I wrote what was a 3 star review for me and my girlfriend's visit to this restaurant on Google. It read (originally) like this:
"Food was good and well cooked but between one appetizer and two main dishes, the total cost of food came to over $100 dollars. Personally found the food not worth the cost."
Once this review was posted, the business manager of Antoinette's Google listing felt it necessary to call us liars, say we "got too drunk to add", and complained about us tipping (while also not pulling up the correct bill). We didn't order any alcohol that day as we are generally not social drinkers.
I made a reply calling the business manager's review out for calling us drunk along with the other oddities of the whole reply, and the review has now been pulled down for review for potential abuse (if you try to find it in the next few days while it's under review it will not show up for you). I would not be surprised if it was manually flagged by the same person that wrote the response to me. If true, that's an abuse of the abuse flagging system. Overall, I am incredibly dissapointed with current management and will not be returning to this restaurant until it changes hands again.
To see the review I wrote and the reply from the business owner, if it is not on Google Reviews (although I don't see why it would be taken down, I was rather cordial in all of my wording), there is a tripadvisor review of a similar fashion to this one with the google review screenshotted and added as photos to the review.
