Hi, I visited your store today and loved how the interior looked. Chic design, nice clothing. I had an issue with the female assistant tho, she never asked if I need any help or guidance and kept following to an uncomfortable measure. It almost felt like if she was stalking me or trying to make me guilty for entering this temple of fashion. I was intrigued by many pieces but the experience made me leave earlier than I would've had. What a shame. PS.: to add on a better note, I visited your smaller, "streetwear" boutique on the other side of the street as well, and a very nice and helpful male assistant helped me with everything I needed in a very good manor.

PRETENTIOUS LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE Nice store, but the service is just below expectations. The store avoid to show all shoes available (no sense). The only way you can see a pair of shoes is by asking the unpleasant sales assistant, which arbitrarily decide for you what to show you. I will never buy anything from this shop.

Three months waiting for my order to be refunded and I still haven't received the money. Contact is tragic, I am constantly ignored.

Very bad customer service. The bag I received was defective, but they said they have checked every item before send out. It's not the reasonable excuse. The problem is when I ask for RMA number for return, they skipped to respond to me. Will never purchase anything from this website.
