of shopper.

Yelp
Absolutely in love with this place! It was well lit, organized, and clean. The employees are helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Such a fun place to go visit. The items are very well displayed on two floors. The staff is very kind and helpful at answering questions. They carry a wide variety of items, most are upper end quality, some newer, some quite old. Even my teenage daughter loved the store and we visited twice in one day.
google avatar

Yelp
Cleanest Antique Shop in the Valley Love going to antique shops. I was so impressed at AGPS how organized and clean the place is. Specially during this pandemic. They follow protocol of CDC guidelines. Definitely one of the best and cleanest antique shop in the valley. Come see for yourself I highly recommended this place to shop and find your treasures!

Yelp
Calling all mid century modern (MCM) lovers!!! Antique Galleries of Palm Springs has an assortment of MCM furniture, household goods, jewelry and clothing. I have fallen in love with the vast assortment and quality of products. This gallery is a go to for anyone seeking MCM items. We just purchased a MCM home and found the perfect furniture to fill it! If your in the area stop by...if not make the drive!
google avatar

Tricia A.

Yelp
Great spot to buy vintage treasures or to just chill out in their air conditioning on a hot Palm Springs day while soaking in a hefty dose of nostalgia. Follow their Instagram page to keep updated on new additions so you don't miss that unique item you've been dreaming of finding! Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Yelp
I love that place! The variety... we got my 60's wedding ring, vintage lucite lamps, a cow hide rug, outdoor furniture from the '50's... to an architect and interior designer like me - this place is heaven! I forgot that we also got several Christmas presents and glassware, I currently have my eye on 2 fish (wall hung trophy mounts) from The Salton Sea pre-poisoning, and A driftwood sculpture upstairs!
google avatar

Kimberley K.

Yelp
Quirky Eccentric People. Loved the randomness of everything. You have to stand and look and stare for a long time until the "clutter" and the utter AMOUNT of stuff in front of you starts to clear. Has the feeling of a flea market trying their damnedest to be a real antiques store. Stuff here is owned by many different people many of those people who are not there to help you but the regular staff is there to try and assist you. Loved the retro telephones selection. Furniture? not really. This is not the place. Gadgets? Yes. Plates, Dishes, Table Lamps etc. Not my kind of place. Doesn't mean they are not a good place....just not a place for me to buy something. Great for statement knick knacks put in strategic places around your home.

Yelp
A must stop for anyone in the area! They have 2 floors of little shops and even art galleries! I love visiting here when I'm in Palm Springs and always buy something. The store is super clean and you don't get the garage sale feel like other antique malls. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They know where everything is and where they can find it in the store. By the way through covid I started following them on Instagram and you can buy things through Instagram. It's very helpful and keeps me wanting to go visit again.
google avatar

Amanda A.

Yelp
This place is amazing!!! My sister and I were in awe. So many things to look at! There's a second floor with multiple rooms, mostly mod era. There are some pricey things but they're are many reasonable finds. The staff was genuinely friendly and so helpful! We'll definitely be back soon.

Kristen B.

Yelp
I LOVE Antique Galleries of Palm Springs!! It is a collective with different vendors and there is always something cool and fun to look at and explore. The folks are super friendly and helpful. I have bought many items over the past few years and always am happy with my purchases!! My recent acquisitions were this powder blue bookcase and blue and orange Viking glass collectibles. Enjoy your visit!

Yelp
I've enjoyed the fun and funky vintage shops in Palm Springs since I was a kid, so when I saw a recent TV commercial for Antique Galleries I couldn't wait to check it out. Upon arrival I could tell this was more than your run-of-the-mill antique mall. The vibe was great, the people were incredibly friendly and the merchandise was way different than the rest of the shops around town. At Antique Galleries you can find everything from vintage war surplus the the finest crystal all under one roof. And, it is one stop shopping for anything and everything mid-century. I was so impressed with this business that even though I'm not a full time resident of Palm Springs yet I decided to rent a space and become a vendor. Although it has only been a few months, I have really enjoyed the sense of commorodory and feeling of family I get being a part of this great group of people. So do I recommend Antique Galleries to everyone? Absolutely!
google avatar

Yelp
Found some neat stuff here and could have been sifting through this place for hours! If you like antiquing check out this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful!
google avatar

Penni C.

Yelp
Best antique store in Palm Springs, emphasis on mid century but a little something for everyone. Staff is friendly and efficient, and they take Covid measures seriously
google avatar

Melody S.

Yelp
The old lady was very rude to me and my husband. I have a medical condition and put my mask below my nose. The old lady said she didn't care and it was her store and kicked us out! She made us very uncomfortable the entire time- staring and following us. To think we drove over an hour to get there too. I will be telling all my antique friends to steer CLEAR of this place. Wouldn't surprise me if the old lady will responded to this saying I misunderstood or say something horrible back. Horrible experience!
google avatar

Rebecca M.

Yelp
I had high hopes for this place but walked out disappointed. We were never greeted and came across a few shop keepers (not vendors) during our visit. I've never been ignored like that before which left me wondering why... This is a great place for retro house decor definitely not a antique store in my opinion. The upstairs house several rooms which were thoughtfully out together. All in all not impressed and won't return.

Yelp
We discovered this place when looking for thrift shops. We did not know what to expect, though walking in we were immediately impressed with the inventory and staff. It's part museum, peppered with all sorts of trophy items and things you never thought you needed - big and small. We found a vintage Heywood Wakefield dining table in beautiful condition. The staff was wonderful, helping us negotiate a price with the seller. It's a destination for us for now on.

Yelp
Beware - Warning - Caution - Beware - Caution - Warning This store sells you replica (fake) pieces and makes up stories about what they sell. I walked in and right away the sales man tried to show me some pieces by Cartier. Almost pushing me to buy them. It was a fake pair of Cartier Cognac Snifters that were said to be crystal. They were Glass!!!!! I asked if they were real and he assured me they came from an estate sale of a very "Rich" home. I then saw a Cartier notepad wallet that I liked. I asked if it was real and Thomas the clerk who was "helping" me said "oh, this from the same estate sale. I bought the two pieces. I came home and my girlfriend started looking at the pieces and said there's something wrong with them. The so called "Cartier" cognac snifters were said to be crystal. They were poorly made replicas out of glass with bubbles all over in the glass. I'm no expert so I didn't pay attention to that but rather listen to the elaborate story Thomas made up. I called the next day and Thomas picked up the phone and I expressed my concerns. He said he would give me a refund no problem. Btw, I wanted to rent a wall space and a big dresser to sell some of my antiques with them. I came to Antique Gallery and he said that he isn't going to give me a refund because the pieces were real. A big tall bald tan gentleman walked out and said the wallet was given to him by the Cartier store which he worked at for 25 years. The old story was it came from an estate sale. I took both pieces to the Cartier store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and not only did they say they were FAKE but they also said the words "Bad Replicas" I trusted these people at the Antique Store. I am a property owner in Palm Springs as well as Los Angeles and wanted to give them my honest business. In return, I spent $400 on some FAKE items and was treated terribly by Thomas and the other staff. Beware of the staff that works at this store. They are pathological liars!

Yelp
Ok, where to start? We make a point of visiting antique stores across the united states, we like consignment stores as well. Antique Galleries of Palm Springs id (by far) the very best in the US. And we mean that. Exceptional organization, C L E A N ! great prices and and energy we've never experienced. Many vendors are present and happy to help you. Many of the price tags also have a description of the history of the pieces. Two amazing stories in this building. This is the most remarkable place. Easy location 5 minutes south of downtown Palm Springs. I would also consider it a destination to visit if you are in the area. Palm Springs iconic Mid-Century modern is alive and well in Antique Galleries of Palm Springs. From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel like family, and we can't wait to visit next time we are in town. Way to go! You are the VERY best. Keep up the exceptional passionate work! See you soon!

Yelp
I have been visiting the Sunny Dunes gift boutiques, lgbt shops and antique stores for 20 years plus, and JUST today discovered this great, 2-story, 40 vendor antique mall! The shuttered-strip club, and body shops on Industrial Place hid this shopper's paradise. Really fun, neat stuff. You name it, they have it! Vintage bar-wear, art glass, military collectibles, furniture from ocean liners, fab clothing, yummy watches and beautiful jewelry. One whole glass case contained pre-war silver pieces, from Shanghai, China. Much like the pricey goodies made by Sprattling, in Taxco, Mexico. Retro, mod, mid-century, cool, vintage, it's all good. Time to make Sunny Dunes a destination, and creative community like the haut-trendy Uptown Design District, on North Palm Canyon.

Yelp
We stumbled across this place during our last trip to the desert and it was fantastic. Great selection of vintage and MCM furniture, clothing, and furnishings. All items were tastefully displayed and at reasonable prices....something one cannot say about most antique shops you visit in Palm Springs.

Wanda B.

Yelp
Great family owned and operated antique collective. Not junky or fluttery. Everything has been thoughtfully selected and purposely display. The upstairs has rooms that make you feel like you have been transported to the 60-70s.
