They cleaned a large tibetan carpet. The rug came back with deep creases and stripes of darker areas. It is damaged. They woyuld not discuss it on the phone. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARPETS TO CLEAN.

Do not buy from this company!!! I spent over $6000 on a rug and paid extra for a “premium” rug pad. It took months to get the rug which they said they were “cleaning” it came with patches and the “premium” rug pad was a 3 strips of rubber badly duct taped together. When I called the salesperson, Ramin, and sent him pictures he said that was the premium rug pad he sends to everyone.
